What has always been the most dreadful experience for the last 18+ years when taking our special needs son to the dentist, turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience. For the first time we did not have to tie our son up or have multiple people hold him down. I am forever grateful to the amazing care that Dr Ryan and his staff provided to our son. I so wish we had a 10 star review button. Highly recommend!!!

What an absolutely amazing dental practice. After breaking a tooth on popcorn.....yes, I am addicted, these guys helped me get a much needed implant. I was super nervous about it and they totally rocked it. Plus, they were priced so that it was affordable. SO, SO, SO impressed!

Wonderful, friendly staff from the moment you walk in. Large lobby, well lit. The dental hygienists are very easy to talk to. This office has all major upgrades from the last time I saw a dentist (+10 yrs ago). (No film cartridges for x-rays!)Dr was very friendly, knocked me out quickly and painlessly with sedation and 25 minutes later I was walking out without an impacted wisdom tooth.Will definitely be back, and will most likely make this my primary dental office for the foreseeable future.

If I could give 100 stars I would !! The staff here is so amazing! I have been here a few times now and could not be more happier with the service. From help making sure I got the most out of my dental provider , to the dental staff over all doing an excellent job. I genuinely feel cared for. Everyone was so nice by making sure I wasnt in any pain. The office is very up-to-date witch was also very comforting. I am so happy I found this place and recommend it to anyone!

Ive had some extensive, unexpected dental work done in the last two years, including multiple bone grafts and two partial bridges. Ive received excellent care from their experienced and professional care team.Dr Hanks took care of me during the entire process of my most recent partial bridge. He explained the work I needed to have done, and he fully answered all of my questions. This facility uses state of the art equipment, it took less than a week to make my partial bridge. My second permanent bridge was placed today, Im thrilled with the outcome! I highly recommend Dr Hanks and his team!

This was a wonderful dental experience! Dr Hanks was very knowledgeable, kind and did a great job explaining everything to me. I felt they explained what they needed to do that day and what future dental work I may need in the next few years. I was very happy with how comfortable and easy my fillings were. I was impressed by the level of professionalism in such a comfortable caring environment.

Today i was seen by Dr. Hanks to get my lower impacted wisdom teeth extracted. The experience was great!! The doctor himself and the staff were very helpful throughout the process and made me feel very comfortable being sedated for my first time. He took time to answer any questions I had which helped ease my nervousness. I highly recommend this office, its beautiful with all new technology and mostly a incredible doctor and staff!!

Just came back from a getting a filling today. The dentist and hygienist were extremely professional, fast, and good-natured about the whole thing, which took in total about 30 minutes, including the waiting time in the lobby. If pain is your big concern with getting your teeth worked on, the employees here are phenomenal at avoiding it. Theyre affordable to boot.All around, better than any other dental office Ive been to, and would highly recommend.

I have been to a lot of dentists and have had the best customer experience with Randi! Shes very informative and is knowledgable in all already relating to,dentistry. She has many years of experience and it is obvious that she loves her career. She is EXCELLENTLY with children too and takes all fears away! I trust her with my 4 year old son any day! I brought my son in for his first dental checkup and Randi was fantastic! He was nervous and she made him feel comfortable by showing him what she was going to do and what tools she would use and what they did. I know he felt much more relaxed because of how gentle she was. Great office and great staff!

I don’t usually write a review but after having a good experience with this dentist I am bound to. The dentist was very nice throughout. He patiently heard my problem. He crowned my tooth. After completion of the treatment, I was allowed to make the online payment which was again very convenient for me.

This dental office is an extremely nice office with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Randi is amazing she is gentle and very personable. Ive never liked the dentist since I was a kid, 20 years later and I actually dont mind it because Randi makes it a great experience. I highly reccomend going in to see Randi you wont regret it!

I was always happy with the care I received until it came time to warranty a crown. I had a crown fall off 3 years after it was placed and a new crown needed to applied. When I contacted NW Family Dental to tell them what happened, I was told by the office staff that the crown would not be covered. Most insurance doesnt cover a new crown until they are at least 5 years old. Even insurance companies know that crown work should last more than 3 years. I feel others should know that this practice does not stand behind the dental work they provide.

I love the folks at NW Family Dental Center! I was just in this week and had Randi & Dr. Jackson do some work for me and they did an excellent job. They are always super patient, kind and make me feel very welcome! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

Oh my gosh..I love this place! My dentist Dr. Ryan Hanks, and his staff, are the BEST!!We have been hit by record snow this week..so I was going to have to cancel my appointment, to get the post put in for my implant..yes they do it all right here..because I couldnt find anyone to drive my truck to my appointment..which was necessary to use 4x4 to get thru the snow in my community. Instead of having to cancel, he said they would make sure I got home. After being put to sleep..the only way I can get some dental work done, Dr Hanks drove me home in my truck, with his staff member following in his truck..and got me home safe and sound!WOW! I have had a difficult time finding a good dentist until I landed at NW Family Dental Care. The staff is always very pleasant and funny. Dr. Miller is the dentist that I see and I love him. Im hoping he sticks around for a long time!!

