I have worked at this location for 12 years, the staff and residents are like family. We have a awesome DON, nursing staff and nursing assistants. Our therapy team is one of the best in the Quad Cities. Dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, Social services and Administration all are really involved with our residents. I have enjoyed being part of the team.

The Therapy team here is a 10 out of 5! They are absolutely amazing.The nursing team would be better if they had more consistency from shift to shift.Paige is one of my main certified nursing assistants and she is amazing. She is very attentive to my needs and helping with the things that I cannot do on my own.

I originally was here for skilled care and I am now staying for long term care.Most the staff here are great! The nursing care is good and the Administration is great.The therapy staff are very caring and went the extra mile for me when I didn’t feel like leaving my room they would come to me.

I want to give ManorCare Davenport 1000 stars. The staff is wonderful! The staff works as a team to help me get better to go home. Therapy has helped me get stronger and I am able to walk up steps. Everyone that works at ManorCare Davenport has been kind and helpful, I will be telling all my neighbors and friends about the great care I received while I was at ManorCare Davenport recovering!

As a Veteran, I suffered a stroke and came here for therapy. The staff here are helping me reach my goal of returning home. Speech therapy has helped me to be able to speak better. The therapy team here is all women and I feel that that helps to communicate with me better.

I am here currently working with Therapy and they are wonderful! My stay has gone fairly well, most of the aids and nursing staff are great also. Sometimes improvements could be made with meals and wait times.

As a Veteran I came to ManorCare Davenport for skilled therapy to get me stronger and return home.The nursing and CNA are excellent! Housekeeping does a better job than I need. My room is spotless.The therapy team are very fun to work with and I look forward to my time there.

Worked there for over 10yrs and it WAS a good place to work but under the current management and administration its horrible! They did not track attendance as needed when it came to nursing staff therefore they are constantly short staffed and over worked! They favored bad employees and refused to fire them! They refused to give their long term dedicated CNAS decent raises while keeping them short staffed and over worked! Nurses there are awsome and compassionate but also very much overwhelmed and under paid! If management did their part on tracking attendance and weeding out the bad staff it would be an awsome place to work! Administration is more concerned with the cosmetics of the facility than the care and appreciation of the residents and the nursing staff. Current administration lacks compassion for the residents and their families and comes across as rude was told this by a family member whose mother has since passed when she went to administration about a complaint she was told if you dont like it, you can always leave and put your mother else where aside from the current bad management and administrator it has the potential to be a great place for residents and employees.

The nursing care is good, but some staff on 3rd shift need some motivation. Housekeeping is great, my room is immaculate. The therapy team are wonderful and work the heck out of you to make sure you are strong enough to get back home.

After injuring myself on the job I came to ManorCare Davenport for therapy.Kim in therapy does an amazing job! Most of the nursing staff do a great job.I give ManorCare Davenport a solid 4 stars!

I truly appreciate my position here at ManorCare Davenport - I have worked with the company for over 10 years! Our staff does an amazing job taking care of all of our residents and we have the true privilege of taking care of many veterans in the community as well!

I enjoy visiting Manor Care to see my husband as the staff are so friendly. I also come here for my own health needs.

I am now the activity director and truely love coming to work everyday for the residents

Visiting someone, Staff was very helpful. This is a very old home but kept pretty clean.

This place needs to be Shutdown!!! My Dad has caught nurses in his pockets! Didnt take him to Urology appts for over 2 months! Wasnt treated for Uti over 6 months caused his Bladder to Rupture!! Was laying on the floor for over a hour!! Never answer their phones Under staffed. Would not give his Records when We tried to Transfer him to another Facility! His personal phone was stolen! They definitely have some illegal stuff going drug wise from the nurses on from DON To the Social workers and Administrator. Very Filthy

Theyre always under staffed. Youre always getting low censuses and dont always get your hours. You dont get the proper help you need and the place is dirty. You have certain nurses handing out meds to other co workers.
