If I could give them a zero I would. Non-responsive for many requests for support and forms. Almost impossible to get the doctor to call you back ( not their nurse practitioner). Normally on HOLD with their phone system for 10-15 minutes just to talk to a human. These people need to realize they work for the patient, not their employer.

I had an incredible experience seeing a primary care provider here for the first time. The staff was all professional and kind, and my doctor took 45 minutes to get to know me and listen. I really like having virtual access to my health info as well.

Never done a Google review before, but I just had an awful experience with this office. I am new to town and scheduled an appointment with a doctor because I need a new primary care. I scheduled it about a month ago, and due to all the covid drama I completely forgot about my appointment (which I never do). I called two hours later to ask if I could reschedule and Midtown PENALIZED ME for missing my appointment by completely releasing me from their care and not allowing me to schedule at the clinic EVER again. I’m beyond livid. How pathetic.

Have been trying to address an incorrect bill and manipulative practices for two months now...I submitted a BBB complaint #15314046 that went unanswered and will now be on their public record for at least 3 years, and still nothing. I am at a loss for how to reach out...advice, do not use their emergency department unless you absolutely have ZERO other options because they will take advantage.

I had a really good experience here! Even though its a big building and I got a little lost- the staff was able to point me into the right direction! My appointment with Brenda was great, she was super kind and helpful and showed alot of interest in my wellbeing as well as being able to make referrals to point me in the right direction:) definately coming back here for all my health concerns and check ups!

Impressed by SCL health as a whole but not with this location. Baby daddys cant even go in back with the mother for ultrasound. Will not be returning to this location.

I have received nothing but excellent care here. I moved to Colorado recently and finally found a doctors office that is in network with my insurance. They provide excellent care and are always quick to post results into the my chart app and give frequent reminders for appointments. I’m so happy I found this place everyone seems very organized and helpful. Highly recommend!

What kind of healthcare facility lets you go 3 months until your next appointment and then emails you days before saying your insurance is not ok? When pressed I was told I fell through the cracks and should have never been seen in the first place. I was basically told that I dont matter and they dont care.

Best PCP Ive ever had. Dr. Nelson listens to and answers every concern you come in with. Theres a good online portal (to see test results, etc), and they answer emails fast.

Id leave a 0 if I could. They dismissed me before even being seen. I was apparently not 20 minutes early which was never told told to me. So even though I was there Marie told me she had dismissed me. I have filed complaints with board of health and zoc doc. I will be hiring a lawyer for refusal to treat with no reason.

Dr. Neeley goes above and beyond! Not many doctors pick up the phone and check on you personally. This is what she did many times as she was receiving my medical records from other doctors offices and I was going through cancer.

A very caring and experienced staff. Doctors are great,knowledgeable and experienced. Dr Neeley stands out above the rest.

After a string of doctors I wasnt pleased with, I was lucky to stumble upon Dr. Neely who went above and beyond to make my experience positive. She really considers the whole person when interacting and doesnt rush you out of the room.

I have taken more than a week to write this review, in an attempt to be as fair as possible. I arrived with my Father to his Dr. appointment at Denver Medical Associates, 10-15 minutes late. I had a hard time finding a wheelchair for him and we waited about 5 min before being seen. Upon checkin, we were told we were 20 minutes late and that my father (59 98 lbs, pre cancerous condition, unable to walk) possible may not be seen as we were 20 minutes late. I explained that he had been house bound for 10 days and that I had traveled from out of town to take his to this appointment. They were unsympathetic. Upon being told to wait, the man behind us was also told he might not be seen as he was late, he explained that he had just called and made the appointment, and had said on the phone that he might not make it there at the appointment time but would shortly after. He was told that he was 10 minutes late, and might not be seen. He then got angry, told them he would be writing a bad review, asked for the supervisor, etc. etc. After a bit, he was told that he could be seen later in the day, by another doctor not his own, he left upset but with an appointment. The doctors office apologised to everyone in the waiting room (a quite empty room, a total of 3 people) that we had Had to hear that. We waited a few minutes, and were then told that my father could not be seen that day. I explained to them that i had just heard them give an appointment to the man who came in After us, to My Fathers doctor... They said that depending on what health insurance we had, that dictated priority, it was not their fault/choice. I explained again to them (with my 98lbs 59 father in a wheelchair) that my Father was unable to care for himself and had been immobile in his home for the past 10 days, and that he needed medical attention for his back, so that he could get around and be evaluated. They told me we were 20 minutes late to out appointment, and suggested we could go to the ER.We then we did go to the ER, at Saint Joseph Hospital, and received excellent medical care for my father, they were very good, caring and very competent.I do not know what else to say.

Out standing medical facility. These people are a cut above in their industry.

Front desk staff is very nice, but I was not impressed with the care I received.

⚠️ GO ELSEWHERE!Crappy staff, crappy Doctors, horrible wait times. Attitudes beyond by employees and wrong Care, Diagnosis and Treatment. IMHO.Go elsewhere