I have been looking for a dentist as it seems most only want to sell you on services that you dont need. Im genuinely tired of that practice and have stopped going to several practices as a result.My tooth broke the other day so I was searching Google for an Oral Surgeon and this place came up with good reviewsI went today for a review of the tooth and the surgeon said he could either fix the tooth (i.e. crown) or just pull it. They got me an itemized bill and let me go home to think about it, no pressure, no commitment.They also have the ability to create the crown there, allowing you to get everything done in one visit, awesome.

Receptionist is unprofessional, rude, cuts you off and hangs up on you. On several occasions instead of being helpful and willing to work with you she would rather be snide and sarcastic. Last straw was being questioned WHY I needed to order another retainer for my daughter, being placed on hold for a ridiculous amount of time then told with irritation that normally they dont make appointments for 4-6 weeks out. Needless to say she obviously doesnt like her job and I will be taking my whole family somewhere else for now on. TERRIBLE customer service! If you make it past her the service is a lot better unfortunately she is who you have to talk to and represents the whole office. Very disappointed!

Working with the finanial coordinator was truly an amazing experience. Their level of professionalism is unlike anyother place Ive dealt with. when you walk into this place you see nothing but smiling faces. Love love it and will always come back 😎

I have severe anxiety at dentists and I had to get a few fillings. I had the best dental assistant named Randi who was so nice and caring and helped me get through it!! The dentist was so nice too.

The staff at NWFDC is extremely pleasant & I didnt feel sold on procedures or that anything unnecessary was done as at my last dentist. The hygienist gal had these tiny hands that seemed to really help with her quick & efficient cleaning! She was tops.

The staff at northwest family dental care are great and friendly! My hygienist Libby especially is fantastic she is very efficient and makes going to dentist a great experience.

The reception staff is awesome, friendly and professional and they always get me in a chair within minutes of my scheduled appointment. The dentists have limited availability e.g. some dentists are only available on certain days of the week and the endodontist, should you be so unfortunate to need one, is only available on Monday; and they tend to avoid seeing a patient that has been seen by another dentist so scheduling can be an issue (this appears to be an internal, professional courtesy between dentists but it is very inconvenient for a patient if they are in pain and need to be seen). It is hit and miss with the dentists. Some are awesome (Dr. Jackson) some not are not so awesome (Dr. Hanks).Friday 6/29/2018. NW Family Dental crowned one of my teeth. The staff was very nice and they got me in very near my appointment time with no issues. I experienced significant pain for several days after the crown was installed but waited to contact NW Family Dental because I knew that it could take a few days to calm down.Monday 7/9/2018. The pain was still bad so I called for an appointment to get the crown checked. The receptionist informed me that they could not see me until Friday 7/13/2018 and that they would only be able to consult but not do any work. I stated that was not reasonable (waiting four days for a consult on a crown they installed nine days earlier while still in significant pain and not able to chew on the left side of my mouth). The receptionist said she would have to call me back. I then received a text for an appointment on Friday 7/13/2018. I called back and the receptionist, now noticeably frustrated with my persistence, said they could see me on Tuesday 7/10/2018 (the next day).Tuesday 7/10/2018. The reception staff was, again, very polite and I was seen within minutes of my appointment at 3:00. Dr. Jackson made some adjustments to my bite by grinding on the crown and I was on my way within 30 minutes. There was a noticeable reduction in pain but something was still causing significant discomfort and I still couldn’t chew on that side of my mouth without shooting pain.Tuesday 7/17/2018. I called Northwest Family Dental to see what to do next and they scheduled me for an appointment on Wednesday 7/18/2018 at 11:00. I was seated quickly but then sat in a chair in the back room for nearly an hour before being seen by Dr. Hanks. Dr. Hanks appeared to be upset that I was there and that he was being asked to see me. He made some additional adjustments (grinding) to the crown and said that if it still caused pain to come back. I pressed Dr. Hanks for more information about what to do next because, after three visits over nearly a three-week period, I thought we needed to come up with option B. He informed me that the next step would be to consult with an endodontist for a possible root canal because the nerve is so close to the crown (I know what your thinking – I was thinking it also - why was this not considered before the crown was installed given the proximity of the nerve to the crown).The Northwest Family Dental endodontist is, like the Dr. that installed the crown, only available one day a week. In this case, only on Monday. Monday does not work for me as I have professional commitments on Monday that cannot be adjusted so they referred me to another office. I am still in pain and it is causing other issues, headaches etc. Anyway, it was clear from the process and from my interaction with Dr. Hanks on my last visit that Northwest Family Dental would prefer that I go somewhere else to get the crown fixed and, possibly, to get a root canal.
