This has been the place for me for more than 2 years theyve done major work for me and braces cleaning I mean etc yes its a good place I truly like the place and the workers are great.

Don’t come here. I am still waiting on a call back after leaving 3 voicemails (because no one ever answers the phone) and I emailed them regarding my daughters crown after her root canal. I had to find her a new dentist last minute to get a second opinion and I still haven’t even received a call back from great expressions I’m in shock. I work in the medical field and I can’t believe they don’t care at all obviously about their patients. We would never do that to any patient. I won’t ever come back here.

Fatastic service, attention to detail, flexible with scheduling. Staff was very friendy and Drs Taylor(2 root canals), and Boatemaa,4 crown preps and installs) were professional,Communicated well, and did their best to limit my discomfort during all theirProcedures. Overall, outstanding. Would give them 10 stars if possible.

I absolutely loved my dental visit at Great Expressions on Wycliff Ave in Dallas, TX. It all started with a friendly greeting from Gabby as I walked in for my appointment. I was impressed by the precaution they had taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the office with a max of 3 people in the waiting space as a time, bathroom cleanliness, and everyone was required to wear masks. Dr. Boatman & Brittney put me at ease since it had been a long time since I had been seen by a dentist. They were friendly and took the time to answer my questions. I felt that no question was too small to ask. Then, I got my teeth cleaned by Laquada. She did an amazing job - very thorough and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I am looking forward to my next visit in 6 months!

I have been dreading going to the dentist for a long time now ... but this staff made it a great experience! Dee and Valentina were very friendly and welcoming, Vanessa was very efficient and quick in getting me set up and taking my X-rays, and Laquada did a great job with my cleaning and didnt call me out when I lied to her about how much I have been flossing ;)Importantly, everyone was following proper COVID safety protocols: the staff were wearing masks, there was plenty of time and physical spacing between patients, etc.Dr B is great too, and its her friendly and helpful staff that really keep things running smoothly at this office. If youre looking for a dentist I would highly recommend giving this place a try.

They are great at times! BUT on multiple occasions o have left the building paying my bill in full. Then days later I keep getting a bill of And they say I have to pay it. I call them, they say its an insurance thing and its no worries, I wont have to pay a dime because I already took care of it. Ive called them four times to take care of it and each time they said itll be taken care of and it still hasnt.. MONTHS later. Now they are pressuring me into paying the bill when om three Or four different occasions they said its fine, we will take care of it. Now, today, im getting text messages saying i need to pay a bill i paid six months ago. Dont go here. Find a different spot that doesnt attempt to mess up your credit.

I rarely do any reviews on anything. But I felt like I needed to do this one. I scheduled an appointment first and it got cancelled and it got rescheduled for the next day and I was ok with that because things happen. But the reason that I rate it 1 star is because my appointment was at 3:00 pm got there at 2:35pm and I left at 5:00pm. They were nice but Waited for a long time( I understand because it was busy ).. but I finally got seen at 4:30 pm but they definitely rushed with me.. and I understand people want to leave work at 5 pm cause I love leaving on time too but when it comes to any type of medical procedure/dental it should not be rushed .. plus it wasn’t my fault I was seen until 30 minutes before the end of their shift

I love Great Expression Wycliff. I come to them for all my dental services. Always recommends what is best for me and never tries to oversell. I have come in for a consultation twice and received the service that day!

Wonderful doctors and fantastic staff. The only inconvenience is that they are so popular because they are so good, so a busy day for them is very busy. That said, I highly recommend this location!

I love this office. Idk how but they made me feel so right at home and like family. Very attentive to me and just made me feel like I found the very best care. I am usually the teeth chattering panicked patient, but they only met the real me, calm n ready. Thank you for making it an easy experience.

I really dislike going to the dentist but my experience at great expressions has been nothing but pleasant. The office is clean, Ive never had to wait, the dentist and assistants are very nice and always made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend the wycliff office!

Last week I had a swollen jaw, and I was in so much pain, went to the hospital they took a cat scan of my jaw. They couldnt find what was wrong, Im not from d Dallas area, so I Google some dentist that was close to where I was came across Great Expression and they took my dental insurance. I went to my appointment and seen that I was in pain, the doctor took x-rays and let me know my teeth had infection in them. The doctor pulled three of my teeth right then and there...The staff made me feel like I was @ home...I would recommend this dentist office to anybody that need a good dentist...

