I highly recommend Dr. Carillo. I would give him 11 starts out of five no doubt of it. He is an excellent cardiologist! A true dedicated professional, very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, friendly, and gets to the point.  He takes the time to really listen to all my concerns and is very helpful. All of his staff is very friendly and caring as well. It is a pleasure to be attended by such a kind staff. So happy to have met them.

If I could I will give him a minus 20 he kept on asking the same question over and over “so who is your doctor” and then he scolded my wife because he thought that the doctors in the hospital should have given her aspirin to take daily but he did not even ask what was the reason she had a Stroke. She had a Hemoratic stroke and because of that she can not take aspirin but he was Very unprofessional on the way he treated her even mocking the fact that she could not move her arm. We sent the medical Records more than 24 hours prior to the visit, however the office staff was not able to locate the person who supposedly got the file.WORST DOCTOR EVER HE HAS THE WORST BED SIDE MANNERS HE CAN BE USE BY OTHERS ON WHAT NOT TO DO IN FRONT OF A PATIENT.

We had to look for a new heart doctor for my dad. We tried giving this doctor a chance but it just didnt work. His response times are awful, his office staff is awful. Numerous times I was on hold and could never get through. They were slow and clueless. Taking my dad to an appointment was an all day affair, we had appt setup however it was common for him to see my dad 2 or even close to 3hrs later. When we saw Carrillo at the hospital we noticed he didnt even make eye contact with my dad. The whole experience is just awful. The service, the doctor, the wait. We ended up looking for a new heart doctor and he has already been removed from medication Carillo had put him on which was making his heart rate dangerously low. We have had 3 appointments in the last 3 weeks and they are spot on with time and we have even gotten called by the new heart doctor at 10pm asking about how my dad feels, because they are monitoring his heart and the machine on their end alerts them of something wrong. In 7 years of my dad visiting Carrillo we would never in a million years expect this level of service.Yesterday 2/11/2021 - 2 months after we transferred my dad to the new doctor. Carrillo called me to ask me why we left him - I said because of your response (its awful) and then he said TAKE YOUR GOOGLE REVIEW DOWN.. He didnt even say please or I am sorry about how you feel. Nothing.. He didnt have time to review my dads condition and care for him while he was a patient but he does have time to go through his bad reviews. That tells you something... 1 year later my dad is finally getting his teeth cleaned because Carrillo never sent the form to the dentist for it. That is how good this doctor is.

All for the money... waiting times is hours even with an appointment. Greedy doctor and practice. Wanted to have me come in for my own results... refused to tell me over phone. First time I ever experienced this... like I said they are all about the money. No compassion or proper care..unprofessional.

I am a patient of Florida Premier . They have taken care of me for the last 6 months and have found Both Dr. Heller and Dr. Corrillo to be kind and knowledgeable. I only waited 10 minutes for help every time I came for my appointment. I give them 5 stars

I read a recent poor review that Carrillo received in which he rudely responded to the patent’s granddaughter and he told her that she shouldn’t post negative responses since she was not actually seen by his practice which includes Dr. Heller. I happen to be an actual patient with a personal encounter with Carrillo witnessed by my wife of 25 years. I was in the Delray Medical Center with possible heart issues. He met with me one time and ordered a CT scan. He told me he’d review and discuss the results in the afternoon and if it is negative I could go home. Instead, the nurse comes to my room and says that Carrillo talked to the Radiologist and that I should stay for a heart catheterization. Oh, and he said he’d be off for the next 2 days. He didn’t return to the hospital to review the report personally, nor explain exactly what is going on with my heart. When I complained to the nurse, she got him on the phone and handed it to me. He said he spoke to Radiologist and I have possible blockage. Well, I explained that I need more info and options on my condition rather than waiting for 2 additional days for him to return to work. I then told Carrillo that I didn’t necessarily want him to perform my procedure, and at that point, he said “I won’t see you anymore” and then he hung up on me, as I sat in the hospital bed. He has an unbelievable lack of caring and communication ability! My advice from PERSONAL experience... stay away from him.

The waiting times are INSANE!!! What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re gonna be HOURS in the waiting room, even if you book first appointment of the day 9am still in the waiting room for 30m!!!Then to find out he’s “next door, he’ll be right in...”Unbelievable....This doctor has a serious time management issue between him and his staff that makes the appointments...Do not make any arrangements for that day if you made an appointment for this office... because you will be there a great deal of your day...

This doctor is rude and lacks compassion. He saw my grandmother on April 12th at his office and said she was doing well and unless she had problems he did not need to see her again for a year. Less then two weeks later my grandmother is hospitalized and diagnosed with chronic heart failure. He was the attending Dr. at hospital so I requested to speak to him prior to my grandmas discharge. After 4 messages and two days later he finally shows up to the hospital annoyed and yelling at me because he felt I was questioning his professional opinion which I never intended to do. All I wanted was to understand his new diagnosis and speak to a doctor before taking my elderly grandmother home. Something we should all be entitled to, especially since the nurse could not answer a lot of my questions. The way he treated me was inexcusable, and just plain mean. He is unprofessional and should not be dealing with elderly patients!!!
