Had an appointment in the Decatur office with Don for my 90 yr old father. Don took time with us and explained everything so we could understand the extent of dad’s hearing loss. Would definitely recommend this office to others.

Went here to have my hearing checked and was pleased with how they do things. After the hearing test he explained to me what everything meant on the results. Definitely recommend!

When Dale said my new hearing aids could be a “game changer” he was right! I can hear my own voice now. I love to sing and during a Zoom choral experience I noticed I was out of tune and was horrified! Now I am able to hear me! Theres a reason I drive 45 minutes one way for this practice...its BY FAR one of the finest, most ethical businesses Ive ever dealt with! When I first visited Heartland a couple of years ago they saved me over $2000.00 on my initial pair of hearing aids! Since then Ive returned twice thinking I needed to upgrade but instead of upselling me they made needed adjustments and fixed my issues both times where as they could have just very easily sold me a more expensive pair (which, since I went for that reason it would have been a very easy sale). I can not recommend them as highly as they deserve. Dr Brann is courteous, highly ethical, truly the real deal!

Very impressed with Heartland Hearing! I was very reluctant to go due to other hearing places I had been. So glad I went in to see Heartland! Got hearing aids and I was amazed at how much I was missing! Heartland worked with my insurance and I got hearing aids that I could get with my budget. No they are no the Cadillac of hearing aids ; but boy do they work! I can hear my kids, grandkids, even the TV and oh so much more! Dale in Decatur office was great to work with. Made sure I knew what to expect how to handle issues if they come up and just a very nice person. Made me feel safe (cause of the virus thing going on) and comfortable. I highly recommend you try Heartland Hearing. Dont give up till you try Heartland Hearing. I almost lost out big time! So glad I called them.

After going to one of the Extremely Overpriced National Brand Companies we discovered Heartland Hearing, Inc. My mother has a profound loss of hearing across all wavelengths of sound. It was difficult for her to hear anything and was very frustrating for us, as family, to try to communicate with her. We made an appointment with Heartland at which time Dale, their hearing aid specialist, tested her to determine what she could/couldnt hear. After the exam he made recommendations to us as to what she needed and how much it would cost. We decided on nearly invisible over the ear hearing aids and the difference in her ability to hear has been remarkable. She is now hearing sounds that she hasnt been able to hear for years. Dale Brann, owner and hearing specialist took the time to make all of the necessary adjustments to maximize her hearing, showed her how to properly take care of them, and made her feel genuinely comfortable. And on top of all of that the cost was Great! I couldnt be happier with the outcome and can honestly say that if I ever need hearing aids.... I know where Ill be going. Thank you again Dale!!!!

I went to Heartland Hearing in the hopes they could help me with my tinnitus. After a hearing test, I was told I have a significant hearing loss and I would need hearing aids to amplify the sounds around me. After being fitted, the tinnitus, noises in my head, is reduced so much I dont have issues any longer during the day. Nighttime is still a problem after I remove my aids for the night but a radio or TV on low helps to cover sound and I can sleep without a problem. Dale and the staff are very kind and make me feel welcome and at ease. My mother also went to Heartland after I did and she also found the staff to be warm and friendly. I would recommend Heartland Hearing to everyone.

For the past three years Dale Brann has assisted me at the Decatur, Il location of Heartland Hearing through testing my hearing, helping me purchase hearing aids for both ears and with whatever I have needed so I am hearing well. Dale is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about what he is doing. I have been very satisfied with his help and with the hearing aids I received. Whenever I have needed anything, a quick call has gotten me in for whatever supplies or adjustments were needed.

Fantastic hearing aid provider. Working with Heartland Hearing was indeed a joy for both of us. I had just received hearing aids through the VA and really thought highly of them. My lovely wife had been putting off getting hearing aids for herself until our experience with Heartlands Doctor Dale Brann. I wanted aids for her of the same high quality that the VA had provided to me. Doctor Brann tested her hearing and put her into the same ones as I. We were ecstatic. He has worked with her to over come her rejection of the aids. He stressed on her to give them a chance. She reluctantly did. The outcome was a welcome relief for her. She is more than pleased and so am I. He has not only worked with her on her aids, but he has worked with me on mine. I love the VA and everything they have done for me. However, they were not as thorough with me as what Dr Brann has been with Sharon. He has explained things to me that they did not and has freely answered all of my questions even through he didn’t receive any benefits of sale. To up sum our experience. Our expectations with Heartland Hearing and Doctor Dale Brann was and is outstanding and we are looking forward to future interactions.
