Ive seen Dr. Loh twice now. He is very considerate, has an excellent bedside manner, and keeps your comfort top of mine. I went to Dr. Loh for a crown, post root-canal, but have yet to get the crown since the healing in my mouth has been slow. Im pleased to find a doctor who is patient and takes the right approach vs. just proceeding with the crown. Laura-Lee is the benefits coordinator and she also provides excellent customer service.

Get a second opinionTip: sort reviews on lowest rankings on Google/Yelp, you’ll find multiple patients claiming fraudulent conduct and high pressure sales tactics.I felt deceived as a patient, and makes me question whether the patients best interests were considered. I was recommended to get a ‘porcelain’ filling, produced onsite with their “high tech” fancy machine.The porcelain material was oversold as high quality and adapts to temperature. All might be true, but in practice they don’t tell you that most general dentists will recommend composite filling at a fraction of the price. Kicker is my porcelain filling ended up falling out in 8 months, so much for quality.

I had a dental cleaning today with hygienist Audrey. She was very prompt to take me to the room for the cleaning. She let me know what tools she is able to use for the dental cleaning because of Covid 19 restrictions. Audrey let me know when she would be cleaning different parts of my teeth and precisely what she will be doing. Audrey loves her work and is very nice and patient. She delivered a very thorough cleaning in a comfortable sanitary environment. Dr. Nguyen is my dentist at Luxe Dental for many years. She examined me at the end of my visit because I had a hot temp. sensitivity at a particular tooth. Dr. Nguyen is concerned, yet, I agree with her advice to wait on the tooth, maybe the cleaning will help solve the problem. The tooth was in very minor pain.

Had a great experience at my first visit yesterday. The dental hygienist and doctor were both very friendly and extremely transparent about each step of the cleaning process. The room was also very comfortable and had a lot of options to watch on tv during your cleaning. I will definitely continue coming to this practice as my regularly dentist.

It was the worst experience with a dentist,first: they charged me 15 dollars for the cleaning expenses they had related to the covid19 (which I shameless)second: schedule my visit for a cleaning and finally they did nothing to me because the doctor considered that I needed a deep cleaning and that I should do it in another appointment, I DONT UNDERSTAND why she didnt do simple cleaning? , I asked her and she said that the only way was deep cleaning ... in conclusion they just want to make more money and extend the process to charge you more.

Integrity, honesty, and empathy. Dr. Nguyen really is the epitome of what a dentist should be. Whether it is regular visits or something more dramatic, I know she has the experience, knowledge, and ABILITY to back it up. I had a tough case where I needed a lot of previous work fixed and she took extremely good care of me. She is meticulous in her own work and who she chooses to refer to. People fly in to see her (as will I if I ever move away from Dallas) because you cant find talent and honesty like you do with Dr. Nguyen. I know its hard to convey how good she actually is...but I like to compare her to the doctors on the E! network show Botched. She fixes other peoples work! I have complete and utter faith in her and her practice because I know they do their research and give their patients their FULL attention. The staff is very well coordinated and professional. Ive been to dental offices where one hand doesnt know what the other is doing, or where there is a general feeling of drab. Not here. Everyone is positive because they have a reason to be - they know theyre good. Treat others like you want to be treated. I think this is their mantra. Dont gamble with who takes care of your teeth. It can be very expensive and painful!

I felt completely safe today at Luxe dental. Immediately upon arriving, I had my temp and oxygen checked and was required to sign a waiver. My only suggestion would be to add/remove/rearrange furniture in the lobby so it’s more conducive to social distancing. There were 4 people in the lobby trying to check in at the same time and it felt a bit crowded. Other than that, everything else was 100% perfect. All hygienists were wearing head-to-toe PPE including shields, masks, gowns and gloves. There is a $15 PPE charge added to every visit now, but I think it’s worth it. Id rather pay extra to ensure my safety as well as everyone else’s safety! I don’t think there’s anything else they could do to make it a safer experience.

