I had a tooth extracted on a Friday and a week went by and the extraction site was still hurting. I called the office and they got me right in to look at the site. Ended up to be dry socket. Very painful!! The staff was very nice and comforting

I went in for a filling and the staff was perfect, the procedure was smooth and PAINLESS, I’m going back next month with my family. I’d recommend this place to anybody in America. And don’t worry if you don’t have insurance, they work with you. They really do care about their work and their clients. Again than y’all.

Great personal care & advising with insurance. Myself & husband have had bad experiences with prior dentists & they helped us both to feel more comfortable. It appeared a little rough on the outside & made us think it may not be the best choice, but glad we allowed ourselves the experience with the staff & Dentist.

I’ve been getting dental care at Dream Work for 3 years and have never had any issues. The dentist is sweet and and takes her time when doing cleanings. I’ve even had all four wisdom teeth removed and had the quickest recovery ever and very pain free during the removal. All the dental assistants are quick and take their job seriously. Definitely try them out !

I am super nervous about needles but Dreamworks in Dallas has made me feel more comfortable about coming back to take care of my teeth. I had to get a molar extracted due to tooth decay and asked to be sedated. Doctor J and nurse Eliza explained the procedure and made me so comfortable that I chose to try the numbing with the needle. They talked to me throughout the whole procedure. I knew what they were doing and most importantly I felt NO PAIN. Ms. Carmen was great with follow up and made sure I was feeling well and making sure my future appointments could be secured. Professionalism, courtesy and customer service is important to me and with staff like Dr. J, Nurse Eliza, and Ms. Carmen I am changing my primary dentist office. Thank you Dream Works.

Earlier this year I went in and was told I needed to have about 10 fillings done (which I found hard to believe because of how I take care of my teeth and Ive never had this many issues with my teeth in life). I was told that I would also need 3 crowns. I kept putting off setting the appointment for the crowns because I didnt have the money. I went in last month for a cleaning and was told that I still needed to have the crowns done and I needed 5-6 more fillings. I started thinking something was wrong because there is no way with how I take care of my teeth that I have 5-6 additional cavities.I receive another call about the crowns a week or two later and am told I may need a root canal. This sent up red flags for me because how do I all of a sudden need a root canal when 1-2 weeks ago it was only crowns?I went to a different dentist and was told that I only had two small cavities. They saw no need for any crowns, they didnt see any other cavities and were in fact shocked when I told them my experience with Dreamworks Dental. I can understand a little bit of discrepancy but not to this extent. Everyone in the office was always kind to me, but if you have reservations about what they are telling you PLEASE get a second opinion because I now feel like the fillings I had earlier this year was a money grab. Times are hard enough right now and you do not want to give anyone more money than you need to. Protect yourself and your teeth!

Googled a dentist near me and they had 4.9 stars so decided to try them out and they definitely lived up to those ratings- first time there and they were so nice and welcoming. It was a plus that it was all women, even though it was first time i already recommended two frowns. Love this place and glad i found them!

Had my wisdom tooth pulled today. Dr. J, did it quick with no pain. All I felt was a bit of pressure but before I knew it, he was done. Thanks Dr. JGreat staff. Always feel welcomed and pleasant experience.

Dreamworks staff went above their call to get initial workup plans done. They were reassuring and confident. The financial matter wasnt an issue either. They can and will work with you. The relaxed atmosphere says a lot about the character of the people who work here.

I was in so much pain and hadn’t been to the dentist in years. I was horrified. They were very sensitive, understanding, patient and knowledgeable. Even during COVID, they took all of the necessary steps, protocol & were VERY clean. I felt safe and welcomed to a new family. I WILL be going back and recommending everyone to visit them.

This entire staff is awesome. They made my 7 year old son feel comfortable.He had to get a cavity filled and the used a new leaser treatment. He felt no pain and enjoyed it.The staff told him to brush every morning and night and to floss more.I can say he has done that and takes more pride in his teeth than before.We love this place!!!!!

I came here to get my teeth cleaned and from walking in the door to leaving was an extremely pleasant experience. The front desk greeted me by name, were lovely to talk to, and I was quickly seen with basically no wait, which was nice. The hygienist was polite and gentle and the cleaning was a great experience. The doctor was professional and thorough as well which was great. Checking out after everything only took a minute and I was able to schedule my next appointment. I really enjoyed my dental experience today with DreamWorks Dental. For my first time here I am so impressed with the staff and how helpful of making my treatment today work for me, the hygienists was very kind and informative with my cleaning, as well as the dentist. This is by far the best experience Ive had with trying a new dentist office. I will be coming back. Also, I like that theres a referral plan the office will credit your account $50 each time you refer someone and they also offer payment plans if needed.

I was referred to this clinic by one of my friends and she spoke wonders about them. Sure thing it was true!!! As soon as we walked in the office they greeted us with smiles and the office was very clean. When called back and half way in the treatment my son had a meltdown! I honestly thought they would tell us to leave but they acted quickly on giving the extra attention to my son so that he could calm down. They were very patient and understanding with us since my son is autistic. They also manage to keep my daughter calm and finish her treatment. Horrible! Went in for extraction of my wisdom teeth for nothing to be completed except pain in my mouth. Did not perform an assessment of my mouth prior to beginning the procedure which resulted in dr. j not able to take out my teeth. All they did was hurt my tooth and now I have to go elsewhere for my wisdom teeth to be removed.
