My experience was so different from other trips to concentra. They have all been decent but this was better I felt like I was heard and understood. She was so concerned for my overall health that it left a wonderful impression on me. I truly wish all Dr. visits went as good. When you hurt and can’t stop the pain it’s nice to have someone actually believe you and want to help. Thank you Cynthia.

Best Urgent Care experiences (and medical experiences in general) I have ever had. My chronic insomnia has never been treated as real, but when I came here and spoke to the doc in training and the regular doc, they instantly prescribed me something that has given me the best sleep I have had in years. Extremely empathetic.

Really clean facilities and friendly employees but I had to a wait a while for being one of two patients waiting. Still great though!

Such a great experience! I fell off one of those electric scooters (avoid them at all costs if you can!) and wound up here. The staff took me in immediately and the doctors were not only amazing at treating my wounds, but at calming me down as well. I was pretty shaken up and scared! They were amazing!

COVID precautions utilized. Welcoming, professional and efficient care. When in downtown Denver rest easy they are here to truly help.

Don’t go here. Had a visit with Ron Rasis and I clearly have a throat infection and he said just take tylenol. It took an hour and 40 minutes for him not to prescribe me antibiotics. I’m never going back here. Waste of my time and he just said come back if it get’s worse. Dude I feel sick now what are you missing.

I went in for urgent care and they did a great job. Just called back to get a copy of some of the records and the staff was so helpful and communicative. The whole experience is one of the best medical experiences Ive had in a long time.

Friendly staff. Professional. I thought I would have to wait for a long time for my physical and drug screen but I was there less than an hour. Very pleased patient!

Rude and unprofessional staff!! Came to this location for drug, physical test for my new job. My mistake I put yes for sleep apnea when I was never diagnosed with it. My doctors from previous state fax over my records several times and the staff members said they never received anything! They offered to reach out to my previous doctors office and never did. I called last week to confirm evert was completed and again same story didn’t receive it, we don’t call other doctor offices. Why ask for information and I do my part and you don’t follow up on your end. Last staff member I spoke to wasn’t apologetic for her staff members mistakes, didn’t offer to try to fix it her self after I gave her all the information she needed to contact my previous doctors office. I highly recommend NOT coming to this location. I ended up losing the job offer for this location stupidity

I had a walk-in drug test. It was quick. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The front desk receptionist was very nice and help me finish my paperwork quickly. Definitely recommended if you need to walk in for care.

I needed to follow up on my annual DOT physical the entire experience went well and quickly considering I was a walk-in the clerks were very friendly and the doctor was informative about everything that was going on I really appreciated it

Arrived early morning for a U.A. Staff did a good job taking care of me without an appointment. Wait was less than 15min. For a large clinic and having only two clinicians managing patients, it was a good experience. Thank you both.

All front office staff and nurses were extremely friendly and helpful. I was a walk in and got into my appointment right away. Dr. Ron Rasis was extremely professional. He was very thorough and helpful. I would absolutely go back to this Concentra location!

This is a clean facility, with helpful staff. It does take about 30 minutes for them to get you in even with an appointment (hence the 3 star review.)

This location was so dirty. The doors, walls, curtains and bathroom, sink. I would never go back!

Although, I had an hour long wait for some pre-employment testing, the overall experience was pleasant. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

It took an hour for me to get 2 vaccines. I showed up much earlier than many and my agency had already sent over paperwork the day before. Recommending they don’t use this clinic again.

Very poor customer service. I waited over two hours to be seen by a doctor to be cleared to return to work. During this time, nobody was called back to see a doctor. When I was called back the doctor took it upon himself to order a HPE test even though my employer did not request the test.

Short wait. Medical staff was kind, kniwledgable, thorough, explained the processes, prescribed medication appropriate for my needs. A life saver for me until I can follow up with my PCP in a few weeks!

The best care! It is shocking how many *remarkably* brilliant people are in this office. So much so, that I use them instead of a primary care physician. Even if it costs more, I come here because they are truly the best. From reception all the way through checkout, you will be amazed. These people are exceptional. Every one of them. In and out in less than an hour overall great experience. When I checked out I was not giving my prescription because I thought it was sent to my pharmacy. When I got home I received a call letting me know I left my prescription there and so I had to drive another 20 minutes back to pick up my prescription. Not the worse thing in the world.

Very professional and client health/ care conscious. Chain of custody, forms, and staff contact is above reproach.

This is an excellent place! I love the kind of service that I receive, and the doctors are superb! (Ive been having ear issues lately and they have been doing a wonderful job keeping my ears clean and free from debris....(great place, great staff, awesome doctors!)

I couldnt believe the customer service at the LoDo location. The lady at the front desk was so kind I totally understood why she was the first interface with customers. Then when I was taken in for testing everyone was so professional and nice. Id recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Definitely SIX stars!

