Ideal Dental Midway Crossing is a wonderful dental facility. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable, explain everything and are very professional. I highly recommend using this office. We are switching our whole family to using them.

Just had a cavity filled today. Dr Hernandez and Mary were great. Dr Hernandez was constantly checking to see if I was ok. Great chair side manner.

Gabriel was there today and he said he loved it everyone was nice especially the Orthodontist Dr.Petersen and the front desk Her name is Shelby. So he’s excited to get his braces…….😁😁

I hate going to the dentist (I can’t say I know anyone who actually enjoys it), but Ideal Dental makes it painless, in more ways than one. My schedule doesn’t allow for weekday visits so their Saturday hours are so convenient! The space isn’t intimidating, everyone is super friendly, and I will keep going here for all of my dental needs! Can’t say enough good things about Ideal Dental of Midway Crossing!!!

Front desk guy and girl were very nice and knowledgeable. The dentist and assistant did not rush over my issues, they gave a great breakdown of all of the issues with my teeth and put me at ease. Will be coming back soon.

I hadnt been to the dentist in several years (shame on me!). I called and Pedro answered the phone. He was very friendly and got me set up for a same week appointment! I sadly cannot remember the name of the very nice woman who cleaned my teeth, but she had a gentle touch which I greatly appreciated. Very nice office, you can tell they clean and sanitize regularly. All the staff was polite and welcoming. They also lay out the cost breakdown clearly so you know exactly what youre in for. Definitely recommend!

My experience was great! From the front desk staff, to the tech and dental hygienist, and doctor. I was greeted with a warm welcome and the office manager was very pleasant in assisting me with my finances and breaking things down for me. The tech was very nice and the dental hygienist was the SWEETEST! Esther really took her time and was very informative. Doctor Chahine was also very sweet and took her time with me, even when I had an anxiety attack she was very patient and checked on me throughout my visit. As much as this could have been a horrible experience, the staff made my visit so much smoother and did all they needed to do to make me very comfortable. Very happy with my experience and I definitely recommend this location!

Amazing experience! I have been dreading going to the dentist (it’s been awhile) and everyone was so amazing and set my mind at ease immediately. The office manager, the hygienists and Dr. Chahine were all so kind and Dr. Chahine was so gentle. The fact that they’re open on Saturdays is a big bonus as well!

Talk about feeling comfortable and taken care of! From the second I walked into the office I was greeted by tiera with a friendly hello and welcomed. I was taken back to get my procedure within 5 mins of arrival. Dr Diala came in to say hello and explain what was going to happen before Bianca came and started. The whole time I was asked if I was comfortable or if I needed anything. Thank you guys for your awesome service and making me feel like I was going to the classic neighborhood dentist.

Highly recommend! I have been to 4 dentists at 4 different clinics in the last year to replace two crowns. Every single time, there was an issue until I found Ideal Dental. Before completing any work, they let you know exactly how much they charge for the services including discounts and insurance coverage to confirm you want to proceed with care. Dr. Diala Chahine and her hygienist were excellent communicators and created a comfortable, pain-free, stress-free visit. Within a week of my first call, I had a consultation and temporary crowns in. Dr. Chahine even called the next day to see how I was feeling. This place has a special level of service and skill that is unmatched!

This is easily the best dental experience Ive ever had. The (woman-run) branch did X-Rays, Cleaning, Exam and even FILLED A CAVITY in less than 90 minutes. They were swift with the insurance and billing, and gave me all the info so I could make the best decision. They were so efficient and kind. I will go there forever!! Everyone was super nice and friendly! It had been quite a long time since I had visited a dentist because I had such bad experiences in the past but I know I will definitely be back.The doctor and hygienist were both extremely gentle and understanding. Everything was explained clearly and I left feeling very well taken care of.I highly recommend this office.

Ive never had a hard time with cleanings, until today. I was in so much pain that I had tears running down my face and I still had to speak up to ask her to stop. Even after that, she continued to be aggressive with the tools. She also took her time draining my spit... It has been hours and my gums are still throbbing and it is safe to say I will NEVER return. Its a shame because my first visit was such an awesome experience.

The staff are really nice and want to make sure that you are comfortable. They work with you and your insurance to make sure they give you the best deal possible, but still with what you want done. The dentist and assistant who helped me were both great and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was very apprehensive about my appointment because it had been several years since Id seen a dentist. The hygentist KJ was very friendly and professional and Dr. Chahine was wonderful and made me feel at ease. The best part of my experience was made by Pedro. He assisted the dentist during my exam and saw how my emotions got the best of me. He showed genuine concern for me and even took time to comfort me after my exam. That have a great team!

