My first ultrasound was around 18 weeks. I had biweekly cervical checks. Every Doctor I met with was absolutely amazing. They took their time to explain and answer all of my questions. The ultrasound techs were thorough and took their time for every little detail. When I was 31 weeks, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. The dietitians were my favorite part of my pregnancy, as crazy as that sounds. When I was first diagnosed, I was very nervous and not comfortable with zoom meetings. Sara was always so friendly, welcoming, and I felt like she wasn’t just looking at me as a patient, but on a personal level. She truly taught me so much information that I’ve continued to use now that my son is almost 6 months old. I cannot say enough good things about this office! Thank you for guiding me and comforting me during the hardest parts of my pregnancy.

The front office lady is mean, no need to even blast her name, youll know right away here do this its self explanatory a lady asked where the bathroom was and she was like let me make sure youre allowed to use it. Ive brought my son to my other OB appointments but she was mean and screamed at me about him. Dude hes three. Maybe tell me this when I make the appointment? Literally here to look at a baby inside me I didnt think a child would be an issue. This awful person woke up on the wrong side of the bed and should maybe be scheduling appointments where she doesnt deal with the general public.

Kept waiting for over an hour after our scheduled appointment time without an explanation or apology. Photos and videos during ultrasound are not allowed. US technician was thorough, but explained little about what we were looking at on the screen. The printed US pictures we were given were terrible quality. Doctor was good.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. The front desk is great- people there seemed nice. My wife and I went here for the 20 week anatomy scan. This is a big moment for couples having a baby- the tech that did the scan was really dry, short, didn’t spend any time explaining anything and the impression I got was that the scan was a business transaction she wanted to get through as quickly as possible. There was no joy or expression coming out of her, they refused to let us record the incident for our archives as well. The doctor was informative and nice. I wasn’t surprised to see that when we left the tech was leaving in street clothes already- so clearly in a rush to get home. I get that people can have bad days or need to get somewhere- but a little empathy on what your “customers” are feeling would go a long way. I will commend them for allowing me in given the current situation with the pandemic but they can improve.

I was referred here after my 20 week ultrasound came back that my daughter possible was clubbed footed. I was super scared and nervous going to the appointment. The staff was AMAZING!!!! Dr. Gardener was so amazing and explained everything in the first appointment. They had me come back just recently for an echo on her heart just to be sure that there was nothing wrong and check to see if they could get a better shot of her feet. While in there they did the echo and check her feet and then let me know that Dr. Gardener would be with me in a short bit to take a look and let me know what they were seeing. It was taking a while longer with another patience but Dr. Gardener excused himself long enough to come into my room and let me know that nothing was wrong that he was just with another patience. This place really put me at ease and has made this part of my first pregnancy easier to deal with.

Dr. McDuffie and Dr. Scott have been very helpful during my high risk pregnancy and are always willing to answer questions. The Sonographers are always sweet, understanding and walk us through each step of the scans. Front desk associates are also sweet and extremely helpful! They keep detailed notes so that the next I call in and speak to someone else, everyone is up to date on our case. I also have spoken to their Genetic Counselor who is AMAZING! She is available to answer questions and never makes you feel silly for asking.

Carmen at the desk is excellent 5 stars for her but the other medical staff didnt make my significant other or I feel as welcomed, maybe it was just one of those days. I will say staff are knowledgeable and do explain what they are doing each step of the process.

Very helpful and professional. I was referred there by my doctor for a long 20 week ultrasound. They were welcoming, friendly, professional. They explained everything we saw on the screen throughout the ultrasound. It was not only amazing to meet our little one, but to have explanations made it a very interesting experience. Dr. McDuffie is kind and a good doctor.

We have had a wonderful experience here. I have no idea what the people mentioning a kiosk are referring to. When we have gone there is a standard waiting room like any other doctors office with someone happy to check you in at a front desk. The doctors and support staff are extremely caring and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you comfortable. I had a very scary false positive on some blood work, and they needed to do an amnio. They got me in within an hour of calling to tell me about the blood work, reassured me and made the amino as painless as possible, and because the office was closing for the holiday the rest of that week, one of the staff made arrangements for the lab to contact her at home with my results so she could call me the day they were complete just so I would not have to wait a few days and worry. I have had some excellent doctors over the years, but no other office has gone so far out of their way to provide this level of care.

My service was coded incorrectly, its been 3 months trying to get a hold of the coder that works for them. He is intermittently in and out of the office and I cannot get ahold of him, the women who work the office I have to explain my situation every single time and they interrupt me every single time. They promise calls back never happens all Im looking for is to somebody to resubmit this claim back to my insurance as my insurance is requested and I cant get any help

I dont know why the other reviewers had issues here, but I have been here 3 times now; and every experience has been A+. If they are running late they always make sure you know why, and make sure you are comfortable while waiting (bathroom, water, etc). They are very knowledgeable and extremely personable; we are glad we ignored the negative reviews and gave them a chance!

If I could rate it zero stars I would. This place is a joke. Check in the kiosk, not the secretary who sits at the front desk all day. Then proceed to be told you have conditions you actually dont just because the sonographer rights down the wrong information, either that or we have a condition not a single other doctor has said anything about. Then continue to be treated as a number the entire time, there is no concern or care from the doctors or nurses like they actually care about your being here besides the next numbers to run. After this pleasant experience... Lets gets you hooked up for a non-stress test and see how your doing.Honestly the review above me was spot on this is the most rude and unprofessional Kaiser office in the metro area

This is by far the most uncaring group of people in the Kaiser system that I have run into, STEER CLEAR!First of all, when you walk in there is a woman at a desk like a receptionist, I say like because she wont check you in, you have to use the kiosk.Second, while we walked in the door right on the minute of their 15 minute window, because it takes a couple minutes to check in the kiosk and pay, we were past the window. Never mind that the front desk girl saw us but wouldnt say anything. Now we have wasted 40 min of our time driving down here, while only 3 minutes past the window of acceptance and have to reschedule, I will never come to this office again!
