My first time here to a dentist I have known for many, many years. Not sure why I waited so long! This was an awesome experience if you can say that about a dental visit. The entire front office staff greeted me. My hygienist was Addi and she was excellent. She was personable, caring, and, most importantly, explained exactly everything she was doing. And her slideshow of Norway made laying on my back quite comfortable! Dr Bill made his visit and thankfully his professionalism and report to me was ... fortunately good! Glad I went and I am definitely going back. Thank you Whitley Family Dental.

This practice is tremendous! I realize that my comments are similar to the other opinions about Whitley Family Dental, but mine are just as heartfelt and positive. My dental hygienist, Ayah, is absolutely the best hygienist I have EVER had - at any dentist! She is so friendly, gentle, professional and thorough. Dr. Bill is the best at what he does - always explains exactly what I need to know, and I trust him completely with my dental work. Its just a pleasure to know these fine folks - the entire staff is top notch. In fact, after my appointment yesterday, an acquaintance asked about my experience and told them the same thing!

My previous dentist was like a first wife. I didnt know what Id been missing until I had new fingers in my mouth. The crew at Whitley Dental have provided the best oral experience of my long life (except maybe that brief fling in the 80s with an older gentlemen who really drilled my cavities.... but I digress.) Please give Whitley a try if you need expert, efficient, and friendly tooth-related services. Extra thumbs up to their hygienist, Ayuh, whose thumbs are tiny, nimble and powerful. Just what you want when you want clean teeth.

Dr. Whitley and the whole staff are wonderful, amazing people that are friendly, outgoing and caring. I have always had a relaxed and informative visit. Dr. Whitley is witty and smart and puts you at ease. His staff from the time you walk in, get xrays, cleaning, and/or have a procedure performed are understanding, caring and will help you in any way possible to have you flashing the best beautiful smile. I have been truly blessed by all the friends and feels like family there. Love them all!

Highly recommend!I cant remember the last positive experience I have had going to the dentist. In the past, I have had dentists try and talk me into procedures or maintenance plans that I didnt really need and were very expensive, been treated poorly by office staff, or just left an appointment with more pain and discomfort than was necessary. The whole team at Whitley Family Dental has changed my opinion on dentists. They do everything in their power to make you comfortable and calm. They are honest, and always very friendly. Dr. Whitley is very gentle and does a great job explaining exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. My Hygienist Ayah, is great at making you feel calm if you have anxiety about having your teeth worked on. I would recommend Whitley Family Dental to anyone.

I am in my 60s and have been to many dentists over the years and like most people dread going to the dentist. I left yesterday looking forward to my next visit because it was a wonderful experience as usual. Dr. Whitley is professional, sincere, and friendly and took the time to answer my questions without rushing out the door. Chandler, the hygienist was the best I have ever experienced. She took her time, was gentle, double checked her work, informative, and kind. The office staff is equally wonderful so needless to say I do look forward to my next visit. They offer a discount plan which is better than my dental benefits offered through my medicare supplement plan or other dental benefits you can purchase online. My husband needs extensive dental work and feels the same way about Whitley Family Dental.

The Whitley Family Dental Practice is a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Dr. Whitley and his staff provide their patients with the best and safest care. Dr. Whitley is a very conservative dentist and does not try to do more than you need and I really appreciate that. My whole family goes to Dr. Whitley and we have all been very pleased.

Had my first visit today. The staff was so courteous, which was a continuation of the phone calls I’ve had with them. They take COVID very seriously making me feel safe. I also appreciate them incorporating new technologies in a family run clinic. Shout out to my hygienist Chandler. She was polite, kind, and explained everything as she cleaned my teeth and ensured I was comfortable. Definitely recommend her and this practice!!

Today was my first visit to Whitley Family Dental, and I am so impressed by the professionalism of the entire office, the extensive COVID safety precautions in place, and the warm, friendly atmosphere they have created. Dr Bill was very thorough, giving me plenty of chances to speak up about any concerns I might have. Ayah did a great job cleaning my teeth being very gentle and attentive to be sure I was comfortable the entire time. They made me feel like family!

Ive been to many dentists in NYC, SF, Austin and Dallas and Dr Whitley and his staff are top notch. The area is clean, comfortable and they are taking the proper precautions for COVID-19 that is integrated into their day to day operations. They disinfected my Drivers License when they scanned it, Open/Closed doors and were on time. The equipment they use is up to date and you can tell they care about their patients and staying true to their process. I was impressed and very glad I switched from my old dentist to Dr Whitley. His staff is sooooo nice too! I dread usually going to the Dentist - so had to post this review since they exceeded my expectations. Big shout out, for sure. Keep up the good work!

