Morgan was fantastic with my daughter! She has a great personality, and my daughter kept saying how fun the dentist was once we left. Great experience!! 🤗My son had Craven and I couldn’t ask for a better person for him. He was terrified to go to the dentist, and she calmly talked to him and helped him through his appointment. Ive been going to this practice for 3 to 4 years and I recommend them.The atmosphere is clean, comfortable and safe.The staff is friendly and helpful.However, it can be tricky getting out of the parking lot onto MLK Jr. Drive. Theyre across from Harley Davidson.

Always friendly and wait times are short. Service always meets or exceeds expectations. Recently moved to McDonough and switched to a different dentist because of distance. After two visit to different dentists, I realized the 45 minute drive to Alcovy Family for all 9 members of my family was worth the better service.

Everyone there is super nice and very professional. Dr. Hampton is very good at what he does! He’s great at making sure you feel no pain, even while giving the novocaine shot. More than once he has made suggestions to save my family money, and on two occasions, has even given a quick check up at no charge, which was the case today when my husband thought his cracked crown needed replacing. Not only was Dr. Hampton honest enough to tell us it did not need replacing, (which saved us $1000) he also did not charge for the quick visit.

From scheduling the appointment as a new patient, front office staff, Hygienist, and Dentist! This place checked all the boxes for me and felt like they truly cared about me as an individual not just what they could get extra over insurance. Very disappointed. Visited them twice. Both times I had delta dental for my dental insurance. Both times I was assured that they were in network. Never received a bill for the first visit until this past March when I received a bill for both visits at the same time. Didnt understand the problem until I called in and they told me they have never been in network with Delta Dental. Both the online verification center and the ladies at the front desk told me I was in network when I confirmed. I am now hit with a $237 bill for getting my teeth cleaned... something that I was under the impression would be covered 100% because they were in network. So I would highly suggest getting something in writing from them when they tell you you are in network. The billing manager, Jerry, was very helpful and kind. She went and asked Dr. Hampton how they could help me with the bill since I was lied to and he said they couldnt do anything about it.

I have been going to Dr. Hampton for at least 15 years and have found Dr. Hampton to be an excellent dentist who does exceptional work. One time he did some fillings on my front teeth and did a procedure that made my teeth look so much better. I was so happy with the results. He also have a kind manner that is calming. I have also found him to be very considerate to the elderly.

I am originally from the UK and this was my first experience with an American dentist. Dr. Hampton and his staff were brilliant! They made each visit a comfortable and pleasant one. Great lot there at Alcovy, polite & friendly. My wife has been using them for over 15 years and now, I will too!

I have tried many dentists and dental groups in my search for a replacement dentist after Dr. Roberts retired. I finally found someone who showed to me that he is more concerned with the health of my mouth and saving my teeth than padding his wallet. I loved Dr. Hampton. He was kind, caring, funny, and listened to my worries. His staff was smiling, happy, and most were long-time employees. I said I was cold -- here comes a blanket! I was scared about a numbing shot. I could barely feel it! The office as a whole is marvelous. Try them out! You will not be disappointed.

The staff is wonderful, friendly, and consistent.His office is up to date on technology/procedures; he can do a crown in one visit !!He fixes what needs to be fixed, doesnt do dental work that isnt required, and stands behind his work.If youre looking for a dentist, go see them !
