Ive been going to this place for years now. Have seen the staff come and go and everyone that has been employed here has been great. Strains have always been great. Quick in and out process. Security keeps the grounds safe and clear of unwanted guests. Convenient online menu and shop ahead ordering. New app for easy check in and waiting process.

Ever since moving to Denver Ive had a hard time finding a dispensary I really like, until I found Potco. Very friendly staff and amazing prices and deals! Definitely my favorite dispensary.

Sat outside in the “line” Twice for both times never to text me, when I went inside after 40 mins, they said I had to re text it, and wait another 20 minutes. No help what so ever called me a liar when I showed him I texted twice with both times having a response. 3rd time was a charm, if that was really a manager I was speaking to you need a new one

Everything was pre weighed you really couldnt look at it till after you bought it. But the prices were good in the product seems good. Wont really know until I get home and have a chance to check it out.

They convinced me to upgrade to EPC and less then 2 weeks they increased there prices by $10 plus per ounce for flower, even their westword ad had old prices which had me drive an hour , when I got there I was told the change, they said they dont make the westword , even though they made the ad! Save your time and money they are not worth the drive when everyone has same prices so this is not even close to whole sale anymore!

Heather and the rest of the team are always kind and courteous very friendly and happy atmosphere! Oh and great prices. However I will not be buying their popcorn/small buds anymore as it is not as tasty as the big buds.

I have enjoyed potco and their wonderful customer service, Gianna was really helpful asking with the rest of their staff.

I would rate negatively if I could. I came in because I found a deal on cannasaver. When I came in with the coupon it did not apply as it said. When I asked repeatedly they told me that the coupon (I used last week) actually only applies to two items. I asked to be refunded and do two separate purchases. When I did my purchase I then only got ONE 75% after being told 10 times I would get two. When I asked for a refund again they called the cops on me (:If you don’t know your own coupons maybe you shouldn’t be working there. And if you can’t handle a customer being upset because they didn’t get what YOU promised maybe you shouldn’t work in customer service.

Good flower at a low price and a very friendly and helpful staff,always have good music and vibes on when i come in and shop.Only reason i dont give 5 stars is due to the lack of dab selection beyond simple waxs and shatters.

So its a long drive from anywhere but PotCo always has good products. 2 ounces of flower for $125 currently and $200 for an ounce of dabs.Customer service has been pretty good too. The girl in reception is polite and helpful. Destiny always goes an extra mile by providing good information on product and making sure I know my options. Very patient, very kind.Check this shop out. The quality of the product has gone downhill over the past year. Staff has no knowledge or knows anything about whats really going on with their product. They tell you everything is good just because they want to get rid of it bought a ounce today and it smells and tastes like something I grew in my basement and it was supposed to be their top shelf very disappointing. I have been a member here for over three years now and Im already looking for a new place because the service and the quality just arent there anymore

Felt super rushed at the store, I intentionally called to find out if I needed to do anything special with being a new patient during covid. The lady on the phone said I could shop in store, but when I got there it was clear I should have ordered online.Now that Ive tried the shatter I bought Im even more unhappy it taste so weird like its menthol wax. Shopped here to save a little money, but now Im spending more to buy wax elsewhere that doesnt taste oddly modified. Wont be back

My budtender, Joy, was awesome—offering different choices for my ounces and reminding me of the credit I had on my account so I could save a few bucks. I hope she helps me next time, too!

The woman answering the phone is extremely rude, not helpful and hung up on me when I called to get a solution to my being in the parking lot for 2 hours. I just wanted helpI was treated rudely and offered no solution. All I wanted was help as to how I could get in line since I had been waiting for so long and I was hung up on. I go to dispensaries daily, I’m a glass artist and I buy a lot of product and rarely get treated as low as they treated me here offering no solution only being rude. Do yourself a favor and avoid these rude people

Place is great. Always has above average quality at below average prices. Some people don’t like the changes over there, but it’s obvious they are investing money in the place and I personally like the direction they are going. The employees running the place seem to be much higher caliber than what was behind the counter a year or two ago. Obviously they got best medical dispensary award for a reason.

