I have been seeing Dr. Obinnah for over 15 yrs and cant praise him enough. He takes the time to listen and gives you as much time as you need. He is extremely personable and professional. I love his office staff as well.

I needed an appointment right away and called 9 times on a Friday. I did not leave a message because I have in the past and I have NEVER gotten a call back. When I did get an appointment there were signs everywhere that masks are required and the two girls at the front desk were not wearing masks! I was shocked. The only reason I keep coming back to this office is my doctor/PA. She is awesome and provides excellent care. Thanks Angela!

Urgent Care.My primary care provider is great at this facility.First time using the urgent care. Not happy with the service from the provider, pretty much said that if I wasn’t in severe pain there was nothing she can do and would not order imaging.I am in enough pain to inconvenience my day just to hear she can do anything to help me! If I start feeling worse go to ER. Also mentioned to me that none of the imaging I payed over $900 for was showing in my chart? Really?

I have been going to this practice for 20 years. I absolutely love it!!

They dont care about the patients needs. I am trying to apply for VA disability and GVR medical refuses to let me have my own medical records or to send them to the VA. My other doctor did it in less than an hour with no problem.

GVR Medical Clinic has been instrumental in helping me overcome my fear of dentist in acquired in childhood. The staff is very customer- driven - patient and kind. My dentist- Dr Herbst is the greatest - ask for her.

As a walk-in, I was seen within 30 minutes. Friendly & helpful staff. Everyone was very kind & the PA I saw even set up additional diagnostic testing for me.

Not really an urgent care if the soonest they can see me is in two months. Really weird

This urgent care is horrible. I took my son in for a leg injury. They took x-rays, told me someone will call that same day, and no one had called. It has been two weeks, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Instead, of someone following up with me, I have been calling to inquire, and no one will assist me with the reading of the x-ray. They obviously don’t care about the patients well being, because it has been very evident. I will never take any of my kids, or family members there. It has been a nightmare. If you go there make sure you stay on top of your results, because they don’t follow through on their word. TSand

I went in for a simple covid test to prove that I was negative and came out feeling like I had been truly cared for! The amount of pure professionalism was astonishing.

I had a great experience! Went to the urgent care and another test was needed, so they reached out to another office in the building to get that test taken care of right away. The fact that it is inside a medical building with other specialty offices is an amazing perk! No need to drive around town to get everything I need.

I went in at 8:30am and was in and out in 45 minutes. Considering I was there for urgent care and did not have an appointment I thought that was quick. Everyone was really nice and just very kind. I saw the PA and she was amazing. I wish I knew her name because she was great.

I really always liked Green Valley they are professional and friendly and compassionate, especially my doctor John, PAC and hope he don’t leave there a big asset there very very compassionate, professional and caring. I moved from Green Valley Denver to Aurora; but will always go to see him as long as my transportation is available.

Went in today and I was in and out. It was great.

They never answer the phone, I had to go up there to make an appointment and the front desk lady was on her phone clearly not busy. So this “clinic” is a huge joke. Don’t waste your time and money here because I have to call them for my results which is backwards!

If I could give them zero stars I would! This is the worst clinic EVER they lost my bloodwork 2 different times, they NEVER give you your results in a timely manner. They give you the run around while blaming others for their mistakes. I am currently now waiting on my ultrasound results that I took last week they have no idea where the results are at! I would never recommend this place to family or friends cause theyre VERY unprofessional and do not care about the patients.

This is a fast food type urgent care. I agree with what one of the reviewers/patients posted; the girls are rude! And Ill add extremely haughty. They severely lack clinical etiquette and interpersonal abilities. They are extremely haphazard with their billing sending bills that should have been resolved; but perhaps that is their billing departments lack of urgency and customer service.Additionally, they have 3rd party billing which is extremely frustrating and the left doesnt know what the right hand is doing. On the other hand the PA Kristina was great and genuine. However, the MAs should find another career and they make this place look very bad. I simply did not feel welcomed by those working the front desk and felt they talk at people rather than to them.

Ive been a patient here for the last 12 years and I have always received the best care. The office staff and nurses are absolutely amazing, I simply love them. I have watched these young ladies grow into awesome women and have families as they have watched my family grow. I love being greeted by name cause Ive been there so long. I love my doctor shes awesome and she takes the time to listen and not rush me through my appointments. I will be a patient here forever, the care and compassion cant be compared to any other doctors office Ive been to.

Doct Angela is very nice doctor..At least minute l asked her for blood text..and she helped me with my request..when on general doct wants you to reschedule it.I feel comfortable talking to her.She called me back for following up..Thank you Angela for your help.