Love this place -- been going here for 2 years now. My daughter is also a patient. The staff are all so personable and attentive. The dentists are super professional but at the same time super friendly. An example is the day after my root canal, the dentist called me herself to check on me. I also love that I have the same hygienist, Nicole, every time we go (I requested her in my account personal preferences if she is available). She is a beautiful spirit, very caring and pretty knowledgeable. Also, the guy who works up treatment payment plans is also one of my faves (i forgot his name) and I love how thorough he is with explaining the treatment plan payment options. Love this place, front office staff too!

She explained everything and I was able to get my crown done at the same apt. I knew there was going to be a tad bit of a wait, but they were squeezing me in.

I am so in love with Midway Crossing Dental, that I switched my 3 children from their original dentist to Midway. Their hours of business are awesome and fit well with my busy schedule. I do not have to worry about taking off of work to make sure all 4 of us make our appointments, and this is a plus for me. By far the BEST dental experience I have had! I just found this dentist at the end of March. I had a fear of dentists stemming from childhood. I told them that when I first walked in the doors and they promised to erase that fear and take great care of me. Not once have they said one negative thing to me or about my dental care - which is actually pretty good considering not having been to the dentist in 10+ years. They were completely honest with me about what needed to be done and not once was I pressured or scared into a procedure. My dentist Ashley was so polite and extremely gentle with my cleaning and cavity fillings. The follow ups have been great. This is an office full of pleasant individuals who truly care about the patients. Every time Ive gone back they remember who I am and have taken time to ask about my life. These ladies are just AWESOME! As long as Im in Dallas...THIS is where my teeth shall call home!

I have been coming to this office for over a year now along with my six-year-old son and husband and seeing Dr. Minor. The front office staff is courteous and timely. We are usually seen right away upon entering and treated right away. I feel confident in this dentist and her staff. The only treatment she has recommended thus far was a filling replacement which required no shots nor did it hurt at all. It seriously too her about 5 minutes to perform. This is a great office.

I visited for a deep cleaning and a tooth extraction. The staff were wonderful and had me in and out. Doctor James, Reggie, Esther and Octavia were great. I was nervous but they all made me feel comfortable! I definitely recommend this office!

I visited Midway Crossing for the first time yesterday and I have never felt so at ease and comfortable at a dental office before. The staff is so kind and gentle, it immediately reassured me and made me feel confident in their work. I had a deep cleaning and my teeth whitened and Im so happy with the results. Had my ortho treatment here. I spent over a year in treatment. They deemed their work completed, and removed the braces. My back teeth are not straight. Additionally, one of the front teeth was pulled too far forward that caused the gum to recede. I have to go back into ortho treatments to push the tooth back just to get it into the gum line so the gum graph that now needs to be done will actually take...all problems created by their ortho treatment.

I had a really great experience at Midway Crossing Dental. The best thing, I think, is that they have Saturday appointments. It is so difficult to try to get dental work done during the work week!The office is very nicely decorated and relaxing. The front desk staff is SO NICE. The receptionist even let me borrow her phone charger when my battery died in the middle of my root canal.Everyone was really friendly and informative throughout the experience. I was nervous to have a root canal, and the dentist was very reassuring and was able to get it done pretty quickly!Id definitely recommend this dentist!

My husband and I both recently used Midway Dental Clinic. We were both were very happy with our treatment. The staff and Dr. Minor made us feel very comfortable. My husband had a root canal and he felt that he received great care and experience little pain. The office is lovely and the receptionist were very courteous and helpful. I went to Midway Crossing for an emergency, due to another dentist not doing such a great job. They fit me in quickly on a Saturday, and were so friendly and kind to me while I was in terrible pain. The staff is so friendly, and accommodating. I got my husband to go, and got a $50 referral credit. The office is inviting, with a couch and pillows, not just metal chairs. They offer coffee or water, and are great with financial help. They explain the bill before you start anything. I would highly recommend this office!

My second time here. This place is the best from the front desk to the fantastic dentist. Very friendly. The doctor was very gentle when giving the anesthesia. I didnt feel a thing. I am 57 and have been to many dentists. This one is the best. To top it all off, their rates were very very good.

In this case I wanted to give a special thanks to Casey, the manager at the front desk. I had come in a few minutes late, rattled from a crazy morning. He greeted me with a friendly smile, assured me there was no worry and got me to laugh with some general chit chat. No more than a minute later, I was off to the cleaning. Amy, the hygienist, did an excellent pain free cleaning and gave me some tips on proper cleaning along the way. Last but not least Dr. Minor reviewed my teeth, the cleaning, and x-rays. She was personable and was great in explaining the condition of my teeth. Thankfully it was all good news and she gave me a gold star for the day! I was then walked to the front where Casey efficiently managed my payment (insurance in this case) and we had a nice conversation too. He also confirmed when my next appointment would be and let me know that I would be reminded by email or a phone call. After some more pleasant confirmation I walked out to start my day.Thank you again Casey, Amy, Dr. Minor for making my experience with Midway Crossing a great one. Usually I dont like going to the dentist..However, Midway Crossing Dental has shifted my view on dentistry in general. The staff was very courteous, well-mannered, and respectable. They had wonderful communication skills and great smiles every minute I was there. I informed them about my fear of their occupation and they completely understood.. In result, they made me feel very comfortable. Im actually looking forward to going back in and continuing on with my treatment. I highly recommend this office to friends and family!

