This is my favourite dispo. The herb here is always fresh and proper cured. I love that once you park and hop out you are slapped with the smell of herb stronger than a thousand men! Prices are very fair. It’s actually hard to beat their prices along with the combination of quality.

They made some changes, and it looks good. Same great prices and same great customer service. One of my favorite locations

I went to high west and loved it. The weed is bomb, loved 80% of the weed I was shown. The bud tender Chelsea was awesome. Super cool and very knowledgeable. Definitely be back to see her.

First time going there. We had a coupon for $75oz then they tell us that it would be $20 after tax so $95oz. Then they told me they only had 1 $95oz left but had others for $115oz. I feel that they are a rip off and think their stuff is gold. Will never go back.

Monday & Tuesdays is $100.0 ounces- one of my favorites is the flower Popcorn Nuts. A great Indica high with a mellow finish. The flowers is always fresh and well manicured. Wax products are good quality however they could offer a larger range of variety. The bud-tenders are friendly and helpful. The facility is located in a industrial/warehouse type area but easy to find.

The Friday Mix and Match $130 oz deal is unbeatable! They always have stellar flower and the buds are always looking fire! One of the best deals in Denver!

Customer service is really good, every time.Sometimes I come in and leave empty handed, so I recommend calling to double check because even online inventory can be out of date/wrong.Be sure to double check your bud before you leave because sometimes it is terrible quality even if youre picking up the same thing as last time.

This USED to be the best spot in Denver a year ago when I gave them 5 stars. They had 120 out the door zips and great quality bud, straight fire. Out of the blue, Their prices went way up, and their flower got worse. It is now consistently bad quality bud. Some sort of big change must have happened within the company that sent them downhill. It’s a shame cuz this place used to grow great quality bud and sell at a great price. I feel like they got new trash genetics and then thought “hey let’s up the prices!” Shame. RIP to the spot. I’m mainly giving this review so ownership can see it and maybe start trying to grow good quality product again, especially if prices are higher. The employees are awesome but give them something good to sell and get better genetics please.

Do not waste your time driving to this dispensary they do not want to give you the special sale price. They offer a $75 oz on CannabisSaver But they want to sell it to you for $95 Instead. Kathryn will tell you that the sale tax is in the price. They also do not tell you that every new customer gets a 25% off any purchase. So watch out for Noemi and Kathryn. No good budtender. If I could give them a 0 I would have gave them a -0 they dont even deserve the one star.

Long time customer over 6 years.. Have seen lots of people come & go. Overall great weed. Deal on Fridays the best option for flower. Generally good staff however Chelsey is expeciational budtender. Really goes above & beyond. She takes her time & doesnt rush you in or out. All the customers favorite as she is very knowleable, experienced & always has a great attitude every week I visit. However I would love to see some people of color. Being a regular customer weekly customer for over 6 years I have never seen a person of color work there. However overall best depo here in Denver.

Highly RecommendIve been coming to this dispo for about 8 months and they have yet to amaze me, the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. The products they carry are spectacular, the pre-rolls are done right. And trying the Outlaw Cannabis is a MUST.!!

My husband and I just shopped at this dispensary I gave 1 coupon my husband did two different coupons and on my husbands order they did not honor the coupon deals what should have cost him 160. Cost him259.00 I think that something needs to be done about this especially because you cannot talk to anyone about it as one number listed stays busy and the other one hangs up on you I have spent a lot of money here and this trip the disrespect and utter disregard for loyal customer satisfaction is completely at a disregard I will not return you have lost 2 customers because of it when you finally talk to anyone they laugh in your face and think its funny they are losing customers

Today was my first time going Into this location and was really pleased with the service. I can’t recall her name, I think it was Naomi. She was really kind and polite. It seemed like she knew the products they have and grow pretty well. She knew what products, even strain to recommend to me which was helpful due to the fact I’m indecisive and picky. What do I say? These guys and gals ROCK! Definitely my favorite dispensary of Denver. Tucked away in an industrial nook sits Denvers premier place to purchase cannabis. AND they are trying to keep you safe with their COVID-19 policies in place. Ive been coming here for a couple years now. I even moved 45 minutes away and still make the drive just for them. They know me by name and they great me with a big smile every time I visit. Plus the product quality is to die for! All cannabis and concentrates are done in house. I could ramble on for hours. Easily one of my favorites in the greater Denver area & in general and Ive only been here 3 times. Which says a lot. The lady who has helped me 2/3 visits is super chill, knowledgeable, fun to just chop it up with her about anything n everything. Once I get her name will update review with name.Their products are high quality, especially their flower. Concentrates are cheap and good as well. Love their daily deals and happy hour where you can get ANY of their daily deals during the happy hour which is super dope. Wednesdays is their concentrate discount day and is definitely one of the cheapest mix & match up to 8grams around, if not the cheapest period.Very nice, relaxed atmosphere, great customer service, no lines whenever I go, amazing product. If youre looking for a dispensary as youre reading this, just go here you wont be disappointed.