Dr. Karen and the receptionists were very friendly and super helpful. I was in and out of the office within 45 min even with 3 people in line in front of me. Be sure to have a copy of your insurance on you as they don’t have the ability to look up your insurance!

I always receive excellent and thorough care here. I’ve seen Dr Obinnah and PA Karen Elmquest the most, however all of the providers here will take good care of you. The M.A.’s are polite and professional also.

I have been going to this facility since Ive moved here in 2018, and I have received the best care here, than I ever received in my whole life. It seems life they really listen to you, and are concerned about what the issue is, and not trying to just give you medication and push you out the door. If youre really concerned about your health, and your families health is this the best place to start.

I have not had the best experience in this office as far as feeling like the people care. Unfortunately my experiences the past two months have been shady as well I guess no one is able to answer the phone now you can only speak to a machine for someone to give you a call back. When my mother went to urgent care for hearing loss last month they told her not to come back up there without calling 1st and was rude about it too. Well they are not answering the phone so how do you do that. My daughter is not feeling good she has body aches so, she called 1st of course no one answers the phone. She drives to the clinic for them to tell her through the door they can’t see her and to call some number on the door. No questions about her health and no one took her temp to see that she was not running a fever. The lack of care at this place is unbelievable and it really sucks this is the only medical clinic in Green Valley.

Told him I was allergic to ibuprofen and then he recommended I take some later. Joke. Never going back. Demanding full refund.

No care for urgency and no care to answer their phone.

I have three children--6,4,2. Not only have I used them for my kids when sick, I used them when I had an injury. All six visits have been quick--especially with a baby now toddler in tow. Their hall might be narrow, but the administive staff is efficient and multilingual. They know how to work with military families, as well. All of the ladies I have seen so far have been incredible with bedside manner, with little kids personalities, with instructions, with examinations. The place might be smaller than other clinics, but the people, expertise, and efficiency cant be beat. I have been to many places, duty stations and military clinics. I am very pleased with not feeling like human cattle and how they are correct with their assessments.

Everyone is always really nice and the doctors really listen to you. I love that they also have urgent care services and they are quick to get to you. We all ended up with the flu over the weekend and I had to bring one child in on Sunday and Monday night the other one got sick so I brought her in and they were quick to see her.

Really like Dr. O and his wife, been going here since I moved to CO in 2010. Now just hoping it improves for the better on how it is run at the front desk, they need to be better at answering phones and less talking about their personal lives. Possibly getting an older more mature staff would greatly help. I dont want to find another doctors office, but the front staff would be my reason to move on if it doesnt improve on many issues. Sorry....

From the time I stepped in the door, they were kind and courteous. I didny even get to sit down in the waiting room before I was brought back to see nurse before going in the room. They did the tests required quickly and efficiently. The P.A. that came to talk with me was thorough, knowledgeable, and listened well to my concerns. Thankful they are here since I am on vacation and need to get back into life as quick as possible.

Avoid this place.... had a pretty meh experience at the urgent care. I came in to get checked out after a semi-truck obliterated my car with me inside and felt as though the doctor couldnt get rid of me fast enough. I was ordered to get x-rays at another location but never received a callback from this facility w/ the results until I followed up a week later. If you go to a real/quality doctor, you might actually get treated like a human being. Front desk staff was super nice though!

Ive been seeing Dr. Obinnah almost 9 years. I look like nothing is wrong but theres alot inside and without Dr. Obinnah and all the time hes spent with me and helping me be able to be a father to my children and not all doped up on a couch. That I can, still however in constant pain, be a little of old me. Ive lived in California, Kansas and seen different doctors here at home and California doctors almost killed me, Kansas doctors wont see me at all because of my disability. Actually I found one for I think 4 or 5 months then she said she wasnt able to help any longer forcing me to move back here. Dr. O listens, helps his dang best to make sure his patients are doin their best. He is a very caring Dr aint no doubt about that. Thank you for everything Doctor to you and your wife. I am out of State and didnt know where to go. This clinic was near our Hotel and I gave it a shot! The Staff was super friendly. Very Clean! Ashley Christianson, PA was awesome. She prescribed me what I needed and out I went! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

Angela Bryant was great as my doctor but the people who answer the phone are completely irresponsible. They don’t want to take any accountability and now have kicked me out of their clinic. I called and left several voicemails telling them I needed to reschedule appointments and they never called me back and after the 2nd what they want to call “no show” they kicked me out of their clinic because they didn’t want to admit their fault. I don’t have a doctor because of them and they wouldn’t even let me leave a voicemail for her.Update:After much persistence, and 3 people calling them everyday, they finally agreed to give me my doctor back and let me back into their clinic.