Had my first visit with Whitley Family Dental today and it was absolutely awesome. From the moment I checked in at the front desk until the time I left, everything ran like well oiled machine. X-Rays were taken before being given an examination by Dr. Whitley. Then, I had a very thorough cleaning by Chandler who did a phenomenal job; no pain, no discomfort at all. Not only can I feel the difference in my teeth, but I can see the difference as well.

Wow! What a great team of people doing great work at WFD! Chandler did an outstanding job making my deep cleaning very comfortable for me while answering all my questions. I missed a connecting flight the night before an appointment and the staff at the office not only responded to my text at 9pm, but worked with me to reschedule and have everything smoothed over during non-office hours. Besides being an excellent dental office, this staff is just the best.

I have seen a number of dentists over the years, but Whitley Family Dental is by far the best group I have ever visited. Their Covid-19 safety protocols are outstanding, the entire team is pleasant and efficient, and the quality of care is remarkable. This practice is the best in the business.

We have been going to Dr. Whitley and the Whitley Family Dental for over 5 years now with our kids and we have always had a great consistent experience. The staff from the front desk to the hygienist are great always to professional and knowledgeable. Our kids love going there and who can say their kids like going to the dentist.

Fearful of covid, I put off going in to get my teeth cleaned for a year. It usually isnt the most pleasant experience, anyway. But, I went today, and am so glad I did. First, the whole staff is strictly precautious. All masked. Everything was sterilized. No patients were waiting in the waiting room. Its felt so safe. All my interactions were positive. And the hygienist, Ayah Issa, was the best dental hygienist I have ever experienced. Patient. Gentle. Understanding. It was such a comforting procedure. All in all, I definitely will be going back to Whitley Family Dental.

I am writing a review to express how beyond satisfied I was with the service and professionalism at Whitley Family Dental. I had an appointment with Ayah Issa, and I was extremely pleased with her service. She is great at interacting and fun to get along with, while also being very professional. I am satisfied with the work done there and look forward to keeping my teeth clean.

The office is being extremely safe right now! My hygienist, Addie, took the time and was very thorough in my cleaning. She also took the time to ask me questions and help me understand what was going on with my cleaning. Dr. Whitley took the time to examine my teeth and fit me for a new mouth guard.

Most people dont enjoy visits to their dentist, but Whitley Family Dental makes every visit a pleasant experience for me. I was concerned, when I moved here, about finding a dental office as good as the one I had in Jacksonville, FL, but I was blessed in finding Whitley Family Dental!

Went in for my first visit, haven’t been to a dentist in a while and being semi new to Dallas. I found them on my insurance website and gave them a try. Got a cleaning and estimate on fixing a cracked tooth. The hygienist was very gentle and thorough while getting a deep clean. I was extremely nervous but everything went better than I could have expected. Dr. Whitley discussed my teeth and the crack, giving me options and advice. I will be going back soon and will use them for as long as I am in the DFW area. Clean/comfortable office setting and all of the staff that I encountered were pleasant and helpful.

I stress about the going to the dentist every time because I usually get bad news but I am always relieved when I leave Whitley Family Dental b/c even if a new problem has come up, the staff are always very calm and thoughtful about my sensitivities, and Dr. Bill is very honest about what he recommends but doesnt force me into anything. Each experience there gives me hope that someday I wont have to dread going to the dentist every time I go.

This dentist office is legitimate! The entire staff is so very professional and friendly and you feel like they all really care about their jobs and you as a patient and customer. Dr. Bill is an excellent dentist who practices conservative and appropriate dentistry and doesnt just try to sell you things you dont need in order to make more money off of you. He is kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. My dental hygienist, Ms. Katie, is the most wonderful hygienist Ive ever had! Not only is she super sweet, friendly and easy to talk to, but she really listens to her patients and has the most gentle hand when it comes to cleaning teeth. I have had some bad and painful dental experiences in my time at other clinics and some sloppy and careless dentistry tactics used on me in the UK through the NHS dentistry, so unfortunately I have experienced some very poor dentistry. Whitley Family Dental is an honest classy place that has my trust and admiration. They take good care of me and my family and I highly recommend them.

I have been going here for about 6 years because I love their staff and the care. I had a hygienist who was new to me on my visit today. She has been there almost a year but I did not draw her last visit for my every 6 months cleaning. She was the best! She not only cleaned my teeth well but gave me great information about my teeth as she cleaned. I love being educated about things I know little about and she definitely did that in a conversational way as she cleaned. Those pointers will most likely make these 7 decade old teeth last longer!July 2020...Another regular check up with a different hygienist but the same lovely support staff and great dentist. They are doing a fantastic job of following safety measures needed by COVID while maintaining their friendly approach. Highly recommend. I was nervous about going and my appointment had to be rescheduled due to COVID. I only go out on rare occasions since March but I can say this was the least anxiety provoking one I have experienced during this difficult time. It was exactly as promised with everyone masked and gloved. Teeth are clean using methods that are safest for them and me, xrays done. Thanks Dr. W and crew!
