Hands down best dentistry in the USA! I come from another state and travel a lot.This place hast it all: AMAZING CARING PROFESSIONAL TEAM. From the receptionist all the way up to the Dr. THE PRICE IS RIGHT. They ate not looking to up sell you. I had multiple opinions and they were honest with me from the get got and understood that I have a family and a budget.SUPER CLEAN AND SAFE. It was not crowed at all and very clean.STATE OF THE ART TOP OF THE LINE EQUIPMENT. Once again I’ve been around and all the equipment was up to par.UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENT. Lastly I am a chicken and let me tell you my whole mouth feels so GOOD. I had such a great experience going here for my dentist appointment. They have great, affordable prices. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I entered the door. Rosa, in particular, made sure to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. I absolutely love coming here, the staff is very nice and polite. I had many questions about my wisdom teeth removal and they answered all of them. They gave me courage and helped me throughout the process. They are very cautious because of the pandemic that’s taking place.

Where do I start!!! Amazing and THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had. In times where great service is hard to come by, Bear Creek really shows you how a true patient should be treated. From the moment you arrive, they have someone to open the door for you and greet you (super welcoming). Front office ladies great at processing me right away (thanks Rosa) and the best part was, the wait for x-rays was not long at all. All the ladies made the experience great after going to other dental places in the area, I will say nothing came close to the experience one receives at Bear creek. This place is real great, they always think of the costumers, and treat them like actual people than money. I got my wisdom teeth pulled out here, and these people took great care of me. I didnt even feel the pain afterwords, now I work as Bobby the bear, their mascot 🐻. Especially when the costumers, theyre a hoot to be around with, and its awesome being the bear because of how much fun being in it.

Worst office my family & I have been to. The customer service from the main doctor is horrible. Today I found myself in a situation where I simply gave her a comment about something and the dentist simply raised her voice at me and acted all crazy. Treat others like you want to be treated so I raised my voice too. She doesn’t deserve to be working there or at any office. She’s simply racist. (General Dentist was blonde, white and blue eyes) if you don’t wanna work, DONT!) lacks ethic.

Took my kids here for the first time. Everyone was very nice, lobby/all areas seem very clean and they had a fun play area for the kids. Dr. Brown was very pleasant, sweet and gentle, Christina made the kids feel very comfortable and kept me informed of what was happening.

Bear Creek are sooo sweet. My child (5yrs old) was freaking out about seeing a dentist. Walked in and was greeted immediately. She saw the playground. They gave her balloons to ease her. Later they asked me to take a picture. I said sure. They took my child to take her xrays. Im thinking that they will call me back because she will be scared. Nope! They didnt call me and I can hear my child laughing and having a ball with the xray techs. Doctor was kind and gentle. Normally my child is very skittish and doesnt trust well but the entire experience she felt safe and fine with a huge smile. At the end they talk about any next steps that need done. Pricing is given and a appointment is scheduled. I also get a button and key chain charm with my childs picture (same picture they took at walk in) I am very pleased with how they treated my child. I brought her when she was a baby and it was the same treatment. I would highly recommend. Ohh fun fact! They also treat Adults.