The Concentra at 1730 Blake St Denver had the most professional & helpful staff I have experienced at any facility in the metro area. The facility was also the nicest & cleanest which I have visited. Overall I would give the staff & facility an A+! Thank you for my wonderful experience. 👍

I went to this location because of a workmans comp claim. The staff were good but there is absolutely no parking for special needs individuals. There is no street parking available every time I have gone all the parking is taken up in the street but you have to pay for and only six spaces in the lot allocated or Concentra patients.

I was very pleased with the care I received at Concentra. I was not made to wait at all. The attending physician was excellent! She was very through and I liked her style of care. She based her recommendations on the lab results and she listened to my concerns and gave them considerations. If any future needs arise without hesitation Ill return to Concentra.

I understand good customer service and I appreciated the service I received from, Jean at the front counter to my medical assistant Jena. The day I was in it was pretty busy, I would say the wait was not more than I would expect.Dr Ron is very good, asked me good questions and offered a treatment plan. He has me moving along with a lot less pain and getting better sooner than I expected I would be.Physical therapy team has made the difference in my recovery. Christi shows true concern, she has expectations meaning, she does count on the patient to do there homework to assist her with her treatment and the patient recovery process.Thanks to all at Concentra Downtown Denver,Mark P.P.S. The people that work here are very nice and professional. I had to get a physical, drug test and TB shot for my new job. I came as a walk in and it wasn’t long before they got to me. They seemed to work well with each other and they got everything done fast and efficiently. I was pleased with my experience here.

Needed an urgent care near the office. The location was convenient, the staff was pleasant and professional, and I didnt have a long wait. I was pleased with my experience at Concentra.

Walked in, filled out some paperwork, and i was quickly set up and took to the back for an evaluation. The staff was very friendly and professional. The waiting room and doctors offices were clean. A great location.

I tried this urgent care because of its convenience downtown, however I will not go back. I waited for 2 hours to even be called back to see a doctor, and a week has gone by and I still have not received any test results. Also they dont answer the phone, and took about 7 tries to have someone pick up and not get hung up on.

Dr. Ron was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He made me comfortable and supported. The physical therapy team is amazing and, again, very knowledgeable. Everyone listened to me and then helped come up with a plan right for me and my health.

Difficult to get to. Have to pay for parking have been waiting for over an hour just for a blood draw.

I went for a pre employment physical. They got me in quick. My physician was extremely friendly as well as all the staff that I encountered. Usually convenient cares take extremely long and I dread it but my experience here was awesome!

My experience was excellent. Came here around 9am and there were already quite a few people and I thought I would wait for a while but my wait was pretty fast. Very clean and the place is spacious.

This place is great if you know what’s wrong with you and just need medication to fix it. I’ve come in a few times for flu and cold symptoms, and have been pleased with my care. However, LADIES, if going in for vaginal symptoms ask for a very, very thorough exam. I had a yeast infection, but it was misdiagnosed as a bacterial infection by the doctor on staff (she took a very quick look at it and then gave me an incredibly strong antibiotic). With the wrong medication, the yeast infection became so severe that only now, 7 days after visiting this location and 4 days after visiting another doctor to get the right medication, has the swelling gone down enough for me to be able to walk again.

They were great. Very friendly.

I had an appointment at noon. I had to wait for an hour, and I never saw the doctor. While I was waiting, the staffs were just laughing and chatting among themselves. When I asked them about the doctor, they just kept telling me to wait. After I decided to leave, they had the audacity to ask if I want to reschedule. Not even one apology. They were rude and demeaning. Is it normal for patients to wait an hour? I never felt so indignant in my life. I never ever want to come back to this unprofessional facility.

The office was neat, clean and inviting. All of the personnel were caring and definitely experienced and excited to help!

This place is an awesome place to go to if you need any medical care. They will show more compassion for your injuries or any medical care that you need then a specialist will. Take my word for it I went to Orthopedic Associates for my sprained left knee and got laughed at not literally but you can tell. Then I went over here to Concentra and got put in the appropriate brace for my left knee and began my recovery for my sprained left knee with a lot and I mean a lot intense physical therapy. The physical therapy department actually takes care and assesses your injuries and goes for their best expertise to get you better.

They made everything clear and easy for me. They said my wait would be longer than it was. Everyone was helpful, nice and professional. Great experience.Kim Stone

I found the staff congenial and eager to make the visit as painless as possible. I was disappointed by the necessity of driving all the way to down town Denver, from Golden, because this was the only facility that provided the service I required. I was also disappointed no way could be found for me to move my car when the local two hour parking limit was reached.

My Doctor Ron Rasis the women working at the front desk have always gone above and beyond to make sure that I was receiving the proper care from them and everyone involved in my recovery from surgery. I’m am super appreciative of their hard work and efforts.

I have been out of work since November 8, 2018. I just finally was released to go back to work by my SPECIALIST with no RESTRICTIONS. Concentra has decided that they know more about dialysis, more THAN A NEPHOROLIGIST, and have ruined my life and put me in financial ruin because of a recommendation. Not a law, rule, or regulation, but a recommendation. I plan on suing Concentra for every penny I can. They have no right to do this to honest and hard working people. Learn to work with compassion and in the confines of the law. Concentra is the absolute worst in the industry.

