My experience here was horrible. We went for a rapid covid test. I should have had the results in 30 mins and its a day later and they still wouldnt upload the results. I was very upset and had to talk with three people for them to upload the results to a test that I paid for. Never going to this place again.

Amazing how its open 24/7 and not constantly busy. They also take great care of people.

$550 for a covid test. What a joke.Edit: all clinics have nurses and doctors I just happened to be in the area and didn’t think it would cost that much. Still a Joke. Went to another clinic and paid $125 for THE SAME THING!

Worst bed side manner ever my Fiancé went for a UTI cheek and was rudely talked to by the two elderly employees that work the night shift, and when asked about birth control and her response was no the nurses laughed at her and all in all would not recommend if you have the opportunity to go some where els do it!!! 10/24/21

The service by the front desk receptionist was very warm, welcoming and caring. She was genuine in her approach and apologized when she was interrupted by a delivery while working with me. Dr. Le was very thorough and comforting. My visit was a 5-star experience!

Every person at the ER was so kind and attentive. We came in with Covid and they treated us promptly and professionally and with the utmost kindness. Had the IV infusion and one week later we are so much better.

If you have to go to an urgent care, this is the one you should go to. It can be stressful enough not feeling good, but adding the complexity of paper work and all the questions that come with a urgent visit can push you over the edge. I had an wonderful experience here, they did everything they could from the moment I walked in to help me feel better. I appreciate that level of care and attention. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care.

Very clean and most importantly they did not have me wait for more then 5 minutes. All the staff were very sweet and informative. Brought my 7 month son in and they treated him with so much care unlike any ER I have been to for kids. Highly recommend advance ER.

So much different than a hospital ER. 24/7 is a huge advantage since my need came after all the urgent care clinics were closed after 9pm. My wife and I are true fans. AMAZING SERVICE! Advance ER exceeded my expectations! Upon arrival, I was immediately checked in and placed in a patient room. Within several minutes, my vital signs were obtained, I had been given ice for my injury, and I was taken to another room for x-rays. The doctor came in shortly after, made my diagnosis, gave me my prescriptions, and discharged me after taking the time to answer my questions. Additionally, the nurse and rad tech were extremely kind and caring! They helped transport me and my belongings to my car. As a nurse myself, I can greatly appreciate all that was done—and in a prompt manner too! If I need an ER again, I would definitely return here! The staff was very helpful and efficient, properly taking care of me in just under 1 hour. They did a wonderful job! Thank you, Advance ER!

Took my son after a wreck. Was no wait. Desk guy was extremely helpful n friendly. Very clean. While he was doing paperwork he was called back. I was offered water as well. Waiting room is nice and spacious and comfy too. My son said he was offered water and warm blanket and docs were nice.

I moved to the area about 1.5 years ago and while relaxing at home, after dinner, I began to experience heartburn. I tried several over the counter meds with no relief. A couple hours later I drove myself to this facility, BP was a little high, EKG was normal, but blood work revealed a heart attack. I was immediately taken to the hospital and placed with a stent. I’ve been to this facility a few times since then for various medical conditions. The staff is professional, kind and thorough. I’m alive today because of them. Doctors, nurses and techs do not get the praise that they deserve. Thank You for all that you do. CMay

Second time here, long wait times are the norm. Waited for a PCR test they advertise as only being “minutes”. It took 75. Download a movie on your iPad before you go, unless you like crime tv.

UPDATE: My initial experience with AdvanceER was very poor and I rated it one star. I have since had a patient advocate reach out to me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He talked me through my experience and was able to help me resolve all my issues.I am moving this up to four stars from one star because of how good the patient advocate was. My actual visit was still ok which is why this is a four stars instead of five, but given that AdvanceER was willing to rectify what had happened I am more than willing to turn this into a good review.

My experience here was great I was diagnosed and treated. The nurses and Dr. Lee made sure that I got the best care and I appreciate the service. Best!!!

