Website talks about emergency hours, but neglects to mention only if you are an existing patient. Thanks for refusing to help my 6 yr old daughter with eye pain on a sunday.

Dr. Gregory Hill is the BEST. He is extremely thorough when doing my eye exam. Hes keeping a careful watch on my vision making sure Cataracts arent forming. Im farsighted and the arteries in my eyes are extremely narrow. So far, so good. The staff are very knowledgeable and works like a well oiled machine. My husband and I have been with his Practice since 2017. We are so GRATEFUL to have been referred to him by Dr. Rosanne Mezzano. No issues on the wait time is normal prior to being called back for service. Weve always had a good experience on every appointment.

EVERY time I visit Hills office they all make me feel like family. Such a pleasure and I DONT say that about most Doctors offices. From the minute I walk in I am greeted with a smile and offered help. Waiting room is filled with people who feel like I do (we talk ;) The men & women who assist the doctors are always friendly & professional. They know their jobs and do them well.As far as Dr Geoeffy Hill (the young one) I cant speak highly enough of him. Puts me at ease and I got thru the eye surgery smoothly. My last visit was as great as the first...….PLEASE keep up the good work. Its hard to find dedicated people like yourselves!

It was my first visit to office and I saw Dr. Blankenship. the team was very great and could not have had a better experience. from 1-10 have to rate a 10 being best.

All staff is very polite and efficient. The visits take some time but there are various tests to perform in different places. So plan at least an hour or more to be thoroughly examined. Also not crowded if you arrive early in the morning.

You are very lucky to have such a wonderful staff. Each person was nicer than the next. At my age, Im visiting many doctors. Your staff made my visit very pleasant.

Dr. Gregory Hill while always being the consummate professional is also one of the most friendly and caring medical professionals I have known. He has made treatment recommendations throughout the years that have allowed me to retain great eyesight and and now at 77, after my second cataract surgery, as he said at my check-up, “we nailed it”, meaning that I have perfect eyesight for reading, driving and everything in-between! From preliminary examination to dilation, glaucoma & retinal screening, the clockwork efficiency of the staff is amazing. Dr. Hill answered all my concerns/questions regarding cataracts. He and his staff are both professional and kind. I would highly recommend them!

Was referred to Dr. Hill 12 years ago when I moved here from Texas. He is amazing, not only in his surgical skills, but his demeanor with office and surgical staff. Have never heard him berate an employee or surgical assistant. During the surgery process, he treated his assistants and staff with respect and spoke to them in a quiet manner.

Doctor hill was great. I dont under stand why I was charged a $70 copay when my insurance says no copay on annual exam?

I was very nervous but the surgery went well and I will not have to be so nervous when I get my 2nd eye done. The surgical center in Highland was wonderful.

Absolutely the worst medical experience ever. I had been a patient for 15 years and wanted to get a skin tag removed from my eye. Dr. Greg Hill had done one four years ago and the price wasn’t consistent with what he told me it might be. So when I needed another one removed, I was extra cautious about the cost. His son Geoff was going to be my Dr. for this one. I checked and double checked on the price with insurance included and after finally returning my calls, his assistant Katy left me a message that the surgery would be at most $425 with insurance covering the rest. I returned her call and spoke to her directly where I asked again if this was everything. She assured me the total cost of everything was at most $425 with insurance. Ok. I paid that amount at the surgery center and had the surgery. Then a few weeks later a bill for $185 from BJC. This apparently for a biopsy that wasnt included, but i get it. Should have been disclosed it was possible, but ok. Then I receive another bill from BJC for another $286. I go back into HVC to find out what this is and speak to Rhonda(?) in billing. She tells me Katy should not have told me $425. This amount is why I proceeded with the surgery. She says she will look into why BJC is charging this but will call me back in a few days. On the day she calls me back I get another $185 bill from HVC. I ask about this and it was for Dr Hill doing the surgery. Also not included in original cost. She didn’t mention it just days before and neither did his assistant. An additional $686. What a scam! My wife was going to get laser surgery from them and I had been going there for 15 years. Never again!

Everything about the visit was outstanding. No waiting time and every individual I came in contact with was a professional in every way.

Ive had the opportunity to work with Dr Hill in surgery as well as be his patient, and I can say with confidence that his patient care is second to none. He is pleasant, professional, personal, highly knowledgable in his field. If you need eyecare of any kind, go see Dr Hill!

Buyer beware. Make sure that they tell you ALL the costs for eye surgery. They neglect to tell you that they do not have their own surgery center so you owe mega amounts to the surgery center as well as the surgeon, Dr Hill. Afterwards you do not even get to see Dr Hill for the follow up and they tell you that all of the side effects are to be expected!

The only problem I HAVE IS THAT IT TAKES SO LONG. MY APPT WAS WAY OVER ON TIME, THEN WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR. TOTAL TIME WAS 2 AND HALF HOURS. THAT IS TO LONG.
