I felt very cared for and part of the dental family. Also I had been concerned about my gum recession in the past but no doctor has ever recommended a referral to have it looked at for a skin graft so I appreciated Dr. Swift’s knowledge about this and taking the time with me. I recently moved back to Texas and traveled from Austin to Dallas to get my teeth cleaned. It was so worth the trip! I have sensitive teeth and have increased anxiety when I go to the dentist. Liz was so gentle and explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it as she cleaned my teeth. Mary is an amazing dentist and gave me great advice and educated me on the state of my teeth and gums. I cannot say enough great things about the team! Another 10-star dental procedure with Dr. Mary Swift! After being shut in during COVID with an immune-suppressed condition and needing work done on my teeth, I was so grateful to find that Dr. Swift and her assistants had all been vaccinated. Of course, the tooth repair and the crown I needed were completed with perfection - something I’ve come to expect and appreciate with Dr. Swift.

Everyone is so friendly and I felt way comfortable in such a clean and sanitized environment. Everyone wore gloves and masks and shared what procedure they were about to perform before they proceeded - and this was only for a cleaning! Highly recommend.

Very pleasant visit. The office took all practical measures for deal with our current health concerns. They asked pertinent health questions upon arrival, took my temperature with a contactless thermometer, and had me wash my hands before heading to the back. These actually all seem like good protocol to always do for a doctors office. Once in the back where I was seated and could remove my mask - I got a small paper bag to put my mask in. This impressed me since we see masks laying around on a daily basis. My cleaning was standard - which here is top notch. I highly suggest DLD for anyone looking for a dentist who will take good care of them.

This dentist office doesn’t not make you feel like your at Dentist it’s a Beauty Bright Clean and you have a view while in chair. Dentist is 5 stars across board she is amazing positive and gentle. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable also comforting and last but not least financing was very helpful and she also was patient and gave me some choices bottom line I left with a beautiful smile My veneers look great and I’m thankful And will be back ASAP for cleaning.

I still think she is a great dentist. But who ever I was dealing with in the office I felt was very rude. Even before my appointment. I am claustrophobic ,and was told walking up the stairs would not be a problem. I Drove 30 minutes ,took off work. Got there, no one would open the stairs, no one from her office would come down, open the door so I could walk up. I ended up leaving with out a cleaning. And no longer having a dentist. Funny part I have already been there twice to see her for cleanings.in the same building . I feel during covid19 people seem to be less caring. Which to me is very sad

Had a routine cleaning/checkup after quarantine was lifted and couldn’t have felt more safe and at ease. The office had all precautionary measures in place and were guiding me through the entire process. Took a bit longer due to cleaning the old fashioned way with scraping (most sanitary) but worth it.