I went to Dr. Boatemaa with pain and bleeding from a back tooth.Her office staff got me in ASAP!I had a fear of the dentist- root canals exactly. I ended up having to have one. Dr. Boatemaa’s office staff was so gentle and kind, they handled my dental fear with ease.Dr. Boatemaa referred me to Dr. Gonzales, she was EXCELLENT and handled my root canal perfectly.Since my root canal, I have been pain free and have gotten a BEAUTIFUL crown, where I had been experiencing the pain and bleeding.If I could give Dr. Boatemaa and her office staff Gabby 10 stars I would!HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ANY DENTAL CARE!

This is the best deep cleaning experience I have ever had the staff is fantastic. Laquada is amazing at cleaning teeth. And Dr.B is awesome come here

My experience calling to set the appointment was not good at all. When I finally got an appointment for ortho consultation, they (Dr. Abdul Fatah Hanoun) refused my ortho services because I only want work done on my top teeth that has shifted. He wants me to remove my bottom permanent retainer so he can give me a removable retainer, which I don’t want to do because there is nothing wrong with my bottom teeth. His whole theory behind it is “well you don’t know if it can shift tomorrow or next month.” I told him I haven’t had a problem in 5-6 years and if I do I’ll address it when it happens but there’s no point of trying to fix what’s not broken. So he kept saying “well you can go somewhere else” “I can’t help you then” “go get another opinion”. Well obviously I got a retainer on my bottom teeth so another ortho had no issue with it, right. I’ve had braces on my top and bottom before (5-6 years ago). I had a problem where my top retainer broke months back and it took 2 months to get another retainer causing a shift. My bottom teeth are perfect. (I’ve been to other orthodontist and only came here because of insurance purposes). Although I paid $6100 out of pocket for my last set of braces. Overall, bad experience and I was refused services, because I didn’t want to mess up something that’s already fixed.

They told me I needed a deep cleaning that my insurance wouldnt cover with a cost of $350, I told them no thank you. The dentist told me I could apply for credit with them. I left went to another dental clinic and got a cleaning with them and my insurance covered it.

I was so pleased to find such a great dentist so close to my home. The Staff was pleasant, informative and helpful every step of the way. Their front desk personnel were friendly and started my appointment on-time. Mario was very sweet and we even share the same birthday! The nurse (I think her name was Nelly) was thorough, efficient and was nice to talk to. Dr. Brian the dentist and Barbara the hygienist helped explain everything from findings during my dental exam, oral hygiene education, and at-home care. What a great dental team and an A+ experience!

Worst dental place ever. They offered to give me a credit application if I couldnt afford the prices.

I had previously had braces once before (16 years ago) teeth shifted a bit and considered options to straighten teeth again. It was great having a dentist/orthodontist/implant surgeon all under one roof without having to get the run around and referrals and transferring of insurance info/dental records & X-rays or conflicting advice. All Doctors were on the same page. Took the whole covid safety pretty serious with respect to people’s safety. Staff was great , scheduling was good (hate waiting at places when you have an appointment) Orthodontist Abdul Fatah Hanoun really went above and beyond to make sure i understood all options and he even took extra steps my first orthodontist never took to illustrate possible outcomes on what i was looking for.

I highly recommend this dental office, Dr.Boatemaa is fantastic. I like a Dr who is nice and honest, the hygienist Laquada was the best. I like that my visit was informative and not pushy like other dentist. The front staff was super nice and explained my insurance benefits in a way i would understand. I even brought my kids with dr.lili who by the way is a fantastic kid dentist. My girls enjoyed their visit and dr.lili made them feel not afraid of the dentist. If you are looking for nice staff and a doctor who cares this is the office you need.

Dr. Bryan was a smooth operator! He worked swiftly to work around my time crunch and filled in 2 cavities. I played it cool but I was fairly nervous having this procedure done. New patient visit.Had signed consents and forms printed from online, prior to visit. Wait time was minimum. Xray and exam was completed in a timely manner, staff was very knowledgeable and gave great explanations. Although I didn’t have anything done during first visit, we got the ball rolling on treatment. Wycliff location recommended by a family member.

I have taken 4 family members to the Wycliff location. Loved one of the hygienist. Have had horrible billing issues with this location. A charge was to be removed from our account, but was not. As a result it was sent to Great Expressions Financial for collection...Since MARCH 2019 I have been calling to have it removed. The local office must initiate that process. I have been assured it is done etc...since MARCH. Here it is the end of May and still NOT DONE. So, onto collections. Unacceptable. Not rocket science, just a simple call or email within the company to have the amount due removed. So disappointing and unprofessional. You have lost 4 paying customers for life.

The hygienists and doctors are incredibly friendly and efficient. I was late (completely my fault) and none of the staff demonstrated irritation or anger at me being so. They have clear and transparent pricing and present educated options for you to make the best decisions for you and the health of your mouth. Im glad I found them.

