Buddy Boy dispensary on Walnut St. in Denver has some awesome products! There is always a big variety of flower to choose from along with edibles and other fun stuff! Love when they have their specials, which has been pretty often! The bud tenders are very friendly and are quick to service and get you out the door in no time. I love Buddy Boy and am an old time member since the first few years of existance. They are one of the better medical providers with a constantly good selection of product. I wish they would carry a few more bud strains but I can usually find 5 or 6 strains to choose from per visit and the quality is good.

Im highly disappointed. Ive found Buddy Boy on my dips near me. Been shopping here for months. Today they come out and tell me Ive been banned for a fraudulent card. Im a disabled law student and dont do fraudulent. But the fact you all have been letting me spend hundreds of dollars for months and now all of a sudden there is a random note thrown in there. Considering my neighborhood Im gonna take this as a warning to not shop anywhere over here. Thanks but no thanks guys. Also note that Im a recreational customer Ive never even attempted to get a med card

If I could give them a 0 I would I am so disappointed in the 38th and perry location. I looked on their website and saw a strain (gg4) that tested at 26% and the same strain that tested at 21% so I went into this location and bought the strain they told me they didn’t have the 26% one but they had a 21% and sold me 2 ounces of this. Once I got to my car I pulled it out of the bag and saw that it was actually 16 to 18%. The nugs also looked like popcorn nugs and not good weed. I decided to go back in before I left to see if I could exchange because they lie to me and gave me misinformation about the product that I was buying especially because they just sold me a very large quantity and they argued with me and did not refund me saying that it was 18 to 21% and that it was just a range but the range was 16 to 18 rather than the 21 advertised to me. I am very disappointed and I am never going here again this is terrible customer service I cannot believe that they just sold me this.

I have researched various dispensaries and none I found offer the quality, the prices, the selection and the fantastic member benefits. They get you in fast too. The bud servers do a great job. Be sure to tip!

Check-in experience was so bad that 2 customers in a row walked out.Me and another - seemingly just as gentle and nice as me - dude.Cant review their product - it was my first time, and I never got checked in.There were only us 2 customers.Both of us had printed med cards (legal & in color, and the PDF on our phones.) And Legal ID. Check-in guy insisted on an e-mail of PDFs.What an awful experience.

This place used to be awesome, but the flower and customer service has been headed straight downhill for about a year now. Have had multiple budtenders with bad attitudes while Im trying to give the store money, and several others that seemed too baked to do their job. Recently waited 15 min for one customer in the entire store to be helped. Probably done.

Man I did not feel like a buddy boy I walked in there first time ever being able to get the medical help that I needed and I didnt have any sense of general direction as to where I should point for pain relief at the current moment and I was in told instead of being able to browse and look for myself that if I wasnt going to buy something that I should get out so other people could if this is the Buddy boy experience man I dont feel like a buddy boy

Biggest selection of products out of all the Buddy Boy Stores, medical and recreational. Parking is limited so try to go at a non-standard time of day (avoid lunch breaks, Sunday mornings and after-work rushes.) Theres a few employees who really stand out in terms of customer service, be sure to tip well if you see them. Brittany, Sarah, George, Preston, Saul, and Anthony (the manager) always provide great suggestions on medical whenever I come in.l

The 8/10 times that I’ve visited this dispensary was just unsatisfactory. The deals and prices seem to be on the higher end and lower quality. The people seem nice, but the whole system seems off. Only select items can be discounted for birthdays and veterans which is odd. Now, I’m not saying it’s all bad, but I probably won’t be finding myself coming back.

I shop on the med side. I can say i am very satisfied with the customer service there. I got helped out by Colin, he was very passionate about his job and i feel like he really went that extra mile to help me out with what i needed. I normally dont write reviews but after this last visit. It really made the day for me. Its hard to find places with good customer service now a days, especially at a Dispensary. This just shows how they really do care for the customers, and because of that i will always come back to this Buddy boy and continue to be a member with them.

It is downtown still - technically. So you are treated like a bag lady , asked to leave your valise at the desk.. other than that, reason able selection and friendly people

Awesome service. Gentlemen at the front checking IDs was berated by some jerk who came unprepared with a broken ID; who then decided to take it out on the employee. Their employee was very level headed and managed to take care of all patients there legally, even as the situation escalated. Excellent med selection. Kind staff who stick to policy and laws. Definitely would recommend.

Going on Vacation to Phoenix, needed to take my medication (I am a medical patient), so I took my vap battery into the store and asked for a oil cartridge that was compatible, they sold me a Craft brand Oil Cartridge. When I got to Phoenix I could not get the cartridge to work, I called Buddy Boy and advised that I would not be able to return it for 5 weeks when I return from vacation, George said to take a video of it not working and Maybe they would replace it but really iffy after 5 weeks. When I got home I called before I drove 20 miles to attempt to return it, they said they would not replace it as their is no warranty.I have recommended and sent many customers to Buddy Boy, will stay away from all of their stores now and no more recommendations.

Buddy Boys has reliable medicine with a nice selection from shatter to topicals. Staff is very friendly and they have a nice rewards program. One day I walked in and I was allowed 3 hoop shots with the basketball they had. It was one of those mini sets. Anyway if I make a shot I would get a nice item at only 10 cents. It was fun. I recommend Buddy Boys to everyone.

Although I go to many dispensaries, Buddy Boys Walnut is my go to store even though I live in Westminster. They have the best member deals that Ive seen thus far, especially for store credit if youre a new Med Card member. The staff is always like on top of their game and I just feel like Im visiting family when I go there. I like the actual space because it cant get to crowded so Ive never had to actually wait. The longest Ive waited since at Buddy Boys since moving here in Nov 2016, has honestly been exactly 6 minutes. Theyve always got a great selection of products, have no problem explaining the differences between products, ATM and bathrooms are right behind you so no need of walking around the store just to get cash or go to the bathroom lol. Not to mention their other locations that are evenly spread throughout the metro and surrounding areas. So go ahead and go see the family at Buddy Boys and youll walk away very happy.