Be sure to read every piece of paper on the wall while there. If you arent sure of how the points system works, itll be 100% your fault. I guess the guy should of explained it to me, when he surprised me by telling me I had accrued 1200 points last week. Maybe he should of not told me about the points at all, and you guys shoulda just continued to run a shady business. The heavier set woman was extremely rude and fir that simple reason, I will NOT spend another dime there. People ought to smarten up in how they enforce or handle these new restrictions. This WAS my go to dispensary for a long time.. but now They have sales on their website and when u go to the store they won’t Honor their own sales!!! The staff was incredibly rude about this and told me they “aren’t gonna lose their jobs to sell me something on sale”. We walked in to the fresh smell of cannabis, yes a wonderful to behold every time we walk into High West Cannabis, we were attended by Leslie. Leslie did an exceptional job. She advised us of the High West Cannabis Wallet, which she also is a lifesaver in, considering how last time I visited I was distracted speaking with an employee who’s name I forgot, I’m sorry, about custom made deer (I forgot the animal) skin drums had been gifted to him and I was really intrigued about how he choose the materials that made the drum that I’m pretty sure we got distracted from the explanation of the wallet unfortunately. ALL GOOD THOUGH! :)At this point as IDs were scanned Kelsey walked in and sat down to begin eating lunch it seemed lol she was pretty excited that she got it!Sam was our bud tender and offered us WONDERFUL customer service and we had an enjoyable conversation. Definitely recommended 10/10

Dont waste your time. I just drove 18 miles to go there and check it out for the first time their website clearly states because of the covid-19 just like every other dispensary you have to wear a mask in the store which is understandable. I pull up get out of the car just for the lady at the door to make it seem like she was going to do me a really really big favor on allow me in the store this one time because I didnt know that I had to place an online order to buy anything, and because of Colorado and you never know I just wanted to physically see it I wasnt asking the smell it stick my nose in it I just wanted to see it and make sure it looks like it was worth it to buy and theyre not doing that either.

Lindsay is apparently having a off day shes supper rude and unprofessional @ the front desk. Ive been shopping here lately and have had no problems. Lindsay actually smelt like she had been drinking. She wouldnt serve me due to the smallest crack in my Id. I want the owners to know she is bad for business and they have lost a loyal money spending customer do to her attitude and we wont be back. we proudly are giving are business to seed and Smith were they know how to treat there customers.

I went to high west cannabis the day right after my 21st birthday. I was extremely excited for my first dispensary visit. However when i got home i weighed the ounce and i was over 2 grams short. The ounce was not weighed in front of me and when i emailed the manager about my problem. She accused me of my scale not being accurate. I have used this scale many times before and it has always been correct. I was very disappointed. I have read other reviews now and there are quite a few claiming the same experience. I do not recommend.

Stoped In at High West for the first time to buy a green dot cart today went to try it out and it didn’t work so I thought maybe it was my battery so I purchased a brand new one from another shop and the cart still didn’t work so I called down to high west and they told me it has to be the battery they have never seen a bad green dot cart so I called the shop I bought the battery from because I thought maybe they sold me a bad battery but I went down there and the guy tried two different other batteries and the cart still didn’t work so I drove back down to high west to see if I could change the cart out for a new one and I did but the new cart I got of the same strain was leaking and still didn’t work with any of the batteries I had so I went back in and the guy at front desk had the nerve to ask me if I tampered with the cart in some way i asked if I could receive one more cart of a different strain of green dot witch they agreed on and I went to try this one out and it worked very big waste of time and gas and money will not be shopping here again and I recommend you don’t as well

This was the first place we stopped at when we entered Colorado. I wish I would have spent more money here. The prices were amazing compared to every other place we visited.

They constantly get the orders wrong and dont hire competent employees or managers that have basic reading, comprehension, and math skills. There is a little boy named Spencer who has a horrible attitude and not willing to help people. The product looks and smells the same with just a different label. Beware of deceptive business practices. 300 other dispensaries in the Denver Metro. I would not shop here.
