Dr. Godwin listened to my concerns, believed what I was telling him, and gave me the appropriate tests to make sure he was treating me for the right issue. I would recommend him to anyone needing an ENT doctor.

My son had tubes placed in his ears by Dr. Ben Light. His staff are professional, great and friendly. I definitely recommend him if your child needs surgery on their ears.

Their front desk ladies are the rudest. The office is never flooding with clients and yet twice have I called while wanting to confirm an appointment I was placed on hold without even being asked if I would like to hold. I was placed on hold a total of four (4) times before someone picked up to actually see what my needs were. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone simply based on the lack of communication and disregard to potential clients. A simple appointment for the hearing care of a family member turned into unwarranted frustration from this facility.

Dr. Godwin is most assuredly a physician who goes beyond the call of duty. Their office was covering call for our physicians office in Athens after a family member had extensive surgery and the pain medicine was keeping him awake instead of helping him sleep and alleviating the pain. As pain medications cant be called in and it was the weekend, we were initially told there was nothing that could be done until Monday. Dr. Godwin called me back and stated he would meet me to get a written prescription to us so our family member could have a pain medicine that would allow him to sleep. The medication worked wonderfully. Definitely recommend doctors of this caliber!!!

Hearing test went better than I guessed. The problem with dry mouth and nose has improved greatly.

I absolutely loved the doctor and medical staff. I gave 4 stars because I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to see the doctor. My daughter is 3, so that was a very long wait for her. We also had to wait in the hall during this pandemic. I didnt like that one bit.

Find another ENT. Even if you have to go to Birmingham. Almost every holiday im stuck with hearing aids i cant use. No reason, they just scree em up and I cant use them. This time e was about a month because the had to be sent out, still not right. Im going anywhere but here.

I was pleased with the intake process not too excessive with the paperwork. They were very busy and still very thorough. The doctor was very gentle while looking in my ears. He was very empathetic and wanted a solution to my issue as much as I did. I was very happy with the staff also.

Saw Dr. Copeland for my issues. I will honestly say he is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He was so nice and welcoming.He spent a great deal of time with me and explained everything in laymens terms.I recommend him highly. Glad I was referred to him.

Myself & 2 of my children have been patients spanning over 10 years. We adore our doctor and have had a great experience with him and nurses. However, that being said, the current staff at the front desk/check in and appointment making process (Tracy & ?) is an absolute nightmare. The lack of customer service and poor attitudes of these ladies is enough to make me find a different provider. Also, having patients with babies and toddlers waiting over an hour (with a child in pain) is just a poor business practice.

The nurses the doctor everyone made me very comfortable and feel very safe and finally a doctor you can trust what telling you whats the truth and it wasnt just about the insurance

Doctor Godwin is so wonderful with the children. I recommend no one other than him! He has always been on the ball when its comes to getting to my son!

The ONLY reason I even gave this a 1 star is some of the people are Awesome!! They do decieve you with billing and charges and the Physician I saw doesnt provide quality of care. Kinda like Im a number and because i am an advocate for my care and have a brain to research and say yes or no to things I was rushed through the visit with barely even an exam. Treated like a meat market, not a patient!! Now medicare says they overcharged me and I never got my problems resolved. I am on SSD and cant pay right now. Praying & hoping and trusting God will work this out in my favor!! The nurse I saw was Awesome!!

Id recommend them to anybody, they are friendly and helpful. Dr. Copeland is awesome and friendly and helpful. Im glad that I went to him.

If you need hearing aids Frank is the best. I totally recommend him.

5 stars, absolutely would recommend. I love Dr. Light, he was very thorough with explaining my proceedure. His staff was also very accomodating to my school schedule and patient with dizzy spells. Im happy to have found such a kind medical team to have performed a nasal correction Ive been wanting for years. They all made the process as easy as possible. Thank you Decatur ENT!!

Parking was horrible

Been having to carry granddaughter for five months trying to keep ear infection in check since having tubes placed in both. Were on the third round of antibiotics and drops. Staff is really nice, but after all this time you would think she would be better. Maybe time for another opinion?

We like out doctor, but the scheduling and check in process here is horrendous! I have 3 small children and they always schedule us for a time and then we wait at least one hour to be taken to a room, plus a minimum of 30 minutes in the room waiting on doctor. Decatur ENT staff, please don’t schedule infants and then make us parents wait over an hour with small children. Appointments here take about 2 hours!