I came here for medical, mostly because they had a great deal for in store credit that I took advantage of. This was about a year ago so Im not sure if things have changed but at the time, I wasnt too impressed. Their budtenders didnt know much about their products which is really sad and scary when they are dealing with medical cannabis and patients who rely on accurate information. I realize they arent doctors or medically trained but if I ask a simple question about a product Id expect them to know the answer. Their prices arent very competitive but I did see they had some pretty looking flower.

PotCo is one of the best medical depos in Denver! They are soo consistent with the medicine it is unreal. At a time where it is hard to find good quality medicine out there at a good price. PotCo is definitely one of the leading places to. Covid-19 almost shut down a few depos and there grows but PotCo stood strong throughout the months and never failed to produce! Will always recommend this place to anyone with a medical card.

The name itself is a dead giveaway, Potco is a medical only dispensary that markets themselves as wholesale to the public, which they do pretty well. Prices for edibles are usually the lowest around. They also regularly have $10-$12 (sometimes lower) grams of wax and shatter. Flower is so-so but at their price you really cant beat it. Worth a stop!

Pretty decent dispensary, best prices in the area. Quality is cool as well for the price. I usually grab concentrate from them hands down best prices but quality may vary. I like and recommended this shop.

Favorite dispensary in Denver. Selection and quality of the product is always great. Their flower and shatter choices will never leave you feeling like your always getting the same thing. The manager Blake is great, if you have any questions ever or want anything specific he’ll make sure to do his best to get it for you. The secretary Emily is always friendly and speedy, and always playing great music. She makes the environment in the lobby happy, professional and always greets customers with a smile. All my questions are always answered and I never feel like I’m being brushed off or rushed. Security will even take the extra mile to make sure you’re escorted to your car safely. If you’re looking for a dispensary with great quality medicine and service, Potco is where you want to go :)

Every time I make an online order the staff at POTCO make it super easy.

This place rules, everyone is extremely nice, product is on point and pretty much the best prices youll find.

I delivered a load to these people. Very nice and friendly people. Only gave it 4 stars because backing into their lot wasnt the easiest. Have to back across two one way streets, its not their fault. Just be careful backing in.

75% of the flower is mid grade. Place has really went downhill since the new management. I wouldn’t recommend signing your plants over here. They take EPC patients (and their plants) give them limited choices and only allow you to buy a portion of what you should. Really disappointed after being a patient with them for a 2-3 years.

Everything I used to love about this place has been taking away from me (besides good customer service), and sad to say that after more than 3 years, I am actively seeking to sign on elsewhere, with a dispensary that actually encourages me to want to spend more money, instead, now when i go there it just puzzles me that they dont seem to mind me and others leaving all that money on the table that we would have otherwise spent.

Been shopping here for 4 years and watching the customer service dropped to almost nothing over the last few months prices are going up, customer service is going down and the willingness to serve the customers is like non-existent. Went in today and was told some BS story that they couldnt give me what I was asking for because they dont have the supply problem is I was asking for 3 oz and they could sell me two or they can sell me four but they couldnt sell Me 3? It dont make any sense at all. So I bought what I could and laughed and for the second time in the four years that Ive been shopping there I did not leave a tip because of the lack of customer service.

Customer service was trash. Dude with the tattoos was rude and very short. Tried to get some info from him as it was my first time. but he didn’t really wanna hear it. Weed is actually pretty good though.

This is place is awesome. They wholesale to the public and they allow me to buy my med card limit on certain days. That new strains they have are great and smoke well. The quality of the budtenders, as well as flower product, is fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to friends.

Place overall is okay. Would be alot better if they didnt pre pack flower. Last few ounces I purchased have been coming up 1 to almost 2 grams short. Not a big deal but it adds up. Concentrate selection is very limited due to the fact that they only have Next1 labs. Overall the flower is pretty good would be alot better if they could increase the EPC limit.

3 years ago the same flower strains they sell now used to be $65 an oz then they have now gone all the way up to $105 an oz. They no longer care about the patients ability to afford their medicine, just their own profits!! They say they have to increase prices so less ppl can afford to buy their stock... So much for wholesale prices!