I have now had an emergency root canal and a filling done at this new dental office they are wonderful. Root canals are never any fun and this one took 6 hours & 2 of their dentists, one of them making a special trip to the office on his day off just for me because the procedure was so challenging! Now that’s alot caring & kindness. At every step of the way they were concerned with my comfort. From the Receptionist to the Dentists & Dental Assistants, everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them for anything you need related to your teeth.

I had a very pleasant experience at Midway Crossing Dental! The office staff was extremely helpful in explaining all of their payment procedures and even got me signed up for a Care Credit card to pay for my wisdom teeth extraction. The dentist was very nice and got things done really quick. i would have given 5 stars but when I called and set the appointment I asked for a little bit of numbing gel for my sensitive gums before the cleaning, the girl on the phone said the dentist can do that. When I filled out my paper work I also made a note to remind them about the numbing gel. I later asked the assistant for the gel and she said okay. But much later, when the dentist came in to clean, she just said open wide and got to cleaning. I never received any numbing gel after requesting it 3 times. My gums hurt throughout the cleaning and I feel like I wouldnt have been tense through the entire thing if I had a little help. Ive even noticed a few spots of buildup she missed while flossing. So maybe a quick clean isnt always the most thorough. Overall, I will definitely still go back. The staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding. I would just like them to help make me a little more comfortable during a very anxious trip to the dentist. Its never a fun thing for me.

Midway Crossing was so very accommodating, and honestly, I knew they would be from the moment they answered the phone. It is amazing what a difference, and how much you can deduce about a practice of any kind by their front desk, clerical, and assistants demeanor. They got my children in asap, filled me in on all matters important, and treated my children with respect and care for their appointments. Their office is a relaxing experience and isnt sterile, but feels like a modern living space with comforts of home. We are glad to find an office close to home. As I said from front desk, hygienist, to dentist - this office was a great experience all around.

I found Midway Crossing Dental through a list of providers that accepts my insurance (Guardian), and Im glad I did! I had such a great experience. It was easy to make an appointment; they had lots of openings, and I was able to get an appointment for the next Saturday. The office is clean and beautifully decorated. There are lots of magazines and even a coffee machine in the waiting room, but I waited less than 10 min before I was called back so I didnt even have to use them. Even all the exam rooms have televisions! The staff is great and Dr. Herman is a complete sweetheart. And she uses a fancy machine to do your gum cleaning instead of those awful metal scrapers. Awesome. I look forward to going back.

I was nervous to try a new dentist because the last two dentists I tried were difficult to deal with and quality of service was low. When I entered into the office at Midway Crossing Dental, I was very pleased from the start. It is clean, everyone is friendly, and, most importantly, the dental care was very good. Dr. Joseph used a special camera to get a look at my teeth. I expected to be told I would need expensive dental work, but was happy that was not the case. Im relieved to finally have a dentist I plan to stick with after moving to Dallas 6 years ago.

Ive had a wonderful experience at Midway Crossing Dental. While waiting to be seen I was thinking of my past dental experiences so I was scared to death but after getting there, talking to the staff & then being nicely numbed up - my tooth was pulled out beautifully!! My head wasnt jerked around & most importantly it was painless. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist was concerned about my comfort. I now know that I dont have to dread a visit to the dentist. It doesnt have to be distressing, painful or grisly. You dont have to wait until your situation is dire like mine. This is the best place to come for relief from pain & your nerves of visiting a new dentist. This is absolutely the best dentist Ive ever been to. I highly recommend Midway Crossing Dental.

My husband and i have been visiting this office for a couple of years, and we have consistently had great experiences! We loved Dr Herman and now see Dr Miner, who has been wonderful. Very nice office staff, and there have only been a couple of times when weve waited in the chair for a long time. Think it was growing pains because it has been quick, efficient, and easy for awhile now!

Everyone was super super kind! The ladies at the front desk were very sweet when my schedule kept changing. Dr. Herman was very informative and nice. I had to wait for quiet awhile after being taken back to the patient rooms, but I did not get the impression that that was the common experience for most of their patients. Seemed more like fluke. But they were very apologetic and professional about it.