Went in Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) positive for the Antibodies they advertise on billboards etc. There sign in paperwork is a joke especially for a ER ROOM. Both myself and my wife overheard the male nurse saying being as I was able to walk in I would not get the antibodies. Then Dr. Lee came in and went over the unadvertised criteria. Told me I was not fat enough. I would go to a real hospital and not this doctor in a box. With unprofessional staff like the make nurse.

Very clean, very friendly. Not 100% knowledgeable in my issue but did their best. Left me feeling better than I did before.

UPDATE: I’m changing my rating to a 5 because I went to advanced ER again and a different doctor was on. A Doctor Lee. Doctor Lee was NOT the doctor I saw in the bad review. And Nurse Mary. Nurse Mary is a sweetheart so kind and caring.I hadn’t been feeling good for over a week and I went in for pain but they did such a thorough work up they found out that I also had a kidney infection and they gave me fluids and IV antibiotics and I honestly feel better than I have in a long time! I’m so grateful to them and will be back as long as Dr Lee is on!

Came in early in the morning with severe abdominal pain. I had been sick from a stomach bug earlier in the week and was having repercussions from that. I was brought back almost immediately, given fluids and meds for pain management and treated by a doc in no time. Doc ordered an ultrasound to be done to rule out or confirm any possible gallbladder issues, and that was done quickly as well. In and out of an ER in 3 hours start to finish feeling a whole heck of a lot better, is wonderful. Thank you doctor King and staff for the wonderful care.

All of the doctors and staff at Advance ER are incredibly professional. Their ability to diagnose exceeded my expectations. They are the first stop for any of my family members who need time sensitive care. One of the owners even called me recently to follow up on my experience. That was first class. I went in with a lightening pain in my head. They helped a bit with a jammed finger who came in after me first! We waited FOREVER in pain!I was told I had an ear infection. I was given medicine (which was good) then I immediately had chest pains. The nurse left and after 10 minutes of chest pains my husband went and asked for help! They still didn’t come for at least another 5 minutes!They did an EKG and let me go home. I felt horrible so I was glad to go. However NO answers to my symptoms is very disconcerting!My nephew has strep & the flu- so I am at the doctor checking to make sure I don’t have those. They didn’t test or check anything except the EKG when I was having chest pains. The nurse was nice- but all alone! They need more nurses!

Had a great experience at Advance ER! Had exceptional care from Dr. Rao and Dr. W as well as the nurse who went by Paige. I definitely will come back. I recommend trying this clinic for its great customer care.I signed the papers at the front and was called in within 5 minutes (Was very fast) and was immediately greeted by Dr. W when I walked in. Was taken care of by nurse Paige and Dr. Rao, (the other doctor) and sent on my way (Fantastic experience.).

By far the best urgent care places I’ve been to since COVID. Ashley was nice and respectful she made sure I was comfortable and checked in quickly. Nurse Mary had so much patience with me and was genuinely understanding. I’ll will definitely make this my go to place for emergency needs. 10/10

