My grandmother got hearing aids from Beltone in Decatur and Zach was so easy to work with! My husband and I live with her so he taught us both how to use them to make sure we were knowledgeable about them if she ever needed help at home! Family, church and work still keeps her pretty active so she loves being able to control her hearing aid settings from her phone. Zach was so helpful in the “technology” department and was patient with my grandmother in helping her to learn how to work the app. Having them connected to her phone has made phone calls from long distance family and work calls so much less stressful for both parties!

The staff at this location is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest with their patients. My mom has been a long-time patient at this clinic, and they have always treated her with care, and will work her in whenever she needs a cleaning or a repair at the last minute. We will be customers at the Decatur location for life!

Having been a satisfied customer of Beltone in Decatur for 10 years, I can say I enjoy doing busy there. The product has always meet my need well. Angie has always been very helpful in setting up my new hearing aids as well as maintaining them. Due to her vast knowledge in the product she has been able to tune my aids to meet my lifestyle at work and home. Pamela also does a great job whether it is getting my appointments so that I dont have to miss work to helping with cleaning and maintain the aids. They are always there to remind me to have the aids cleaned and checked at regular intervals even though there is no charge to me for that. They truly work to insure the customer is satisfied completely. While I can attest that Beltone makes a great product, it is their employees that really create a big gap between them and their competition.
