My cardiologist retired in the summer of 2021 after a great relationship of 10 years. and I was looking for a new cardiologist since I am 77 and diabetic. I got a recommendation to see Dr.Anesta and kept an appointment on 6/9/2021. He has a huge office shared with another doctor who yells quite a bit. The receptionist was polite and had me fill out the usual form. Since it was my first visit I thought I would meet him in his office and go over details of his practice and my history That was not how it worked. Instead he had a nurse administer an EKG and 2 chest X-rays. When he entered the room he was brief and curt. No personal sensitivity. He had few questions and was almost non-communicative. That was the last time I went there. He was not the right medical person for me. He billed a first service fee of $652.80. Luckily Medicare limited the payment. I would not recommend him to you.
Dr. Anesta is an excellent cardiologist. I came in with high blood pressure and he gave me the medications to get it under control. He is excellent in diagnosing heart related issues and is a true gentleman that truly cares about his patients.