Last week I noticed a small skin allergy that within only a couple of days turned into a raging skin allergy. I was covered from head to toe in hives and I finally went to the urgent care. I just got a new job, so my medical insurance didnt kick in yet, so i called the clinic before coming in and asked them what they could do for a non insured patient. I was told that I could still be seen but I would be considered “self pay” which i was fine with. I arrived and at the front desk was three receptionists. The one that I was speaking to was short with me, not very warm and welcoming, and tried turning me away without the insurance. I felt very awkward because the other two women were standing behind her, and they cut off their own conversation just to stare and listen in to my conversation with the one i was speaking to. I told her that I called in before coming and asked if i could still be seen without insurance and whomever i spoke to said i could. All three looked at me like I didnt know what I was talking about. Finally, I was given my paperwork and told to take a seat, then when I left, they continued to whisper which made me feel very uncomfortable.I was called in by a very sweet nurse who spent a good amount of time with me understanding and asking alot of questions about my condition. She made the experience slightly better because of how sweet and attentive she was. Once the Doctor arrives, I believe it was Dr. Lee, he seemed very nice at first. I tried to explain what the issue was, and I only showed him what was visible which was my arms, i was going to show him other parts of my body,but he didnt even ask. The interaction with the doctor was about 1 minute and 30 seconds long He was in and out. He told me he would give me a shot which costed around 600 dollars. One of the receptionists came back in to let me know the total at which point i requested the doctor to come back in so i could ask more questions. I didnt know that he would be done with me so quickly. The doctor came back in and I asked him questions that i didnt get to before like, do you know what it is? is it contagious, what over the counter lotions, soaps, or medication can i use? things that i should have been told from the jump. he answered what he wanted to, then left again.A couple days after this, i started having some peeling and bruising issues. Instead of going back to the urgent care, I spoke to TWO online doctors, both from different companies, and I found out that I had pityriasis rosea. A skin allergy that can be caused by a virus, sunlight, food, drink, soap, anything could have exposed me to this. I was told it would go away in a couple weeks, and i was given detailed instruction and products to help me. ALL THINGS that i didnt not get when I went to see Dr. Lee.My overall experience was fast, but not helpful. Uncomfortable and i felt very disregarded. I feel this may be because I wasnt insured. but whatever the case may be, i deserved better.

I saw a previous review on this Dr.Lee and I agree he was not helpful at all.It seemed like he was just there, like they say, for the pay check. I was seen by 2 nurses one was very cold and not caring at all about my health concerns. Then there was Christina she was sweet and seemed to care. I opted to come here and avoid a hospital ER thinking it would be better...but NO!!!! The one star is for Christina!!!!!

I received exceptional one on one personal care. The doctor was thorough in his explanation of what was going on with me and the staff was amazing. I had a CT scan, and a few other test and they could handle anything. I had 1st class service!

Very clean and upscale ER. Great staff from front office to physicians. After testing positive for covid they helped me understand what to expect. During my quarantine there were times that I had questions and/or concerns; and I was able to speak with an actual physician without much hold time each time I called. If youre sick go here.

Omg!!! I thought I had covid so they ran every test on me. An EKG covid strep and pneumonia (chest X-ray). This was the nicest most sparkling ER I have ever been in. It was so nice I thought I was in target thank God I could go here and get everything done vs a crowed dirty hospital. Go here if you’re sick you’ll feel better in no time

We are out of town and I came down with pink eye! I didn’t want my husband or grand baby to get this so I went to Advanced ER in Dallas! Staff and clinic were extremely nice and very helpful! During a very traumatic time they made me feel safe and comfortable. They had the absolute best customer service Ive ever seen in an emergency establishment and Im a pharmaceutical sales rep thats in them every single day working and have been a witness to how it can truly be the opposite end of the spectrum most of the time. Everyone was great from the check in person DJ who talked with me while I waited to calm my nerves all the way up the chain to Dr Lee who took the time to talk thru my results. If you have an emergency or need a COVID-19 test this is the place to visit, the nurse was so patient with me! Great Urgent care 💜👍🏾👍🏾

I went to get my rapid coronavirus test done and they were very quick and efficient and called me quickly (1 hour) with results. Dr. Thomas Allen was so, so nice and made me feel safe and Dr. Chang was very helpful as well as the nurses. The key is to just register online and make sure that you get there early and they will honor that.