I called to see if I could get an immunization record and the woman on the phone was very rude. I’ve had a lot of these experiences already and I am super fed up. I know good customer service when I see it and unfortunately have never had it here. I worked in the medical field and would have never spoke to any of my patients that way.

I visited the clinic in December to get a Covid -19 test. I was given an unnecessary and unwanted exam and now I owe $200. I will not go back. Shady!

I love this clinic my doctor is awesome she really listens to everything I have to say and when Im really sick and I have to get in there they make sure to get me in there as fast as they can everyone needs to try and come to this climate the doctors are very good and the technicians are awesome too Ill Sue months back I was very sick I had to get in there I went over there and they seen me right away I had to be raised to buy an ambulance to the hospital they did not waste time if it was in for them sending me over there right away I could have died but the doctor than I have she is so awesome and she made sure everything mode very fast even though I didnt want to go on an ambulance she made me gone and ambience and Im glad she did

I went with a known ailment of mine that I had not had in 8 years but I knew what was happening...a sinus infection.....the PA there was a know it all cookie cutter person who did not even take any tests, and she rejected the consequences.for me...She implied that I did not know my own body and it was a virus..... she also said if I went anywhere else close by, they also would tell me the same thing. The next day I dragged my dizzy sick body to an ENT MD, who immediately put me on antibiotics...Unfortunately because of the mal treatment I received the day before, the infection was now in my chest....After 4 days of illness, I finally am beginning to feel better...SAVE YOURSELVES AND DO NOT ENTER THIS CLINIC!

The response I received yesterday was fantastic and today reception was also good but the service was Excellent.

Today my 74 year old mother who has dementia had a schedule doctor appointment. Upon arrival, both my sister and my mother were greeted by an extremely rude front desk/manager/owner (her/his words), that my 74 year old mother with dementia and my sister had taking off work to get my mother to her schedule appointment, and that THEY called me numerous times to schedule was being cancelled! AND my 74 year old mother with dementia was also being dropped from the office! Why you ask? Because my mom has missed multiple appointments! What!!! My mother has only missed 1 appointment due to another emergency that was going on! The he/she, front desk/manager/owner whom we have NEVER spoken to before informed my family that 2 of the appointments that my 74 year old mother with dementia had missed were in error by them, yet we could rectify the whole situation if we paid a $100.00 for missing appointments even they admitted that 2 of the 3

Dr obinnah takes his time with me as a patient, he listens to my concerns, respects my opinions, and includes me in decisions regarding my care. Dr. Obinnah is professional and always use critical thinking on what the best treatment is for his patients. He has helped my fiance manage his blood pressure which has been a challenge by educating him on what he should and shouldnt do to Improve his blood pressure. recommend Dr. Obinnah to anyone seeking a physician who really cares for his patients. My thanks to Dr. Obinnah and his staff for all they do.

If you value your health at all, stay as far away from this place as you can. I have been there for three conditions in the past couple of years, and they have misdiagnosed every single one of them, and initiated procedures that made the situation worse rather than better. Every time, seeking a second opinion has proved this to be true. You know that hippocratic oath that doctors are supposed to take? Do no harm. These guys dont appear to believe in that oath. Im not entirely convinced they can read. There are other places. Any of them has to have stronger medical talents than this facility does. If you like to gamble though, have at it. Use to be great. Dianne McDonald was the best there - she has left. My wife and I have had nothing but problems the past couple of years with the front end staff and admin staff. Their communication is terrible. Their empathy is horrible. I went to urgent Care once and noticed others checking in and going in before me. I asked the guy at front desk, and he said they forget to do paperwork to let them know I was in to be seen. My wife has had her pharmacist call multiple times to get info for a prescription. They still have yet to respond to get the presexription filled. The place has gone way down hill in the past year. They are in need of better leadership and oversight. Horrible is the one word that comes to mind when I think of this place and experience here lately.

Our family of six has been with this practice for six years now and truly appreciate our office staff, PA’s and doctors. The staff is professional, caring and thorough. We receive amazing care and are glad to be part of the Green Valley Ranch family.

Went to this urgent care while I was on vacation. At first glance the place is verrry run down but they are under construction. I really appreciated the kindness of the physician. The MA seemed like we were just bothering her but the physician helped me out greatly and was very knowledgeable. The whole process took no longer than 20 minutes and I really liked that since I was on vacation.

