Eyewearhaus is the best optical shop in St. Louis for two reasons. First, their selection of eyewear is unique and the staff there know their selections intimately. They have always been able to advise me on the perfect set of frames based on my style and physical appearance. Second, the lenses themselves are of a higher quality than other optical shops. My lenses from Eyewearhaus resist scratches, they dont lose their coating and they are perfect for my gradual bifocal. You cannot go wrong selecting the Eyewearhaus for your next pair of glasses.

Honestly, It wasnt my first time hearing this, but the owner is a bit extreme. I was in the store and all he was doing was yelling at this poor girl that seemed like she was just starting off. idk who would talk to someone like he did. keep that mask up, old man...smh. Eyewearhaus is great. Ive been going there for 12 years. I have a very complex prescription and they always get it right. I tried another place but wasnt happy with the service and ended up having Eyewearhaus fixing what they did.

Would never buy anything from these people. Woman followed me around like I was going to steal something, from the moment I walked in.

This place continues to amaze me with their customer service. It’s really on another level than just about any place I can think of. They go the extra mile, and then go an extra mile after that. Add to that a great selection of frames you won’t find anywhere else and warranty service that puts Mercedes Benz to shame, and you have the best place to buy glasses in St Louis, hands down. Yes it’s a bit pricey, but glasses are something you use nearly every waking minute and are one of the first things people see on you. If you’re going to splurge on something, this is not a bad thing to do it on.

The offerings regularly change so you never know what you might see at each visit. It is possible to try on lots of frames and get assistance with decision making if you want it. I recently had my first eye exam with Dr. B. Every question was answered and the exam seemed very thorough; I will definitely return for an annual checkup. This is probably not the place to look for bargain frames if youre wanting to pay very little, but if you are looking for good quality, custom options and great service, I really do recommend this shop.

I just changed prescriptions so I eagerly returned to Eyewearhaus. My first pair of glasses through them had been so lovely and garnered so many compliments for me. Needed a screw for my husbands glasses. Place where I bought them is no longer in business. They put the screw in and charged me $5!!! Never told me there was going to be a charge! No other eyeglass business has ever charged. Very poor customer service! Suggest the eye bar instead much nicer and beautiful frames too!

I just wanted a fun pair of glasses, and thats why I stopped in to check out the selection. I received so much more! I was greeted warmly (each time I came in.) When Trisha first came over to help, I told her what I was initially wanting. She gave me a number of options, and then some I had not expected. I was pleased with all the choices.I came in a second time a couple weeks later, and the owner helped me order a pair. He gave me all kinds of information about why he chooses the frames and brands to carry. It really helped solidify that I was making the right choice.Upon picking up my glasses, everything was adjusted to be just right. No distortion in the lenses. Nose pieces were adjusted just right. Ear pieces fit comfortably. They said that if I had any concerns, they would help remedy the issue right away.The customer service and selection were so fantastic, that I will be buying glasses from them as long as l possibly can.

I dont think i have enough words to express the joy i feel everyday since my visit to EYEWAREHAUS! I have been suffering from kerotoconus for almost 10 years. I have seen multiple specialist and to no avail none have came up with a solution help. I came here as a last resort I really felt helpless and had just accepted the fact that I would have to continue on in this state for the rest of my life.The staff here were not only extremely kind but knowledgeable about my condition and worked diligently providing me with a state of the art solution that I never had access to before! Within 2 weeks I could see again!! For the first time in 10 years! They literally increased my quality of life and I am forever grateful! ...They deserve more than 5 stars in my book! While visiting StL I decided to search for stylish glasses since choices are limited where I live. I visited Eyewearhaus and was delighted by the choices of fashionable glasses available. I chose my frames and was measured for my lenses but couldn’t order them at that time because I was 2 weeks away from my next eye exam. After my exam the dr’s office faxed my prescription over and I ordered the glasses. I received them in the mail shortly thereafter with no hassle. So not only did Eyewearhaus have what I wanted but they were able to efficiently and speedily handle this request from an out-of-state customer. Thanks to all!