I’m beyond words appreciative for this clinic, located at 2525 Wycliff Ave, and everyone who works their! They scheduled me in last minute for an emergency appointment and provided me with same day treatment! Every aspect of the procedure I needed was clearly explained to me beforehand and I was routeinly checked-in on during the procedure. All members of the front staff are wonderful, thorough, and courteous. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful service! I called around 12:20 pm on a Monday. I had no appointment and had never been seen by this office before. They told me to come right in and were able to to do emergency extraction of a wisdom tooth that day. The staff was caring and did an excellent job. Dr Singh performed the extraction without difficulty and was very professional and trustworthy. I cannot express just how appreciative I am of the dentist and her staff at this facility.

I had a root canal done here last month and just had the crown placed today. They were incredibly patient and professional, constantly checking every 2 minutes to make sure I was comfortable during both procedures (completely pain free). The staff is very kind and the dentists are very thorough with explaining and putting your mind at ease. I highly recommend them. Thank you all, I feel so much better!

Dr. Khushbu Patel is an amazing orthodontist! She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I have only been in braces for 4 months and I can already see a big change. Can’t wait for the final result! Her assistant Brittany is awesome too!

This is getting frustrating. I have got several letters of billing of wrong amounts, every time changing. I have made all my payments for rendered services!!!!!!i called i dont know how many times the office, each time representative stating that it will be looked into and they will call me back! never happend, but every time you send me letters i have to pay. I MADE ALL MY PAYMENTS, if your personnel doesnt know how to work, that is not my fault.Now they sending me letter that you will send it to collections! well youve just lost customers! get your bills strait!

Wycliff Dental is a dental goldmine! They are so nice and truly treat each patient with respect. They were sure to completely explain the entire process, every procedure and make sure I was comfortable. The hygienist was the kindest one I have ever met. There was no criticizing your teeth or how you brush/floss. Which lets face it, most of them are judging our mouths before we even sit in the chair! I cannot recommend this place enough!

I love how well I’m taken care of when I go to this office. I am one of the millions of people who don’t like going to the dentist, but they always make me feel so welcome. Barbara is so wonderful! When I told her the great news that I was engaged she gave me a hug and nearly started to cry. They are so much more than a team of dentists, they care for you as if you were their family.

I really like the hygienist, Barbara. I liked Dr. Karkuri as well. However, he is no longer there. He was replaced with Dr. Omar who barely even looked at my teeth to see if they had shifted. Their office staff is always friendly in person, but I can’t get them to answer the phone or return a phone call. They don’t call with appointment reminders. I actually left work and went up there to speak to the office manager. I was told that she would be back at 1pm and it was 11:40am. We will see if she calls back, but I’m not holding my breath. I have already decided to go to a different location.

His review will be short since this was the first time I got my teeth cleaned. Staff: everyone was very helpful, nice, and accommodating. The dentist was very knowledgeable and detailed when discussing the state of my teeth. No cavities even though a previous dental visit at another location said otherwise. It took some time for the hygienist to get to me but I could hear in the other room that she was treating a child and she was making sure the child was comfortable. Up charge: none! There was a simple procedure the dentist told me about but it was just for information sake, nothing serious. I was very pleased. Overall: everything was very good, service and people were very good. Will definitely go back.

The only negative comment I have is the wait. I scheduled an appointment at 9, wasn’t seen until after 930, didn’t have a treatment plan until 1040, and finally had my procedure start at around 11. I didn’t leave the place until about 1240. They mentioned repeatedly that they were short staffed so I tried to be patient but it was a really long and exhausting wait. However, I do like the staff. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Barbara, the dental hygienist, was very informative and did an excellent job with patient education. The lady at the front desk who explained the treatment plan to me was nice and accommodating. Overall, good experience except for the wait.

Barbara, Edith, and Mario all provided great personal care for me and stayed after hours to finish my appointment. Barbara made me feel very comfortable during the cleaning and she really improved my experience as I am not usually fond of the dentist. Will most definitely be returning again.

I’m terrified of going to the dentist and when I found out I had to get some crowns I was nervous. I came and saw Dr.Singh and all my worries went away. She was so friendly and kind, she understood that I was nervous and went above and beyond to make sure I felt okay and felt no pain. She was great and her staff were great. Deff would recommend coming to this place!

I have been so impressed with GEDC since they took over the practice. The professional service and friendly staff are amazing. My doc is great yet it is Barbara, my dental hygienist, that truly impressed me. She is amazing; a great educator and communicator. It’s like having a doctorate level hygienist take care of me every time. If you need periodontal care, this is the place to go!!