The staff here are very nice, they strive to answer any questions, even if they have to ask someone else. The facility is state of the art and very clean.

The care was great and I didn’t have to wait long (3:30 on a Friday). I updated my new address and preferred pharmacy on the check-in paperwork and they still had my old info and sent my script to my old pharmacy though.

Christy knows her job. She worked out my aches and pains and teaches me how to reuse my arm and a good way Ive been here off and on for almost a year. I do recommend this place if you need special therapy needs.

I hurt my knee at work and got brought here. Everyone but one was courteous and friendly except the black lady with glasses with long curly hair and glasses. I left on crutches and asked if they had a bag for my stuff and she hatefully said no after I was told they had one for me. They watched me struggle dropping my things in the floor and wouldnt help me grab them. I heard the black lady make fun of me and judge me by my appearance. I live in a van but was working to get back on my feet. I dont think shes a good Representative for the face of the company. Everyone else smiled and for the most part friendly. None of them tried to help me out with my belongings tjouth

This place is very bad and avoid unless you have no choice. Had to go there for an emergency since I had a gash on my leg and they left me waiting for 2 hours with no treatment, I was bleeding everywhere and the doctor was being rude with me over my injury. She also said it would be best to not numb my wound before they cleaned it since it would be quick to just staple the cut shut. Well, she didnt warn me that flushing an open wound with water is one of the most PAINFUL THINGS EVER! I was in pain and she just rolled her eyes at me and snickered. Even her kind staff was shocked she didnt numb me. Awful.Very dissapointed that I went there but I had no choice and I needed to treat my injury. If I could do it again I would have avoided this place and gone to the ER. The staff was nice but the doctor that treated me was either in a bad mood or just didnt care about me.Like I said, avoid if possible.

The receptionist very friendly and helpful, the doctors take special care and concern about your needs. I would recommend this place if you need a Doctor or need any medical service.

I went in at 8:07 am on a Thursday for a DOT medical exam (which, at the time of this review, costs $103, or $94 if youre renewing). I was out at around 9:15 am.The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, and they had no hiccups in the check-in process. It was pretty quick, too, but I cant speak for how well they do when there are tons of people there--I came in early to avoid the rush.As far as the exam goes, it was great! Everyone knew their stuff. The first young lady to take all my vitals and do the tests told me there were two people ahead of me and that I might have to wait a while for the examiner. But the examiner came within five or ten minutes! I got Allison Hedien as my examiner, and she is AWESOME! She is friendly, sweet, and efficient. I even got to wear these cool blue medical shorts with my undies on underneath so I didnt have to drop anything for the hernia test. Pretty sweet.So, I had a 5-star experience with my DOT medical exam. I will go back again when its time to renew. Thank you Allison and Concentra staff!

Long wait but the doctor was very nice which is what matters most to me. She was patient (no rush like all lot of doctors offices) and genuinely tried to make me feel better.

I have amazing health insurance with my company and only have a $15 deductible, even at urgent care facilities, when it isnt my primary care provider. The staff at the Blake street location were extremely rude and billed me the complete amount ($120) and wouldnt call my insurance company. I called my insurance company and spoke to three different representatives who all said I was only supposed to pay $15 and they werent sure what the issue was and why I would have had to pay any more than that. Long story short Ive called them on multiple occasions and now I have to submit a reimbursement form as they couldnt follow proper protocal. I would never recommend going here, even if it is convenient.

The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. They are the reason they got three stars. The big downside was the wait time. I was there for 90 minuets for a 15 procedure.

Was in Denver for a conference and came down with bronchitis. Staff were fantastic-friendly, helpful, and prompt. Was quoted an hour from check in to walk-in our the door which I thought was really reasonable and i was in and out in just under an hour

Staff is second to none, they go out of their way to make you comfortable and feel important! Very unusual for a medical facility, thanks guys!

Dr Huntress was excellent during my urgent care visit and she spent all the time needed to answer my questions. I went for an MRI and she called back with the results. Better than my own orthopedic doctor who has turned out to be ineffective at best.

Waste of time and money. I went there in attempt to get care sooner than my primary, but the visit didn’t help me sooner, or help me avoid a visit to my primary. They prescribed what I was already on (and available over the counter), and when I pointed it out, seemed to not know what I was already taking. Ultimately, I had to go to another provider to get medications that were helpful.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. The receptionist has no personality. I went in last week to do my return to work physical. I had to take in some paperwork today from my pcp to get a copy of my dot card. All I needed was a copy. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, was taken back to the exam room to see the doctor. He didn’t even know why they sent me back. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for whoever to print off my dot card. That’s 45 minutes that could have been avoided if the girls at the desk knew what they were doing! I hate coming here. I only do it is because I was out on oji and my job makes us go to this location when we get released back to work.