We had to have my daughter seen on a Sunday which is on a first come first service basis. We arrived and checked in relatively early as they will only see 20 patients on Sundays. We were very thankful to see someone quickly.My daughter who is 2.5yrs was seen by a PA which is not optimal but what was necessary to hopefully have a diagnosis. Being that my daughter is 2.5yrs this PA did not seem to have a sense of pediatric care as the exam was more adult oriented with very specific questions directed to my daughter regarding her pains and body conditions rather than through the exam as our normal pediatrician would perform (she is 2.5 and is not rational enough to give proper answers to those questions).In addition they prescribed an antibiotic that we went to pick up at our local pharmacy that was prescribed as 7mL PO BID. When we arrived at our pharmacy the Pharmacist mentioned that this dose was in excess for my daughters weight of 30lbs (amoxicillin is prescribed on a weight based calculation with 7mL being given to those who weigh 44-52lbs). The MA did perform vitals initially and my daughter weight was calculated at 29.6lbs. According to the Pharmacist the dosage should have been 5mL PO BID. Not only was the prescription incorrect but they misspelled my daughters name on the prescription. Which is problematic when dealing with insurance. We called them to let them know of the mistake and they chalked it up to a typo. Supposedly, the PA will be returning a call to verify the prescription and we will update this review once that occurs.In conclusion, this is a prime example of people in the healthcare field who are not taking their jobs seriously and misallocating medications and causing over medication. Working in healthcare, I believe that accuracy is extremely important and should not be taken lightly particularly in pediatric care. Due to the severe lack of attention to detail, we will never return or ever recommend that anyone use this facility for any purpose.**Update - The PA did not call back before the end of the day as they had stated that they would do. This again cements the lack of care that this institution has for their patients.

By far the best facility, best doctors and staff that Ive ever encountered. Even though my favorite Doctor, Dr. Diane has left, I know she left me in good hands. I too was saddened by her leaving because she was the best doctor Ive ever had. Ive been her patient every since I moved here 10 years ago and gonna truly miss her.

Ashley Christianson is absolutely amazing! I have a complicated medical history but it wasnt a problem for her at all. She takes the time to answer all my questions and I feel like she really cares!

Been seeing Ashley Christiansen since October 2018. She is great! Calls me right away with results of my tests. I dont have to wait when we have a scheduled appointment . I feel very comfortable with Ashley.

I went in thinking that I had a cold but it was a sinus infection. The PA Ashley figured it out real quick. I recommend this location to anyone.

Wait time is too long

I cant begin to tell you how Im feeling right now. My Doctor is leaving and I am feeling sadness consume me Im happy for her dont get me wrong. It just took me so long to find a Doctor that I actually liked and didnt feel like I was being judged. Diane is an incredible human being. She is genuinely sweet and a good hearted person. Every time I walk in there she makes me feel like someone genuinely cares, I dont feel rushed or like she was just trying to get thru her day, like I feel with a lot of doctors in the past, I dont think that I will never find another like Diane no one will ever compare she is going to be a tough act to follow. She might never know the impact she made in my life. I am going to miss her but I wish her nothing but great things. Theres tears in my eyes as I type! Diane I wish you happiness, I wish you good days, I wish you all the good things this world has to offer.Thank you Diane McDonald, Thank you for being my Doctor. The Doctor Ill miss every time I walk into a Doctors office Thank you for caring Thank you so much! Hopefully we cross paths again. Ps. I wrote this down when I found out she was leaving. Prepare your $150.00 if you dont have insurance as they will not treat or see you. i know it is a lower price but with terrible service, you better find another place. they never answer the phone and when they do they always give you this attitude that you interrupted their day. you guys should know when people are calling this business for you and you guys getting paid which means you still have a job.

I went for a sinus infection. Kelly said that due to how long I’ve had it, there was a high likelihood that it would need more than 10 days of antibiotics. I called back on day 8 to get the prescription extension. You know, before the prescription was done. Not only did I have to call 15 times in a row to get my call answered, but they didn’t extend the prescription.

I am a type one diabetic and was able to get all my prescriptions refilled before running out. The front desk is very helpful and do their absolute best to meet you all the way. The NP I saw was very helpful in making sure I had what I needed for my healthcare before leaving, and for someone on Medicaid right now that kind of help can be hard to find.

Extremely selfish and arrogant. Was out of medication for high blood pressure, and was told at the last minute that I needed to make an appointment for my vitals to get checked! Have been an patient for over 5 years and the medications had been requested by the pharmacist for 2 weeks with no reply from the clinic! I truly thought that I found a Doctor and clinic that I could trust, they fooled me, its all about the money!

Ive been coming here for a few years and over five stars for Dr Craig Woods but negative stars for the front desk of this office. They never answer the phone and have dry personalities. Dr. Woods is always friendly hes efficient and gets me in and out. Heres to hoping he will leave this practice for a more organized place.....Update:Apparently Dr. Craig Woods has left this practice under bad terms and they were unable to provide his new information. Im sad to see my Dr go but Im glad to finally be done with this horrible office!