I strongly suggest getting a second opinion about teeth concerns before accepting Midway Crossing’s recommendation.About a year ago I went in for the first time after switching work dental plans and not going to the dentist for about a year and a half. They did a fine job cleaning my teeth, but then told me that I had 3 cavities on both sides of my mouth. As someone who had never had cavities before, I was somewhat surprised, but believed them because it had been a long time. They offered to take care of one side of my mouth on the spot, so I accepted and paid over $250. Now, I changed jobs and dental plans again, and my dentist visit yesterday told a different story. Not only do I not have any significant cavities on the other side of my mouth, but they also advised it is not common to have time to fix cavities on the spot. What I thought was a convenience before now seems like a plan designed to rip me off.I haven’t decided if there is any other recourse I will/can take, but I want to warn others of this practice so you can be aware and make the smart decision to go somewhere else.

What an amazing experience! Everyone in the office is accommodating, knowledgable and reassuring. Dr. Herman is so kind and goes out of her way to make sure you are informed, comfortable, and calm. My root canal was completely pain free, even after the local anesthetic wore off. My appointment time is NEVER honored. I fill out paperwork in advance and arrive early, per request, but end up sitting in the waiting room 10-15 minutes past my appointment time AND THEN another 10-15 minutes in the chair. Today my 4pm appointment started at 4:40 and it was just a cleaning—I didn’t even see a dentist. No respect for my time.

Everyone at this office is extremely helpful and pleasant. They are attentive and its nothing like a get them in an out type of experience. I always know my options and I feel like Im being very well taken care of. Dare I say a dentist office visit can be pleasant?

I had a good experience. The staff was nice. The dentist was pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere in the office was welcoming/comfortable. I love the Saturday hours, very convenient! Ill be going back. I even referred my roommate to them.

Honestly, this place is amazing. I am sort of a perfectionist when it comes to my teeth and thanks to Dr. Herman and the ladies at Midway Crossing Dental, they have never looked better. I was a little nervous about pricing because anything medical can get so expensive but they are so easy going and will go out of their way to find savings for you. All in all it was a fantastic experience. Thank you!

Went for Invisalign and was given an Amber James a general dentist to work with, needless to say one year later I’m still in trays with ANOTHER 4 months to go. This woman does not know what she is doing and I feel all she’s done is try to up sell me and waste my time. They are not accommodating at all and I should’ve been referred to their orthodontist who knows teeth with way more experience. Had a tooth move out of place and she informed me she couldn’t fix it and that I needed a 1400 new tooth so I politely said no thanks and went to my old dentist who took care of the issue for 60 dollars. I think this place is out to get your money and with NO EXPERIENCE to tackle real issues. Avoid her for sure but truly am starting to feel they’ve ripped me off along with my time.

I came here for a second opinion and they really took the time to explain everything. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I feel totally comfortable with any upcoming procedures needing to be completed. I would definitely recommend Midway Crossing Dental.

Very friendly staff. Nice and clean office. Been going here for two years now and have had nothing but great experiences! They are very good at explaining anything they see wrong with your teeth and give great tips on how to take better care of your teeth!! Would recommend them to anyone!

I had a very good visit at Midway Crossing Dental. Everyone was very nice and helpful with any issues I had. I was able to set an appointment right away and on the day of my appointment I didnt have to wait for them to begin with my dental work. Ive been to other places where they make you wait forever but not here. The whole building was very nice and clean and all the equipment looked new. I know going to the dentist can be a little stressful but I had a pleasant experience here and left satisfied. I would recommend anyone to come and get their dental work here.

Rude manager and terrible customer service. My husband was 20 minutes early for his 2:30 pm appointment today and they forgot to check him in and after waiting till 3:10 pm, they acted so indifferent and rude so he walked out. What a waste of time!FYI, we had the same issue with their Frisco location manager 2 years ago. Apparently they dont know how to train their staff and managers to treat their patients properly.UPDATE on 8/8/18 - Response to the owner: You are very wrong. He didnt not speak with anybody at your leadership team during his visit (just the manager on site). He didnt even get a call from your office to reschedule his appointment to get a simple apology to make things better. He was there 20 minutes early for his appointment and after 1.5 hours of waiting he walked out. As I said before, this is not the first time we have had issues with your managers. Maybe you need to have a staff meeting and train your managers better, to care about the patients and their needs rather than shrugging their shoulders and just stare at them. Your company is on the 2nd strike. Your Frisco location was the first strike and worse (and supposedly you fired your office manager because of it). I received a call from you vice president AFTER I posted a bad review. She promised me if I took it down, she assured me nothing like this would ever happen again but here we are now. I doubt we are willing to be treat like this anymore. I called your office today to ask for our dental records and while I was talking your receptionist hung up the phone on me. This is becoming ridiculous and I can assure you this review wont be deleted. TRAIN YOUR STAFF and start acting like a professional company. WORSE dental company EVER!

First and only dentist I needed to try after moving to Dallas. Ive never once felt judged here and they truly do only want the best for your teeth and mouth. Plus, the staff is incredible. Theyre friendly and smart!
