This my Ent Dr Hoddason. He took care of my precious mom for many years & he is my go to ENT Dr. Total confidence very brillant Doctor that listens & is quite precise in diagnosis. Salt of the earth kind of Professional!

Theyre very thorough and I know Im in good hands. I wish I had seen them before I adopted my kawaii cat though. Turns out, Im allergic to cats. 😐

I got an appointment quickly and was taken care of with the best of care by audiologist Mrs. Ramos and Dr. Whittier-Hewitt.

Staff and Docter were very helpful and Professional and seemed to care.

Very Clean Establishment, Professional Staff, and convenient location. Doctors are extremely knowledgeable.

DO NOT GO HERE. It’s so expensive, & the Doctor “accidentally” scheduled me an appointment that she didn’t mean to, causing me to drive an unnecessary hour round trip- and then said “while your here I can clean your ears,” took 5 minutes to clean only 1, gave me a terrible ear infection, then charged me $300 for a visit. Such a scam.

I have been going to this office for months this year and almost every interaction was aggressive and not helpful. The answering service has been rude to many many times. I dont believe they understand how hard it is to get off of work to come in multiple times and be sent away with zero help. Their is a serious attitude problem with many employees. I even got told by my Doc to go somewhere else since they couldnt communicate properly with me. Please dont waste your time and money.

The staff was very friendly during my experience. I called and made an appointment. I completed several pages of new patient information online. I arrived early for my appointment. 20 minutes after appointment time I was told that they were out of network. I do not understand why my time was wasted when I had submitted all the information days before this appointment. If they are in network for you they are probably a great place for healthcare.

Dr Hewett is awesme.

My daughter and I had the best experience...went in for just a consultation came out surgery ready, a month after she is sleeping much better and no snoring... Dr. Hewitt was the best!!! Absolutely recommended this Doctor

My 1st visit here and I felt rush through, Place in a room to see Dr. Kim because I never had sinus problems before and I had questions base on my situation that looks like I may have acute sinuous infection. Dr. Kim look up my nose and look at my ears and while I was trying to explain to her my symptoms I felt my concerns where dismissed and unheard and went on deaf ears. Before Dr. Kim could leave the medical office I was in tears, the assistance came back with the prescriptions and walk out I had to ask someone how to get to front desk. How I treated was so unprofessional to point I writing in parking lot of the office. I’m cancelling my appointment for Feb and seeking ENT servicessomewhere else.

I would recommend Dr. Krook she was gentle. I did feel a little rushed and they were super busy.

They worked really well with my mom in getting her set up with hearing aids. Different audiologists there have very different styles of working with folks. Our first person was not a good fit but the second person Sam has been compassionate, patient and great w mom. This is a very above board and.professional practice. Often hearing aid businesses are a little sketchy. Not so here.

Doctors and service was great but the staff was very rude. I tried to reschedule an appointment and they hung up on me. I called again and all they said was sorry and cancelled my appointment, did not even try to accommodate me at any of their locations. Had to call multiple times to get decent customer service.

The receptionist was super nice, but Im not sure about the knowledge or intentions of dr. Kaelyn Krook.She saw me for no more than 5 minutes. She only looked in my nose, mouth, and ears with a flashlight and told me nothing was wrong with me and sent me on my way. Now that sounds like great news if only I didnt end up getting worse after I left. Not to mention that visit cost over $300. When I was there, I physically did not feel 100% and told her my symptoms had got worse from before, but she couldnt give me an explanation for why she couldnt see anything wrong with me and gave me no advice on what to do or precautions to feel better.  I felt like she didnt care and did that to me on purpose to get me out the way for whatever reason.Im currently seeing another doctor who explained whats going on with me and it makes sense. Im getting treatment and have been feeling better.

They made my stressful visit so much more relaxing then expected. Bad news with comfort.

I have experienced several visits with this particular office and would Highly recommend its many services to others, both young and old. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and patient. The initial visit is based on the findings test. It determines if there is a problem. Once tested, a physician will be assigned to your particular issue. I am pleased with the services. 👌👍

This was my first visit to the ENT offfice. From the receptionist/secretary to the doctor and all the staff in between that I encountered, it was a very pleasant experience. My doctor, Dr. Jennie Kim, was very patient, took time to explain things, answered all my questions and made me feel that I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My 1 year old had tubes put in by Dr. Kim due to constant chronic ear infections. Since his surgery he still has constant ear infections. Its really hard to schedule appointments because the doctor isnt always at our location. When we finally get an appointment its always rushed and lasts maybe five to ten minutes. The doctor recommends the same treatment every appointment even though it doesnt seem to help his infections. Im disappointed every time I leave.

Absolutely the best GI doctor ever! I have never waited over 10 mins before called back, and the doctor Tony B. comes right in after I am in room.

A professional place to get your surgeries done as far as ears, nose and throat. Been here with my son. Professional and they cared for my child from beginning to end.

Dr Hoddeson is professional, friendly and one of the best practitioners I have visited. He takes time to give thorough exam, explain diagnosis, treatment plan and answer quetions. I never feel rushed. Staff is professional and welcoming.

Business uses predatory practices and does not inform you when you are about to be charged for separate procedures which occur during the office visit. Doctors are not allowed here to discuss charges but that doesnt stop them from charging you when you are unaware. Dont be surprised if you get a bill for 3-4x the amount you expect.

Excellent service and the Doctors take time to explain things so that you can relax and trust them.

Dr. Shivan H. Amir & staff are very professional, kind & makes u feel right at home. If u ask a question they go far & beyond to make sure u understand in ur own way. They dont treat u like ur bothering them or getting on their nerves. If there were more stars theyd have many more. Just want to Thank u for making me feel special my very first visit there!!!

This is the best ENT ever my son was only 1 1/2 when he first had to visit Dr Malika Witter -Hewitt and the patients and care she showed us was so wonderful. She put my mind to ease about him having to have tubes and assured me everything would be ok and if i had any questions she had a answer. I love that 3 years later her deminer is still the sane. He loves goung there and my husband now goes why not go to the best there is..ENT OF NORTH GEORGIA IS THE BEST

This is the place I chose to get my sleep study done for my physical! The staff never returns call timely and the doctor will disappear for a week or so and the labs that she uses takes too long causing you to loose your cdls and you may get a call from the cpap providers a week after getting your cdls taken asking you are u ready for your machine your doctor says you need one🤦🏽‍♀️ do not waste your precious time I went there seeking help and they didn’t care! But they act really concerned. They forget to send in vital information and time sensitive info! I retaking all of my CDL courses now don’t be like me and think this place is a good place to be! And I didn’t even have sleep apnea🤷🏽‍♀️😢😢😢😢😢😢

In this review I asses the business side of the clinic and not the aptitude of its physicians which I am not qualified to judge.After the specialist recommended a tube insertion for my 14 month old son, I could not get hold of the procedure coordinator. After finally getting in touch with her (few days after initial contact) she refused to give me an estimate to what the procedure will cost. I eventually chose not to use their services. They overbilled me for the consultation (approximately $500!) instead of the insurance price they were supposed to bill me (less than twice the amount). After trying to fix their honest mistake in billing, the billing office lady (rude and apathetic) told me to contact my insurance company like it was my responsibility to do HER job. 3 months later I still deal with them.Bottom line: inefficient crooks that only care for the money. My son never got the tube insertion and he is perfectly fine.
