Great experience. Staff was very professional, friendly, helpful and mae me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Mitchell explained everything and was totally honest in what he could do and could not. It was a very calming experience as this was my first visit and I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentists due to past experiences. Being new to Dallas and specially during a pandemic, finding a good dentist was quite the journey. Fortunately for me, I found Dr. Mitchells office and it was a perfect fit! From the get go, Ive had an incredible and excellent experience. From setting up my appointments to in office visits. His staff welcomes you like family and provides complete white glove service from beginning to end. For example, while getting my cleaning, Mindi noticed I was cold and gave me a blanket, she also made sure I knew exactly what she was going to do and made me feel so comfortable. I keep a journal listing something each day for which I am grateful. Today my entry was how grateful I am to have Dr. Mitchell for my dentist. He has taken care of me for over 25 years and has done an excellent job. He and his staff are the greatest.

Always.(4) GREAT, professional, premium dental care - Every.Single.Time.(5) Why, after all these years, is a busy professional who rarely has time to write reviews . . . finally writing this review? Well, (1) through (4) of course, but - also because today, after a long, long, Covid-prompted quarantine of sorts . . . I had to make a dentist visit. Had to because of a new & painful dental problem. Sigh. The one thing Ive really missed since March 2020 was regular dental checkups, but with a chronic lung problem & an older, high-risk husband, we have forgone all but critical contacts. Today was critical. Of course, I called Dr. Mitchell (thank you, Susie, for getting me in!). After I made the appointment, I called back & asked whether everyone in the office had been vaccinated for Covid-19. They have. When I arrived, everyone was as friendly and helpful as I remembered . . . and masked, and beyond that - their safety protocols were the best - so, so reassuring, especially right now in August 2021 with the Delta variant on the rampage. Reassuring to even a very careful, high-risk patient. I feel so blessed that I found this office years ago when I was seeking a professional who could provide the best care. This office was the very best then - and they are the very best today.

Dr. Mitchell and his team went above and beyond to make my first visit incredible. I’m a wimp that is afraid of the dentist. After reading amazing reviews and finding out that they had the option for sedation, I decided to come see Dr. Mitchell. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so caring and reassuring. I was so at ease that just nitrous was good enough for me. I had to get some fillings done and they gave me headphones so I don’t have to listen to the drilling. Mindi is an awesome hygienist. She takes the time to explain everything and answer my questions. If I had any concerns, both Mindi and Dr. Mitchell will talk to me about it. I no longer dread going to the dentist. Honestly I look forward to it because my teeth looks great now and I feel more confident with myself. Dr. Mitchell has been our family dentist for the past 36 years! He is that good!!! He’s always given us the best care and great recommendations for treatment plans. One time I had a crown come off on a Friday night and he met me at his office on Saturday morning to reset the crown. That’s service! I absolutely LOVE this place so much!!! I originally came in about a year ago just to get some bonding done in order to fix a gap in my front teeth. At the time, I was going to a different dentist that I had been seeing for years. From the phone call with Susie booking my first appointment, to the experience I had when I came into the office, and everything in between, it has been so great! Dr. Mitchell and the ENTIRE staff are all so kind, energetic and make you feel so comfortable! Dr. Mitchell and Tracie did such an amazing job on my bonding. He really takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect and that the patient is 100% satisfied! I had bonding done twice beforehand from other practices and it just did not look cohesive and natural. I was so frustrated because I thought after seeing two different dentists, that my teeth were never going to look like I wanted them to. I am SO glad that I decided to try one last time with Dr. Mitchell! I also had a discolored tooth for about 6 years that my previous dentist told me was fine. After less than 30 seconds of meeting Dr. Mitchell, he noticed the tooth and expressed concern that it may be dying. Sure enough, it was and I got a root canal. Because my experience here for bonding was so awesome, I decided to transfer over for all of my dental care. I had my first teeth cleaning here today and once again, so amazing! Mindi did such a great job and explained every step to me which I appreciate so much!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

As a physician, I am very picky about my dentist. Dr. Mitchell was referred to me by several high profile faculty at UT Southwestern. I have used Dr. Mitchell for my general dentistry, Invisalign, teeth whitening, and whitening a tooth that had undergone a root canal. When I moved further north, I looked for a dentist closer to home, but recently when my teenage daughter had a dental emergency, the first dentist I thought of was Dr. Mitchell. There may be several good dentists in the Dallas area, but none surpass Dr. Mitchell. He is highly intelligent, but down to earth and straight forward. He answered all of my questions about my daughters tooth before I could ask, and included several cosmetic considerations, which I greatly appreciated. I trust him completely for any dental issues. I chose Dr. Mitchells office because aside from his credentials, his office staff seemed extremely friendly. It was not a disappointment. Everyone from the office manager, to the dental staff to Dr. Mitchell were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have a healthy apprehension about going to the Dentist. I wasnt the least bit nervous during my visit. They have definitely gained a patient for life based on this first experience.Thanks again!

He and all of his top notch staff are committed to taking care of your teeth, and they are continually staying up with changing technologies. When she landed we called Dr. Mitchell and asked for help. He got up from his dinner table and called us in a prescription for my mother-in -law and opened up his office on a Saturday to see her and get her fixed up to get home to her dentist. Superb service and excellent dental work. Wish Id discovered them years ago and wouldnt have skipped annual check-ups. Dr. Mitchell and staff are everything you read about in these reviews. Not that it would have mattered, but the total bill was about 10% less than another leading dentist I considered too.
