The dental hygienist is extremely thoughtful and making sure to be aware of any sensitivities. This is the first dentist where my anxiety about going in is addressed and my mind is put at ease. They are very willing to work with you for the cost of the work you may need. They were willing to work out a payment plan when a bunch of work was needing to be done and we were struggling through some hard times. They walked me through a tough procedure and dealt with my insurance. I’d recommend this dentist to everyone, they truly are the ideal office, in my opinion.

I have been visiting Soos Creek Dental for several years now. Procedures so far have included cleanings, new fillings, replacement of very old fillings, an overlay, and finally, a bone graft and implant when an old crown failed. Doctors here are very professional and everyone on staff is very friendly. Drs always address any questions, explaining procedures and suggestions. They work well with insurance and uninsured costs are comparable to my prior dentists. Costs are always explained and billing was done as the implant proceeded, and not up front. My wife, children, and mother in law all have Soos creek as our regular dentist and recommend them for anyone in Covington and the surrounding areas.

Just got my wisdom teeth removed. In general the whole experience was wonderful. Friendly staff. As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed and confortable. The doctor and hes team where very gentle and took care of me in a very personal way. They exeded my expectations. I found a new family dentist. Thank you Soos Creek.

I have always had good, gentle care for cleaning and cavities. I also got envisaligns here and have been pleased with the results--straight teeth and a night guard that keeps them that way and protects against grinding. I especially appreciate their 10% discount for payment at time of service since I dont have dental insurance.

Im going to start off... Im very afraid of dentist and after the last dentist hurt me. I didnt go to one for years this guy has been very patient step-by-step explaining everything. I have large amounts of work needing to be done just made me feel comfortable and not a bad person for not having all the money up front to do it all together. This is a very embarrassing situation and he has made me feel comfortable the entire way! I couldnt have asked for a better dentist . so much appreciation for this office and team

Ive used Soos Creek Dental for my dental needs, several years now. Dr. Singh is a kind and gentle dentist, which I really like. His work has been outstanding. Ive had an implant, tooth pulled, etc. and was surprised that there just wasnt any pain, and my teeth look nice. The office staff is fun and kind. They didnt require that you pay for the full service up front. My wife and son also use Soos Creek, and they are very satisfied as well. Highly recommend.

My aunt had dental work done at Soos Creek Dental with lumineers that looked so amazing, I had to go. I had bridges that showed the metal at the top and were a different color than my 2 front teeth. As a public speaker, I always had attention on not showing my teeth as I was unhappy with them. Now, I have lumineers. The before and after is amazing. I have had so many compliments. I want to say that the dentist was understanding and immediately handled any concern. It was a really pleasurable experience and I would recommend Soos Creek Dental to anyone! Why not have beautiful teeth!!

The billing specialist is incredibly rude. Hope you dont have any questions about your bill because she will just tell you off and act like its your fault that you dont understand their stupid jargon.

Dr. Singh is a very kind and patient man. I recently had to see him for an emergency. They fit me into their schedule within 2 hours of calling. I am not proud of the way I have taken care of my teeth to date and am used to being scolded when ever I come into a dentists office. Dr. Singh was very professional. He looked at the problem, explained my options and then very patiently corrected the issue. He made sure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. Ive had bad experiences in the past but will be returning to Dr. Singh for preventative maintenance.

I have been going to Soos Creek Dental for 15 years. I was sad to see Dr. Clusserath go but I have had nothing but great experiences with both Dr. Singh and Dr. Bajwa. Now my husband and I both go to Soos Creek Dental. Both doctors have great skill I don’t feel any pain during cavity/fillings. The staff is very friendly!

Melissa the front desk or I think a front desk manager or idk what she is because she doesnt act like a professional. She is the worse person Ive ever encountered. Charged us a late cx fee when me and my husband gave 48hr notice to cx! She never apologized or called us for billing us wrong and was just plain rude!! The dr and Nadia are great but I would never go back because of Melissa!!

Terrible office staff. I received a card in the mail (postmarked on June 23rd) to remind me about my appointment at 4:00 P.M. today. When I arrived (at 3:45) I was told I would have to come another day as they had no appointment listed for me. What a complete waste of my time. This is not the first problem Ive had here, however this will be my last visit EVER.
