My friend had fallen and have swallowed ankle. We went in the emergency room to get her checked as she was suffering from a lot of pain. However we had really bad experience. First of all they made us wait 2 hours before the nurse even took her vitals. Then from there on one more hour to get X-rays. In the meantime the staff was totally not helpful and when we try asking them ( as my friend was in pain) they said “ well everyone is in pain here and this is emergency room so we can’t give you any estimate” note there 2-3 patients in the whole room so it was not even crowded. I found every patient sitting there complaining. As of writing this review we are still waiting to hear back about X-ray ( more than three hours already ) . My suggestion will be to not go to this emergency room if you are really suffering , this may be fine place for cold and flu treatments but not for anything serious unless you are fine waiting whole day !

I was very sick over the holidays had three different things wrong with me on top of my visual impairment. The nursing staff and Dr.s made sure that all my needs where met and I was kept as comfortable as I could until an ICU bed was available. I am grateful to all of them