I’ve never had such a great experience with an oral procedure than with Great Expressions. I felt nothing during and Dr. T kept checking on me and even the dental assistants made sure I had the most comfortable experience I could! So glad I switched to Great Expressions Dental.

This is a good place to go, especially if you need to get in fast. They are professional and treat you like a VIP. The office is very clean and modern. The staff is really friendly. I have been there for about 5 visits and I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to get taken to a room.

I was told at the beginning of my appointment that everything was covered by insurance, but at the end they said actually no, the fluoride swab was $20. Dont lie and mislead customers!This office sends threatening notices about collections all the time (for parts of your visit they said were covered but actually werent).

I will never return to this office my experience has been horrible. Will never use Great Expression Dental ever again😫😫

This office knows about insurance, they verify immediately and never leaving you guessing about what your out of pocket cost is.I have two children that I drive from Mansfield to see the Orthodontic specialist,Dr. Steven Blackburn.One just completed her treatment and we are very satisfied with her outcome and my 13 year old, Im sure will have the same amazing smile when completed.With our busy soccer schedule they have Saturday Ortho appointments, which fits in with our schedule.Very much worth the drive !!!!!

I had a great experience on my first time in Great Expressions at Wycliff. Everyone is nice and I was treated very well. I had cleaning and scaling and Barbara took good care of me and she’s the best hygienist I have had. Dr. Singh also made sure I understand my options and xray results.

The care the staff gave me was the greatest Ive had. Had a root canal and buildup done. Was practically painless if you could describe it such, being such a difficult procedure. Will definitely come back and recommend this place.

The waiting room and the treatment rooms are well appointed and immaculate. The wait for me has never been longer than 5 minutes, which is great as I am usually on my lunch break to be there.As someone who pays cash for their dental work I appreciate the person from billing explaining each item on the invoice, before the work is done, and letting me pick an chose which items are a priority vs. what I can afford during that visit.That is of course all in addition to the fantastic staff of actual dental assistants and dentists that do the procedures with great care and chair side manners.

Barbara, the dental hygienist was funny and professional at the same time. Most importantly she didn’t hurt my mouth. The billing dept was on top of things more than the other office. The office was welcoming and asthtically pleasing in addition to it being a quick trip.

After losing my previous dentist because of changes and a couple failed attempts with other dentists over the last several months, I have finally found a really great place! Dr. Tolliver is warm and caring... the whole team is... very helpful even with all the crazy questions... Really glad I have found a new home... ;-)

Its been over seven years since i have been seen by a dentist. As soon as i walk into the office, i was greeted by warm and welcoming smiles!!! I had my exam with Dr. Sekhon. She was really friendly and very detailed with my exam! I am usually a nervous wreck when i have been to other dental homes, but she really made me feel comfortable and made me feel like family. After my exam, i had an amazing cleaning with Barbara. Let me tell you, you will never have a Hygienist more careful and experienced than her! both Dentist and Hygienist are so passionate and caring about their patients. I will most definitely be coming here again!

This review is long overdue. I wanted to recognize how phenomenal the staff was at Great Expressions at the Wycliff location. Laura was able to get me into an appointment super last minute and was very accommodating to such a short notice. Once I came in for my appointment, Edith was very helpful when it came to filling out the new patient paperwork. Barbara was the nicest hygienist I ever had and you could tell really cares a about her patients, because she had several recommendations for me on how to floss more efficiently and take better care of my teeth. Dr. Schweers was very easy to talk to about my dental history and was able to answer all of my questions pertaining to the Invisalign product. Last, but not least, Mario was very detailed oriented and was able to provide a clear breakdown of the claim that was covered by insurance and the residual amount that I owed the clinic. I will definitely come back to this location even though there is another location within walking distance from where I live! Thank you again to the Wycliff staff!

Beware if you are offered additional services not covered by your insurance. They claimed they would be covered, claimed they submitted and got a response from our insurance company. Services were not covered and now were out of pocket $800+. Left messages to discuss and calls have not been returned! Poor customer service.

So sorry to leave a bad review.I’ve been going to this location for several years and I’ve never had an issue, but today was the worst experience ever. The normal hygienist was out sick and the temp hygienist had no clue what she was doing....almost to the point I was going to have her stop and come back when the normal hygienist returned.Also, it seems like every time I go in for my cleanings, it’s always a different dentist that I have to explain my whole history again to.Find a good staff and keep them.

Love Dr. Allen! She is the best along with those assisting her. She made getting an implant a better experience than any root canal I have ever had!