What a dreadful experience. I had direct contact with a COVID positive co-worker. I went on the website to gather more information about booking an appointment. All of my questions were not answered after reviewing the site so I called the number listed. No answer. I call back several times. No answer. The phone rings through for about a minute and disconnects. No voicemail or anything. Mind you, my calls are between 9:40 and 10am. So I doubt it was an office closed for lunch situation. I think its ridiculous that in the span of 20 minutes no can answer a phone call AT AN EMERGENCY ROOM. I relent and fill out the 10 pages of online forms. After completing the paperwork they give you a different number to call to check in upon arrival. I call that number to get an idea of the wait time. No answer. After working from home all day, I arrive at the clinic around at 9:45ish pm. I then begin my second round of calls. I dial both numbers and finally after 4 attempts I get someone on the phone and check in. She calls me back a few minutes later to tell me that my form doesnt have an address or DOB. I tell her that there is something wrong with their system because like any paperwork you fill out online it wont let you move to the next page if all the fields havent been completed. She tells me, I still have to fill it all out again. I ask if she could just fill in my address and DOB since that is the only information missing and it seems excessive to make me fill everything out again because of two missing pieces of information. Her response, No. Just no. There was no explanation as to why, so I can only assume its sheer laziness. I dont understand why someone would go into healthcare if they hate helping people. Furthermore, why isnt there a receptionist or someone responsible for answering the phones? Dreadful experience.

I was visiting from out of town and needed medical care and stopped in this place because it had solid reviews. 4.9 reviews and thats pretty high for an ER facility. I was a bit skeptical but went in anyway. Glad I did. Wow, seriously the place was immaculate. The staff was very friendly. I saw a Dr Allen that was very knowledgeable and helpful at the same time. He explained everything to me about my medical issue. Advance ER got me to a specialist the next day and that was a God send! I didnt have much time being from out of the area, however they honored my In network benefits through my insurance company. Overall Great experience. Why dont we have these in California?

This place is so wonderful & patient. Called a couple time beforehand to inquire about a COVID-19 test & they were so informational. Ended up going through the process & were very caring throughout the entire time. The Dr. King is very nice as well.

First... I was suspicious of all of the 5 star ⭐️ reviews but it was close to my hotel. The lobby area is very clean and has a modern appeal. The receptionist was responsive and polite, before I was able to complete my intake forms Paul called me to the back. Paul was AMAZING!!! He explained everything in detail as to what was happening with my body and why I should take the prescribed medication. The doctor was really understanding and nice and the technician. This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Great experience!!!

I highly recommend this facility! Unfortunately I had to go three times. But thanks to Dr.Allen going above and beyond to help me feel and get better! He got me into a specialist within a day! I pray I won’t need to go back to the ER but if I do I will definitely return. I can’t thank Dr.Allen enough for his compassion and concern! Far and away the best care I have ever received. The facility is top notch, the staff are very pleasant and well trained and Dr Bryce is incredibly nice, very knowledgeable and thorough with my exam. And the processes used got me in and out in less than an hour which included 2 tests. Very well run center. Will never go anywhere else for urgent care needs. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and cozy space with friendly front office. The doctor was caring and took his time explaining diagnosis. The entire staff was kind and very qualified. Best of all I was in and out in an hour with an X-ray. They were able to have a radiologist review it within minutes of having it taken. I was very happy with my visit.

I came in with symptoms of a stomach virus, I wss in pain and agony. I couldnt find my insurance card and the young lady at the receptionist desk went out of her way to call my insurance company. I was seen right away and got medicine in a timely manner. The doctor was prompt and so was the nurses. The entire staff was friendly and sympathetic. I left feel way better than I came in. Wow! Im traveling for business from out-of-state and suddenly needed urgent care. Walked in and was with a nurse AND doctor within 10 minutes. Granted, they werent terribly busy, but still. This NEVER happens. Friendly, kind, thorough, compassionate, and empathetic to my situation. I was admitted, examined, tested, treated, and discharged in about 45 minutes. I already told my son who lives in the area to use them next time he has an urgent medical need.

