After going there I wish I never went to a doctor. I have take antidepressants and anti anxiety medication. They havent refilled my meds in days. I just got back from seeing them. Ive called them days before still no meds and I am starting to feel funny from withdrawal. Im probably going to have to spend the night in the hospital. I really wish I never got treated for these symptoms. I would have been better off living with my depression and anxiety then getting treated by this clinic. Its probably for best to not see a doctor at all then to go here. These people are going kill someones one day

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I have had multiple issues, I finally went and found a new doctor.They are incredibly judgmental and I was able to diagnose myself more often then they were.I had an IUD put in and they did it incorrectly. I had multiple appointments, doctors, procedures, ultra sounds (showing it was out of place) and after A YEAR AND A HALF they were finally able to remove it for me.. now I get to pay over $1500 for the removal and every visit had a co-pay... Im beginning to think they wanted my money and not my healthI had strep throat, which I get every year, they wouldnt allow me in to the office until I got a covid test (understandably), it came back negative. They finally let me come see a doc after 3 days - refused to give me a strep test, wouldnt give me antibiotics and said it could be something else and my body will fight it. I had to take an entire week off work because they wouldnt test me or provide antibiotics. I asked for a ENT referral - but they never provided one.I also get a yearly test, so I used mychart and made an appt and noted the testing I wanted done for the appointment. I came in and they said oh we ran out of those test youll have to wait I still had to pay for the appt (co-pay and all that) when they could have called me and canceled the appointmentI mean... the list could go on and on and on...

The Bruner Family Health group is truly the best medical care organization i have ever been to. Everything runs very smooth. The support staff is absolutely organized and i never had more than a 5 minute wait to see my doctor. Prescriptions are easily refilled and referrals go seamless. Honestly, if you have had a negative experience here (like so many reviewers have) you need to ask yourself if you might not be the problem. Ive been to many doctors and organizations in many cities! Consider yourself LUCKY to be their patient.

I have had appt issues on two seperate occasions. A snow day where they didn’t call and let anyone know they were closing. Today my daughter had an appt and they told us know one could see us for an hour? So poorly run

Ive had 3 children born at St. Josephs hospital, and weve been going to Bruner Family ever since. My oldest is 17 and my youngest is 8. I will never take my family anywhere else. They truly care and respect you and your situation at Bruner. Ive never had an issue or problem with them. Youre not waiting long to be seen when you have an appointment. I highly recommend them for any family needs or personal.

My experience here has been very poor. The biggest complaint I have is when it comes time for medication refills, its nearly impossible to get them! Ive used multiple pharmacies/companies so I know it isnt an issue on the pharmacy end. For some reason this clinic supposedly doesnt ever get the refill requests and then I have to call multiple times and be pushy just to get refills on blood pressure medication etc. Then one time there was a huge miscommunication regarding my blood pressure medication. No one seemed to know which medication or dose I was supposed to take and they made me wait around for days with no answers while my blood pressure went very high. Ive called their office manager twice before and have never received a phone call back. They truly do not seem to care about good customer service for their patients. I was also once told they are only allowed 20 minutes per patient so I had to decide what issue was most important to address at my visit. Im looking for a new doctor even if that means travelling farther away. Ive had it with this place. It

Dr. Gregory Glick is the most caring and thoughtful doctor Ive ever seen. You can see it in his face that he listens to your every word and will talk about everything with you until you in detail until content. Many patients come through this place and wait times can be tough, but that is because they give each patient the time and care they need.

I have nothing but praise for Dr Chris Upton at Bruner, he was very kind, listened intently to all I had to say and referred me quickly to all the other Drs that I needed to see.0 I recently became a Medicaid patient and after always being self-pay I was very concerned as to what kind of care I would get and how quickly I would receive it, but I need not have worried because the care I received from Bruner was great and even better than my regular Physician....give Burner a try and ask for Dr Chris Upton.

Alert! Aug. 6, two of my phones -- a landline and a cell -- got a call from this number. We dont use SCL health and it was a robocall urging us to press one to accept the call. Dont do it! I am only doing a review here because I tried to call them to tell them this happened and was on a very long hold. I thought they might get the message quicker this way.

If you want a doctor who knows what they are doing or will actually be available to you, go elsewhere. My doctor, Craig Erickson is never available. The replacement doctor, Jennifer Brown, immediately said no to painkillers and stormed out of the room. That was a few days ago. I cant get into another doctor for a few days and am in such terrible pain with my serious medical condition that I cant get out of bed for anything but the toilet. I have to work tomorrow and may have had a chance to get there if my doctor was serious about helping patients. Thanks doctor Brown for helping me with my medical issues. Its youre only job and you probably went to school for close to a decade, but here I am in pain and you refused to do anything for me. I will be looking for a new primary care doctor.

At one point I just found the clinic to be older and, cheerless. I objected, when a staff member asked me personal questions in the public waiting room.My last experience was with a medical assistant, who was both rude and abrupt. She asked me a series of questions, the answers to which were right in front of her. She declined to send my physician into the exam room, due to the lack of a permission that is in my permanent file. I persisted, and the doctor showed up.

The patient service here has gone down hill over the past couple years. They start out good and now, you have nurses just sitting at the front desk, not doing much of anything. Trying to close up the appointment so by far the worst experience here...it takes more than 45 minutes just to get out of there, meaning the nurse had to print papers. Stupid!! How hard is it to print papers? The time stamp on all call sent out are also wrong! I’ve arrived 30/40 early sometimes because the tell me the wrong time to arrive...best bet is to go to a clinic that is more detailed to correct times and prompt in their work. I don’t think they take into consideration that parents need to take time off work to do these clinic visits as well.

This Place is absolutely horrible!! Horrible care horrible customer service! My daughter was to be seen for breathing problems & was turned away because they had a scheduling issue, not our fault! I tried leaving multiple messages for management & the head doctor, but its been over month & STILL NO RESPONSE! I would recommend ANY other clinic! Staff members are not professional & dont care to help their patients out or care for their patients well being. WARNING this place dosent care they are just there for a paycheck & really need to consider changing fields.

I guess I shouldnt be surprised with the AWFUL service I received after reading these reviews. I had an appointment at 2:45pm with Jon Burdick which I SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR. At 3pm I was advised that the doctor was running 1 hour late. I told them thanks anyways and ILL NEVER BE BACK! Dr. Burdick seems to think that he can just show up whenever he wants and patients will wait! NOT THIS PATIENT! Your FIRED!

Inept and/or inadequate Resident Doctors. Not open to complaints or criticism. In fact, theyre hostile & extremely resentful when a patient does criticizes them. I wouldnt send anyone to this clinic.
