I have been a member here for years. I love this place they have good flower with good prices. Their prices are hard to beat anywhere else. The main thing I love is the customer service. Megan and Eric are the best!! Megan is always joyful with a great attitude and her energy is everything. She always takes care of me and make sure I have what I need. I have thought of switching caregivers but Megan is sooooo good to me she is the main reason I stay. Seriously! Eric is always helpful and makes sure that the patients have what they need and takes time to build relationships with his customers. Even the security guard Dante is the BEST. Coming here feels like home. And it’s those three that make coming home worth it all. I would recommend this place a thousand times over.

Great prices friendly staff

Prices are good but the bud depends on the Harvest. Me and my buddy bought at the same time and he got some decent flower but my Wedding Cake was straight trash. Still smelled like fresh cut grass so Im guessing it wasnt cured long enough. Look at the buds BEFORE buying and you should be good to go.

I have a medical license and was pleased to get this from the medical and I purchased some cbd oil to smoke from the rec side. You will have to take your medical to the car before you purchase from the rec side.

Excellent prices, terrible service. The door greeter didnt acknowledge me at all when I walked in and then tried to rudely ask me what I was doing there when I got his attention and blame me for not speaking up sooner when he didnt do his job and check me in. The selection of cannabis was pretty sparse too and not much variety. The prices are really the only reason to go but even then you dont know if theyll have what you want

Dont like that they bumped the prices up again you can find better bud for the same price the only reason this place was worth going to was because of the amazing price. Otherwise friendly staff good service pretty good bud. I would say top 10 in the city for the prices that they offer if you compare the product to other places that offer the same prices for there product. This place use to have the lowest price in town not anymore sadly :/

The staff here is incredible. Nicole is the best I’ve seen her in the store a couple of times by herself and she handles it with grace. She is always so sweet and shows exceptional customer service. They always have a variety of strains and the quality is great also. There may be lines from time to time but the wait isn’t long. Love coming here and will keep coming back.

One of my favorites when price is my concern. As far as price/potency ratio, I seem to get the best bang for my buck.

This is our favorite dispensary except today the new security guy at the door made me take my mask off to see mt face and I really didnt like that. These masks are for our safety and I didnt feel safe taking it off in such a public setting.

On 8/9/2020, at 8:06 this very beautiful lady helped me out, can’t think of her name but cause of her I love to shop there, even tho she worked so low all day, she was very helpful an nice, wish I could remember her name , but YOU GO GIRL YOU 💯 IN MY BOOK🤙🏾🏍

Went to store to get shake, $15/half oz. When I got there, the price had jumped to $25/half, so I walked out because they said they didnt have any of the $15 units anymore. Then, when I called to check to see what the prices were, they claimed the original price. Attempted to reenter to get what I thought would be an easy transaction, was then laughed at by the staff up front and told to leave. Very rude, staff doesnt keep their menu selection accurate, and the quality from what Ive gotten has been poor. Cannot recommend.

I have an amazing experience every time I come here! The quality of flower is absolutely impeccable without fail, but the thing that really makes the experience so great are some of their employees, like Nicole for instance; She knows the answer to every question you have, gets you in and out of the dispensary in a flash, and does it all with an up beat attitude! That’s more than you get from %99 percent of the bud tenders out there. I mean seriously, if you’ve seen the line that forms at this place you know how essential speedy service is, and if you’ve ever worked in the customer service industry you know how stressful it can be and how hard it can be to stay positive. I’ve NEVER seen this girl without a smile unless she’s wearing a mask, and I shop every day! Give her a promotion cause she keeps the patients/patrons happy and coming back! Check this Denco location out if you’re looking for good quality cannabis at a premium price with outstanding customer service.

I have been coming here for about two years now and have usually always had the pleasure of dealing with MS. Nicole; but I had a not so pleasant encounter with a “Kristy”, and it was the worst experience I have ever had in any establishment, of any kind. She was rude and impatient. Honestly, I don’t care what kind of job you do, but if you want to be good at it, I’d be nicer to the people who pay my bills....

The patrons standing in line outside where cussing and pushing each other. Intimidating the medical patients , told me there was no medical line and when I found it the older man in front of the line was afraid to near the door as the rec patrons were behaving so aggressively. I never made it in the store. I think they should have a security person outside when there is a line. Its really unsafe

Love Denco. Even if the line is outside guarentee you wont be standing that long. For only 2 budtenders the line goes by quick and they are full of jokes. The prices are awesome.

