This is not a facility. This is a HOME. You and your loved ones are family. Mom and Dad lived here for eight months. The virus stopped us from going in weekly. But the Bickford family helped fill that gap. I felt like I walked into their house and could stay as long as I wanted when we visited.In the end Bickford did everything they could to attend to Mom and Dad. Cancer for one and dementia for the other. Their final hours where watched over by this wonderful staff for us.Thank you Bickford family. We will be back to visit you.
