I’m a fan! I had a special event and waited until the last minute to look into getting an updo. I called around the day of, and of course, not many places had any appointments, but the folks here were able to squeeze me in with Britni and I am so happy with the end result and their amazing service. She was amazing to work with and listened to my needs and ideas for my updo. I will probably look into getting my haircut here as well. I was very impressed with the whole process and booking.

DO NOT GO TO JILL!!! i went to get my hair bleached and by the end of the process my hair fell out. i have one inch pieces from where my hair fell out all around my head. she also stunted the growth as well. she only gave me half of my money back, not all of it. she also acted very unprofessional after and was not nice at all. please please please do not go to Jill!

Guys! Look, listen. I called at 10:00 AM and I was in the chair before 2:00 PM. I had a great conversation with Jill as she washed and cut my hair. I left the salon with the cut I was looking for, but Im trying to bring these curls back to life so I chose to head home and style it myself. I present to you my way-better-than-my-psychotic-pandemic-hairs new cut! 10/10 recommend. Ask for Jill!

Ned has been my hair guy for over ten years. In that time he managed to keep my waist-length tresses looking their best, even when dyed my usual red-and-black. Finally, ready for a change, I asked him to cut it.Not only did he take into account the shape of my face and the texture of my hair, he took the time to teach me how to manage and maintain my new look. I couldnt be happier.

My long-time stylist, Stacey Aranda, moved here so I followed her. The salon is quite large and offers many services, but I just come for a haircut. The front parking lot facing Colorado Boulevard is very crowded, but there is more parking on the side and rear of the building. I wish the waiting room and the coat closet were a bit larger. This place can get very busy. I prefer Mondays which are the quietest time.

My mother and I have been getting our hair and nails done at Salon OTB for over 10 years. If you close your eyes and imagine the ideal salon and spa youre picturing the facilities at Salon OTB. But the real draw is the staff, full of kind and knowledgable individuals. Ive seen more than one stylist and nail tech all of whom have understood my wants, needs, hair type and have worked with me to achieve the best look. My go to girl is Alexa Hartley who recently gave me the most amazing rose gold hair color, edgy undercut, and stunning Victorias Secret blowout as well as a fun time while she worked her magic.

Terrific salon, didnt even know it was there and Ive been in the neighborhood for 8 years. They are very available with appointments frequently and are very price competitive, talented stylists- definitely recomend Jessica!

Bad seevice over priced very rude people

Bought a Groupon for a shellac manicure. I tried to schedule with Zoya over 5 times within a years time. She cancelled 3 times for medical emergencies. The last time I called her, she told me she was out of the state and to stop calling her... then proceeded to laugh at me and tell me I was a liar.She was very rude, and didnt respond well to my patience. I cant speak to the rest of the salon, or to their skills, they may be wonderful. But I had a truly awful experience with Zoyas customer service. Please, please dont out yourself through this process. Save yourself the frustration of trying to work with a flaky, unprofessional nail technician and find someone who isnt condescending to customers who have already paid.
