Extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt extremely disrespected.Do not put your health at risk by dealing with these scoundrels.

When my husbands previous Opthamologist retired, this group took over his practice. He went in and met his new doctor and they told him that he had the beginning stages of macular degeneration. The doctor wanted to see him again. When he went to the front desk he asked for an appointment and was told basically, dont call us, we will call you with and appointment time. They didnt call. After about 6 months he called to see about an appointment and got a voice message and left a message with a request for someone to call him. He did this about 6 times, he never was able to talk to a live person, he left messages and they NEVER called back. Oviously they dont care. We are changing doctors and will never go back to this group.