I went to Advance ER on Friday morning and they saw me immediately. There was almost no wait time. The nurse Kim was so professional and kind. She made me feel like a VIP. Dr. Bryce was very informative and I felt like I was being taken care of. When he called me the next day to ask me how I was doing? I was very surprised and felt like he really cared. Great doctors, caring staff, fast but thorough service and no waiting! What more can you ask for? I suffered pain in my upper back and went to the ER for treatment. The front office staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Before I finished my paperwork, a nurse was ready to escort me to a private treatment room. An ER physician saw me almost immediately, while the nurse was still taking my vital signs. He explained that I had a cervical strain. My nurse offered me snacks, and the doctor even brought me a warm blanket! Talk about concierge service--I was thoroughly impressed. I was in and out of the ER in less than 30 minutes, with prescriptions and discharge instructions in hand. Great experience! If you want quick, professional, caring service, where youll be treated as a person and not a number--run, dont walk to Advance ER!

So amazing. In and out in an hour. Staff was absolutely great from the time I called to see if they were busy till the time I left. Honestly could not have asked for better service or better people. Nice people, but I got charged an arm and leg for ending up only having a simple UTI. It was 2 am, I was in so much pain I couldnt handle it. I did my best searching for just a Urgent Care that was still open. I knew I was out of luck, but after looking at the website and reviews I thought Id be in luck. I know this wasnt the smartest, and maybe I was just in so much pain I couldnt think irrationally. But I felt very mislead. Even when I talked to the front desk girl I feel like she didnt disclose to me the full price of things. It killed me to be a 19 year old college student and having to pay thousands of dollars, with good insurance, to be given a simple antibiotic and not even be there for an hour. I wish there was just something that could be done about this.Edit: Thank you so much Dr. Allen for helping me resolve the issue. It means the world to me.

I had a good experience when I arrived. The techs, nurse and especially the Dr. Everyone was so kind and very attentive. I came into Advance ER in a lot of pain and they quickly got it under control.

The staff at Advance ER Galleria Area are nothing short of excellent. No one gets excited about going to the emergency room but today I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. From the front desk to the nurses, the radiologists to the doctors, and everyone in between, you can be sure to be greeted with the highest level of professionalism. All of my concerns were addressed and my questions answered and I am more than confident in the level of expertise of this staff. Additionally, this is a state-of-the-art (and very clean) facility with top-end medical equipment. If you are in the area and are in need of immediate emergency assistance will little to no wait time, I highly recommend Advance ER Galleria Area.

If you want rude nurses, this place is for you. Drs are caring though.

From the moment I called this was an enjoyable experience. The lady who answered the phone- Chasity was SO welcoming and friendly. She transferred me to a doctor and he was extremely friendly as well. I came in - I had zero wait time, I was greeted with a smiling nurse and taken immediately back to a room. The 2 nurses who assisted me were wonderful and helpful and answered all my silly questions. The next day I got a follow up call from another nice doctor to check in. I do not want to return to the ER but if I have to I will forever go here. They are AMAZING!

I went here for a rather minor problem. Even tho they were busy with patients whose needs were urgent, I was treated as if my needs were equally important. There was no wait time, all the staff (from reception to Doctor) were professional, respectful, personable and friendly, with a smile. The doctor was great, even taking time to give suggestions and resources that might be helpful to me. The surroundings are tasteful, comfortable, and CLEAN! I have been here once before and will definately return.

We had a wonderful experience at Advance ER a few days ago. We took my son, who is usually very scared by needles, and when it was time to draw his blood for laboratories nurse Paul was absolutely fantastic. He talked him through the process and kept him at ease. Dr. King was also very helpful and thorough. Thank you for your great attention and service!

Would you trust the people you work with to take care of your child? I DO! This place is the best place to work and provides the greatest care to every patient. We were in and out quickly and the care was second to none. I have been a nurse for 20 yrs and I have worked at places I would not have taken any family member for care. I know the doctors and staff at Advance ER personally, and I know without a doubt that I can trust them with my most precious possession, my child.

Came in with a kidney stone problem and they were extremely quick to diagnose the issue and they were super friendly and knowledge. I was surprised that they even had the CT scan machine there. An amazing experience