We have been so happy since we started coming here five years ago. Luxe staff is courteous, consistent, easy to work with, and accepts all kinds of insurance including our supplemental. I have had major work done and I am very pleased with the results. The current technology is cutting edge and I feel like every time I have an appointment I learn something new about my mouth. Recently, I went to Luxe Dental to have my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was superb. She found two cavities. That was Friday, and the dentist was able to see me on Tuesday. Great turn around! The dentist was awesome, I hardly felt the shots. The technology was eye popping. I got to watch as they made my porcelain fillings on the computer. In no time they were fitting the prototype. The fillings look like my real teeth. The staff was professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend Luxe Dental to anyone!

This is my first time at Luxe Dental and my experience there was amazing! My first impression of the dentist office was that this is a high end and everything was nice! The parking was easy and the decors was beautiful. The receptionist greeted me nicely and ask me to wait until I’m called for. My dental hygienist, Audrey, was super nice and welcoming! Dr. Nguyen and her staff are superlative in every way. As a group, they are friendly, professional and highly skilled, functioning and cooperating with esprit de corps - a rare combination nowadays. Their expertise with CAD/CAM dental restorations is most impressive, as is their fresh and pristine clinic. I most highly recommend this outfit.

Outstanding facility and customer service. The exam rooms are decorated with an upscale design and include TVs with numerous channels and a spacious layout. It drew my interest to see the use of the most up to date treatment methods and equipment. I even got to watch my porcelain tooth being created as a 3D image by the tech and then made right in front of me in their machine. They also go above and beyond when it comes to meeting patient needs. They’re always considerate and explanatory no matter what the visit may pertain to, and they work with me on payments and appointments.

My experience was excellent. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and the office has all the amenities including TVs in the rooms. An, my dental hygienist, was receptive and very knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process and I left with pearly whites!

Our entire family has been a patient of Dr. Nguyen’s since Luxe Dental Uptown opened in 2011; we couldn’t be more thrilled with the service and treatment she and her entire office has provided to our family. My kids, now ages 15 and 14, have gone to her as since ages 7 and 6 and she is so gentle with them that they actually look forward to going to the dentist!!! From cleanings, to extractions, to crowns, and more, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my family’s dental needs. Update:They immediately corrected the issue and offered a free whitening. Their employee I spoke with initially was new. Appreciative of their quick resolution and waiving the fee I was initially given for canceling.**************Long time customer. I travel every week for work and I had to cancel due to travel delays. They charged me $25 for a late cancellation fee. They refused to make an exception. When I told them that I would likely choose another dentist, they didn’t express any need to keep me as a patient.I’m not paying a $25 cancellation fee to a place to conduct a routine teeth cleaning and to spend only about 3 minutes with the Dentist.

I would not recommend coming here. The office is very nice and dental hygienist did a good job of cleaning my teeth; however, the dentist never actually stepped foot into the room or inspected my mouth. If you go to the dentist, shouldnt the dentist come in to see you? I asked the receptionist to cancel any future appointments and they continue to text me to remind me to come in for a cleaning.

She is in the best interest of the customers and is not looking to make some extra money from high cost solutions. She could have easily told me I needed a root canal and made some extra money, but she did everything possible to avoid that route and got as close to the nerve as she could. Turned out she was able to successfully drill down and fill in my tooth without doing a root canal. She took her time, and would stop every few minutes to take an X-Ray to make sure she can keep drilling and have room before she hits the nerves. I had a broken crown. They saw me same day and got a crown made same visit. This definitely beats having a temporary and having to come back for a permanent crown. They have a CEREC milling machine and make their crowns in-house. They also came closest to matching my Mint discount plan price.Overall great experience.

Been going here for 7 years. Staff is great, my teeth are always taken care of and (kid you not), I find it relaxing. Its also the nicest dentist office Ive ever been to. If you need a new dentist and live/work in Uptown, this is the place!

This office is pretty amazing, Dr. Nguyen was really helpful and extremely informative, I think Ive found a dentist for life! My Hygienist An is really good and he actually kept me calm with constant jokes and laughs. I was a nervous wreck when I went in for xrays and left with a big smile (pun intended) on my face!
