Recently stopped by Higher Grade for the 1st time and I have to say I was not disappointed so I figured I’d give these guys some love! The last purchase was super Lemon Haze by Bloom county which was great but I figured this time I would try their house strains and I was definitely impressed with this particular strain Yucka Mouth, first off the aroma was very fruity and Reminiscent of UK Cheese. I will say that I impressed with this flower, will by from this store again!!

Comfiest place to shop. I have like severe anxiety so most social settings even ones where there is nothing bad, hostile, or negative are very taxing on me and are hard to be in. This particular location just plain and simple has the best staff around. There is not a single person at this location that makes me even slightly anxious. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a big smile by whoever is at the front desk and when I’m sent back I’m met by folks all willing to help me and all my questions. No judgement. No rushing. I cannot emphasize enough how thankful I am for dispensaries like this. This is the only place I go to and will always be!

Came for a weekend trip and both times shopping here were amazing, didnt even mind this was an hour out from us because the staff is so helpful, they encourage to ask questions and are very knowledgeable. Prices were great as well as the products. Definitely would recommend :)

Higher Grade is falsely advertising a Food Drive on their website that states they are accepting Food Donations for low income families til the end of the year. I went in yesterday June 26, 2021 after I had purchased 10 cans to donate to them in exchange for a small discount. A new staff member went on to explain they would not honor my donation and explained the the Food Drive ended last year. Thats a big deal.. but while the staff was trying to be friendly as possible - a few employees were laughing at me and acting like I was trying to take advantage for noticing the Food Drive page on your website. I explained to them that the website said it was going to til the end of the year..It was already a really hard week for me financially, and the only reason I went and bought those cans was to donate to you guys. Ive spent thousands of dollars with yall. I love your edibles and dab selection, but this was about the last dab for me. No Pun Intended. Major disconnect between the Owners and staff members here.

This place used to have best strains. Now they make them out of thin air and you can’t smell them because of Covid. Weird to me but okay. Staff hasn’t got a clue on what’s good or not.

So happened to find this place when I moved to the area temporarily. They are one of the best they know their products, try to give u the best deal and make you feel right at home. Due to my situation I had to go to them every day, they welcomed me with open arms, remembered my name and what I like and was always happy to see me. I place my order online and go NO response. So after 30 minutes I call and ask about my order and Im told it will be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later still no update or communication at all. I decide to go to the door and then have to STAND IN LINE FOR 20 MINUTES. Whats the point of ordering ahead If I just have to wait?! I finally get in and Im told by the front desk that my order STILL isnt done and they were out of the things I ordered. Hour later left without what I wanted and a feeling Ill never return.

Excellent product, horrific service. My wife is disabled and in a wheelchair, yet they refused me entry with her as her disabled caregiver. No other dispensary has ever had problems with this. Their actions are in clear violation of the ADA and show a complete lack of respect for disabled Americans.Its clear they lack an understanding of disability law despite serving a medicinal dispensary. Specifically they falsely equated MMJ caregiving under Colorado Revised Statute 25-1.5-106 with the reasonable accommodation of having a personal assistant under the ADA. This is incorrect and unethical.If you are disabled or have any respect for the disabled community, stay far away from Higher Grade!!

Shop here regularly and normally the flower is great. Bought a half ounce of Slurricane and it was literally the bottom of the barrel for platinum shelf pricing. The entire half was popcorn and should’ve been put into small bud packages. I think the new staff need to be brushed up on the processes and quality standard. Just because we can’t shop in store doesn’t mean you should sell something sub par because the customer can’t see it until after they leave. Disappointing.

PLEASE STOP TRYING TO PUSH THAT NASTY STUFF ON YOUR COSTUMERS. I havent been to this location in the past 2-3 months because you guys now seem to only carry CRC/UR wax unless your spending top dolalr for solventless or live resin...PLPJust a loyal costumer trying to let you know those products are no bueno.

They take their time to get to know you and your needs, have great prices, and genuinely connect with their patients. This is what a medical dispensary is supposed to be like and they put so many others in the medical cannabis industry to shame.Im from California and Ive really struggled to find well-cured flower with an ideal moisture content in Colorado. Higher Grade is one of the only dispensaries that comes close to the type of High Times-like flower you find in CA and Amsterdam. The introduce new strains regularly, have an amazing concentrate selection, and offer great specials for members and non-members alike.I really cannot speak highly enough about the product, employees, service, and company. If I could give this place a lower rating I would. Just called to ask them about there deals and the women on the phone was rude, and wouldn’t even let me finish talking before interrupting me and then proceeding to hang up. Don’t waste your time, the product could be okay I’m not sure, but the customer service is TERRIBLE so why waste your money. Don’t go here