Everyone was so nice, they did a great job educating me on all of my options and what they recommended to keep my smile looking good! The cleaning was fast and my hygienist did a fantastic job! I will definitely be making this my permenant dental office!

The service is excellent, they take care of everything, they inform you all the things that are going to do. .. They are very honest, and in my previous experience they are the best... And the difference among my previous experiences in other places with this are... in the people...The Dentist here are excellent.

Wycliff Dental is a great place. They are professionals from the Receptionists all the way to the Dentists. I have been with them for about 2 years and I have been seeing the same Dentist. I appreciate Dr. Tolliver his knowledge and confidence and it shows in his work. Happy to keep going and more than happy to recommend.

I got my wisdom teeth removed extracted and it went great!! Dr. Asfhar did an awesome job with the removal to the numbing ending with the stitching. He talked me through everything and was very considerate when I was in pain he would take like a 2min break.The only thing I didn’t like was in the beginning I had trouble scheduling an appointment bx there was only one doc. to do the extraction. Also I had to go to a different location to get the extraction!The original bill was $1110.40 and the receipt that was emailed said -$50 total $1060.40. I didn’t get any laughing gas but I was charged and I paid for it. I can say they did give me my money back as well. Soo they are all good in my book. 👍🤝

The dental hygienist, Barbara is fantastic. She is the only reason I go to this dentist. The office staff is hit or miss. Last year when I was there the office staff was organized and knowledgeable. During this years visit the office staff was terrible and rude. I probably will not go back because of the office staff.

Hygienist was wonderful and gentle, Im on braces so my teeth are very sensitive but she did a great job, also girls at the office were very attentive and kind.

Staff was so incredibly friendly, they definitely do not judge you if you missed a year of cleaning. I didnt have dental insurance for over a year so didnt get my teeth cleaned.Dentist was super thorough in explaining what was going on with you teeth and what I should look out for in the future etc.I hardly waiting in the waiting room at all, huge bonus since I do work normal business hours and was there during work hours.The cleaning felt thorough after the fact but it was SUPER fast. I couldnt believe it. Ive never had a cleaning go so fast. So could be a bad thing, could be a good thing?

I’ve had bad experiences the past 6 months. It’s seems they changed staff and they don’t know what they are doing. It used to take 10-15 min tops with no pain and now to change my rubber bands on the braces takes them about an hour and I always come out hurt with their equipment being used . Just yesterday I went in to get the wire fixed after just going in and I couldn’t get any help for two weeks. I called again and I was told they could go ahead and just cut the wire off until my next visit in two weeks. I go in , they girl doesn’t cut the wire but puts in back in place on my bottom braces but then takes off my upper braces, struggles and tells me she doesn’t know how to put the wires back. Then why take them off if that’s not your job? She told me she would keep the wires until the next day, something I couldn’t schedule because the time I could come in was too late. It’s just a mess now . I can’t eait for them too take off my braces .

I just had a root canal done. I have major anxiety when it come to dental work. Like, my whole body starts shaking and I have trouble breath. Both the doctor and the tech were incredibly caring, thoughtful and gentle. I had gas to help keep me calm, but they kept checking in on me and when they noticed me tense up, they would pause and help me breathe. Never did they make me feel like I was being dramatic, or ridiculous. Their concern seemed genuine and not at all canned.I will happily return to see Doctor Tavares and my sister with the cool hair.

The Wycliff team is very professional and caring. They take care of every detail and use the latest technology. Dr. Tolliver is fantastic! I am impressed how the quality of care has stayed consistent over the years.

Came in for routine cleaning and left with a filling as well. Also learned I need a crown. Yea!! But the staff and Dr. Were friendly, professional and its almost always a pleasure going to see them. Great crew.

Pleasant, efficient, affordable.The women (Im sure men work there but I havent interacted with any) at GE have been consistently pleasant from greeting and treating me to the payment process. Barbara, my gum specialist, has been especially helpful and has motivated me to buy an electric toothbrush (got the Sonicare Flexcare Platinum!) GEs a good fit for me, no complaints.

I had an appointment at this location with Dr Asghar... Well Dr Asghar came highly recommended by our dentist. After showing up for my sons appointment the doctor wasn’t able to perform the surgery. He had concerns of nerve damage. 🤷🏽‍♂️ My thoughts were that’s why I’m here because you’re a specialist. Also not mention I had to go and pick up sedation medication at the Pharmacy..... never heard that before either.My son and I ended up walking out and going to a REAL ORAL surgeon.I will not recommend using this office for Wisdom teeth extraction...They might be good at pulling teeth. I would not recommend there services!!!