Received an eye exam before getting some readers. This isnt my first second or third experience with Eyewearhause Inc. Truth is they are like family at this point. Customer service is so important to me as a consumer. I want to feel that human connection when conducing business. The people here are polite, sincere, and extremely helpful. They care. In addition they work very well with figuring out whats affordable and equally stylish. They have the best frames in the area so thats always fun to look at. But again as great as the products are, more than anything the spirit of the staff is what I love the most!

Eye where Haus?I’ve heard all the reasons from EyeWearHaus and my insurance provider VSP that my glasses are not completed!I turned my glasses in for new lenses on January 20 to EyeWearHaus.They did not pass the quality control at EyeWearHaus when returned to them on February 13. I was assured that the glasses would be sent back and put on a fast track at the lab by both the lab and EyeWearHaus.. VSP informed me on February 21 that they had just received the glasses that day. It is now 40 days since I first turned the frames in and have been using my old pair.Dissatisfied with the service provided by the companies.

This place is great. I used to go to one of the chains, but was looking for something different. A couple of years ago I found Michael. It is a drive for me, but well worth it. The staff is superb. Excellent choice of glasses. Ill never go anywhere else.

When they didnt know something, they didnt hesitate to call and find the correct answer. My eye doctor referred me to EYEWEARHAUS because I have always had problems getting glasses that were the right frame size and having the prescription and associated measurements done correctly.From the moment I entered the store I was warmly greeted by Sylvia and we sat down so she could talk to me about what my needs and concerns were. She then walked me into the frame displays to find a frame that we thought would fit properly. I was able to find a narrow width frame that was comfortable before ANY adjustments. She then sat me down and she took numerous measurements to fill my prescription. She also compared her findings to my old glasses and there were numerous errors in the way they were made which made me feel confident that my new ones would be made correctly. After re-confirming the measurements we selected the type of lenses and she told me it would be 14 business days until my glasses would be ready. It was only about 7 days when she called me they were in!I went to get my glasses the next day and could not believe how thrilled I was - they only needed a minor adjustment of the temple pieces and they fit perfectly! No rubbing, sliding down my nose or having to move my head around to read small print! I have never been treated as well or been as happy with the level of professionalism at ANY eyewear place I have gone. The people at EYEWEARHAUS truly care about making sure you are happy with your glasses and that they stand behind their products - if they arent right they will make them right at No cost - even replace lenses if they get damaged.The store is delightfully decorated and furnished with a very bright and eclectic decor - non-clinical and comfortable. I have already highly recommended them to several friends and know they will be just as pleasantly surprised with every aspect of their experience there. DO NOT EVER GO WHERE THEY CAN MAKE YOUR GLASSES IN AN HOUR!!! This place is worth the wait! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went into Eye Wearhuas with no knowledge of what kind of glasses I wanted or what looked good on me. Trichel immediately came to my aid and starting picking glasses based on my vague description. I ended up with a pair of glasses that I never would have picked myself but I absolutely love! They are so knowledgeable and helpful, I am very happy with my new glasses.

Tina at Eyewearhaus went to great lengths to find my eyeglass frames. I would still be wearing the ones that she had to glue together for me after I broke them without her efforts.Plus she did such a good job measuring my pupil distance that I put on my new specs and went on my way without requiring any more adjustments. This place stinks. I was referred here by Oliver Peoples and it was a convenient location. They have a great selection, but their customer service is non-existent. I came in and nobody even acknowledged me. I waited for 10 minutes and had to speak up for anybody to even say anything. They didnt seem in any rush to help me so I waited another 5 minutes and just left. Nobody seemed to notice or care and Ill never be back because I found Vision Care Consultants on Tesson Ferry and they were great!

1st - most thorough eye exam I have ever received. Dr. Broeder was professional, yet caring. Great explanations of every phase of the exam process. And no annoying puff of air into my eyes! Big plus!2nd - the staff was great. The store was very busy, yet we were very well cared for by the opticians. There were three women working plus the owner, and they all stayed focused on the client(s) that they were dealing with, all with a smile on their face. Great attitudes towards both the clients/patients AND their workplace. Their is a feeling of pride as soon as you walk through the door. Michael has not only done well in training his staff, but has also done extremely well in picking self-assured, self-motivated personnel who know and like their jobs.
