This was the worst experience of my life. I went in on a weekend covid positive with chest pains. Just wanted to make sure it was not pneumonia. I was not told there was a covid waiting area at first so I sat with others unknowingly. The covid area is barely marked and people without covid kept sitting the the area because they did not know or see the sign. I got there at 4:30 pm and did not leave until 1:30 am. They released me while sitting on a bench outside. I saw an old Dr for 5 seconds around 9 oclock then around 130 they decided to tell that I might have covid!!! The same covid that I walked on there with and told them that I have.. it was almost like it was on purpose to make me wait that long for an x-ray. People were called back all around me and left while I sat and waited. Do not go here!!!!!There was a Hispanic lady there with a sick baby and a 3year old kid who waited just as long to be seen.

Very Slow with their patients I wouldn’t recommend I would go somewhere else before I would here again.

Horrible experience. Nurse could not wait 10 seconds for the male doctor to leave the room before she ripped my clothes off in front of everybody. No privacy afforded, and to this day I still don’t understand why she did it because the reason I went in there did not necessitate me changing clothes at all! Completely unprofessional, and embarrassing. Dr. Cook was as sarcastic as can be too which is always fun to deal with. They also double billed me for several hundred dollars which they still haven’t corrected. I would rather just drive to Huntsville than come back to this horrible place with unprofessional staff.

Great staff, prompt service. Kept me informed of what was being done and going on. Excellent and professional nursing staff. Thanks to all of them.