Best in the west, for less than the rest!$40 BUD SHAKE! Its just 2/3 smaller buds at 1/3 the price, though! Math fool!

This spot is definitely a good spot to get some decently priced flower, to those that complain about the trim job, just remember, the price is great and the weed is actually dank. Would and have recommended to anyone looking for a nice deal.

This place never has flower ...you shouldnt run a dispensary if you cant keep it in stock.... Finding bud here is like trying to find big foot........ When they do have bud it takes 1 hour to get up to the counter and by the time you get there they are already out

I went here was waiting in line and a lady then a man walk past everyone and go in. I figure theyre medical customers. I get inside and the lady is waiting in the medical area the man is in the recreation area. Just as I go to ask the security guard about how the man got to circumvent the line , the man comes out and does some secret hand shake with the security guard. Then I see why he got to go past everyone to the front and got service before everyone else tjat had been waiting. Denco should post their secret society hours so loyal customers wont come and get disrespected ! BAD BUSINESS !

Today i was treated with such disrespect. They told me i havent been buying $50 oz for the last 2 years. They insisted its been 100$ for 2 years. I was trying to ask when . but they instead insaulted my intelligence by saying ive never bought a 50 dollar once .will never go here again. Great prices for the mid shelf and shake but completely unreliable. You will call to ask about a product, and they will quote you the price but when you get there they are out of stock and have been since before you called ahead, they just didn’t tell you! Then they will close up shop for a few days and put a sign in the window then just pop back up again. More like a street dealer in a shop setting. That’s a honest review.

The quality Is the best in the mile high city. You can’t beat the price, they keep it affordable. I have been going there since they opened. I know all the employees and managers. Jenn is by far the best manager. I watched her go from bud tender to a lead, and now she’s managing. She takes great pride in her work, she came in the other day as the bud tender was checking me out to make sure I had good buds. She then showed the new employee how to wrap the bag correctly to fit in the black container. She shows her employees the correct way to do things in a very professional manner. There’s also a lead name Jen, very thin, she’s also been there a while. I found her to be friendly and helpful. There are a lot of new people That are knowledgeable and learning. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I will never go to this Denco or recommend this Denco to anyone. The black security guard was extremely rude and kicked me and my homegirls out, we did absolutely nothing wrong.

Recently went to DENCO PARK AVE W/S was help by a young lady by the name of Dee, she was very nice. Made sure I had the proper buds even knew her strains. This location has awful customer service . Definitely would recommend one of the other dispensaries in Colorado . They gossip about thier personal lives while customers are there and you can tell they don’t enjoy working there. Don’t waste your time . If the store doesn’t open until 10 am on Saturday why would the doors be open ? Also if you see customers just waiting instead of staring with a blank miserable look just simply say “ We are not open “ instead of saying “you should read the signs”. The other location is much better off of Forest .

I always love coming here I come from the springs and it’s alwaysgood and great prices but I went today and was told the ONLY thing I could buy was shake.. I said okay and was sold an ounce of something they swept off the ground. I don’t even think you can call it weed. If you don’t have product, don’t be open to customers! Some of us travel to supply you with business. I felt embarrassed for them today!

Constantly raising there prices on flower. Used to be a hot spot but now full of rude employees and security who take there job way to seriously. Save your time and visit another dispensary.

The woman that has weighed me out was nice and cheery but I ended up dropping all my stuff on the ground because my bag hadnt been closed all the way so I lost probably half of the potency due to that error

Theyre out of weed 90% of the time, make sure to attempt to call first. Most of the time they will NOT even answer the phone, and when they do the girl will tell you Im not a fortune teller to a simple question of Do you have weed to sell.... Make sure to bring self defense in this part of town.

For the past 5 or 6 times I’ve come I’ve had to stand in line for 30 to 45 minutes all because the bud tenders literally stand and talks to every for 5 minutes it should not take that long and their conversation should never slow down work speed or production. Your weed is decent but it’s starting to not even be worth it come on guys do a little better I’m in here now been for 28 minutes and I’m halfway to the door not acceptable

Terrible security guy at the front, harsh, no customer service skills what so ever. Literally kicked us and and gave us no explanation except, “because I said so” black guy too he needs a new job the worse experience ever

Just a heads up, prices are slightly different. Now they have a top shelf tier that’s $120 an ounce. The strain that I normally get (Bubba Kush) went from $75 to $120. They still over $75 ounces on medium shelf, but if you’re lucky they will have one option to choose from.The good news is the lines are shorter.
