Received a gift certificate from my sister for Christmas to Sanctuary Day Spa and Wellness at Cherry Creek Athletic Club for $50 that they are refusing to honor because THEY CANNOT FIND THEIR PAPERWORK! I have the certificate with the card they sent that says Merry Christmas. They admit the certificate series is within the legal time frame, 60 months; also admit that there is no record of me using it, but because THEIR record keeping is a mess, they are refusing to honor it. This place has always been very disorganized but this is a new low.They are now under new management Life Time Athletic - Centennial Tennis and hoping they will do the right thing.

Lovely experience! I took a friend for her birthday and I got a massage from Laurel and she got a facial from Stephanie. We were able to enjoy the steam room and sauna too - a fabulous bonus! We are already eyeing another trip for my birthday. I really cant say enough nice things and we will definitely be back! And soon!

Went here for part of a girls weekend trip and had the best time! My friend and I did the bathing ritual and a massage. We both Love the tubs they had so much we have each started planning bathroom remodels to get one.

I get regular massages from Laurel. She is INCREDIBLE, not only nice, but very competent. This 1 star review is for the nails. I have been there only a handful of times for nail service. Each time, I received good and clean service. Yesterday, I had a 5:45 appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes early. The receptionist informed me the tech was running about 10 minutes late, but probably had caught up by now. I was not pleased they did not call me to alert me, but stayed anyway. I waited until 6pm on the dot, then I left. I can understand that people run late. I have done so myself. That said, you need to inform the client at the very least. It is up to the salon to refuse service, if the client is 10 or more minutes late. It is unfair to those of us on schedules. We live walking distance to Cherry Creek. There are so many nail salons. I will return to Laurel, but never again will I get my nails done here.

Fantastic service, hot stone massage definitely helped me feel better after an accident. Would recommend they were able to get me in on such short notice.

Dr. Spenny is fantastic. Ive been dealing with chronic heartburn for several years now. It recently became very problematic, affecting my ability to eat foods. It felt like food was getting stuck in my throat, making it difficult to breath. I had been to a GI specialist, had all those lovely tests done, and they basically said to take a prescription for the rest of my life (with various in-sundry side effects). I thought there had to be a better option. Dr. Spenny listened to my plight, and recommended a series of lab tests. She narrowed down my exact food sensitivities that were triggering my symptoms, put me on a elimination diet, and supplements to help heal my gut. No problems eating food now. Heartburn is much better as well. She also addressed a chronic neck complaint from a prior car crash, by gently treating my neck with some very relaxing cranial sacral therapy. Had my best treatment experience yet with Ly. She was not only efficient but her extra friendly personality and great skills had me looking and feeling great and ready to schedule my future visits with Ly. I highly recommend booking with her and visiting the Sanctuary Day Spa.
