The best dental office Ive ever been to. I have been going there for years. My autistic son has been going there since he was about 4 yrs old and is now 15. They always treated him wonderfully and he was always happy going and still is. I cant say enough about all of their staff. From the front office, all the way up to the dentist. An amazing experience every time we go. 5 stars all the way!

Always so sweet and they take such good care of my kids!

Everyone was kind and helpful! They got me in quick, answered any questions I had. I needed two teeth pulled and was able to get it done the same day.

The staff are all very sweet, they explained everything clearly and don’t make you feel horrible like most other places. They’ll definitely be my regular dental office! 10/10

Dental assistant was rough and spent too much time explaining procedure to a student instead of to me. When I spend $5000 on dental work dont really want a student doing the work. Been a patient for many years. Have always had good experiences. Wasnt real happy about this one.

The whole staff including the workers at the front desk are extremely nice! I’m always in and out within a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

Brought my grandson to Dental Associates for a cleaning Thursday. He was a little nervous but everyone did their best to give him a good experience. And he really liked Dr. Scott.

Very clean and neat place plus they use masks all time during my kids visit and its best place this is the reason we still come to this place even though we moved to Madison,al Ive been using this dental for my daughter since 7 years almost and now I have my 4 years old son and we earing both our kids here I would say this is very best staff,place and I would like to recommend this place for someone who doesnt know this place again very friendly and helpful staff💙❤♥💗

This dentist is very good. Their office and rooms are very clean. The receptionists are very respectfuland helpful. Dr. Sumners is awesome with my daughter. She enjoys going to see him. I would not recommend no other place then this one. Thank you for yalls services.

I had a cleaning appt that turned into a complicated consult appt. my hygentist Deanna was so sweet, gentle and good with explaining everything to me.. showing me X-rays and etc.

They are so so so friendly. Im terrified of dentists since my childhood dentist was rude and they were not the greatest, would guilt me and made me feel bad about my teeth. But here, i felt welcomed even though i hadnt seen a dentist in so long. They were very explanatory, communicative, patient, and friendly. Great place to go and take your kids too. My best friend goes here and takes her kids as well.

I really liked my first appointment. Super friendly staff and dentist. They work fast and put in full effort. They have an oral surgeon so I can go back for wisdom teeth pulling pretty soon. Recommended for sure!

Dental Associates treats me like family. Dr. Scott is my favorite of them all but I wouldn’t dare leave out Ashley and Shana! I would recommend this office to everyone absolutely love it here! 👍🏽👍🏽

I am very dissatisfied the price that they gave me and or that i paid was outrageous. They wouldnt even let me pay for a regular cleaning instead wanted to charge me almost 500 for a deep clean that i dont evn need nor was i going to pay for. I just wanted a regular clean but they wouldnt do that and i paid double at this place to get my tooth pulled.

This is the best dentist. They took great care of my 4 yr old. They showed her all the tools before they started and asked her if she had any questions. They had fun names for all of the tools too.

Excellent service, nice staff, and great atmosphere however I did NOT like driving 20 minutes through rush hour traffic to my childrens appointment only to be denied service because I was a few minutes late and made to reschedule. Then they wouldnt even right out a school excuse for children who were obviously now going to be late because of an appointment they were supposed to have but didnt get. Other than this major inconvenience it is an excellent place for dentistry work that I would highly recommend.

I’ve been bringing my children here ever since they were old enough to come to dentist. The staff here is super friendly and so are the Dr’s. I’ve never had an issue with them! They go above and beyond to make sure your teeth are in the best shape they can be!

My daughter went to have her wisdom teeth 5 teeth cut out.I told her if you you wake up or they are hurting you and you feel a lot of pain tell them get their attention.She came to during the removal and she was told twice to be quite. As a parent I have to protect my child they could have conducted this problem better since he was already late due to his own emergency then rushed through 3 other surgeries.

I had to wait a little longer before and during my cleaning than I would have liked (appt. started 20 minutes after scheduled time), but all providers and people I spoke with were professional, kind, and answered my questions. I was sent home with a full sized anticavity prescription toothpaste, which I had not experienced with other providers

It’s good. The work on my teeth is done very well (fillings, and recently a root canal fallowed by a crown). It took a lot of time, but my teeth are in excellent shape. Plus the people that work there are very friendly, and easy to get along with.

Today was our very first visit, my son was very well taken care of and the staff was incredible and kind. I’m so pleased to have found a dentist office with wonderful staff and to help keep all those sugarbabies away from our teeth. Very pleased!!

DAONA is the absolute best dental team I have ever experienced, and I have had many throughout AL and GA. Every single team member has always been bright and pleasant to work with - from Tina, our hygienist (super fantastic), to the nice front desk ladies, to Pam who updates our insurance information when we need it. I highly recommend DAONA!

We had an appointment at 8 am and we didnt leave until 10 am. People that came after us came and left before us. This was our 2nd visit and this same experience happened to us the 1st time. So my experience about time with the business isnt good.
