This has recently been bought out by Brazilian by Andreia so under new management. Prices are MUCH better and more competitive. I see Quinesha only and she is HANDS DOWN the best ever! I felt super comfortable and she is extremely friendly. Highly recommend her!

Quanisha was wonderful. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and I was a bit apprehensive to say the least. She made the experience pleasant and was very professional. I was in and out and the facility was nice and clean. I will definitely be returning.

I’ve been getting brazilian waxes for years now and been to European wax centers, waxing the city, and several smaller local places. This is by far the best and fastest experience I’ve had. The staff is super personable and Jamila did an amazing job. Will definitely be going back and referring everyone here.

I went today and my daughter and I had our eyebrows done, we had Alice she was amazing. She was extremely nice and we will definitely go back to let her do our eyebrows. It was my daughters first time and she was nervous. Alice made her feel at ease by walking step by step of what she was going to do. She is so professional, I cant say enough great things about her. Shealie is my girl. I have been seeing her long enough that I dont even check to make sure my eyebrows and legs are how I like them, because I know she already did it perfect. And shes friendly as can be, and makes the whole time and experience even better. Shes always genuinely interested in your life while shes waxing. Makes you enjoy the experience even more. I highly recommend her!!

Good prices. Although you may not get as good of results as you would at a more upscale salon, Im happy with the services Ive received. Everyone is pleasant and Im in and out fairly quick. I do usually have to go home and tweeze any missed spots, but I dont mind because their prices are much lower than other places.

LOVE this place. LaKeisha is the best! I have been a client of hers for more than a year, and I refuse to use anyone else. There is a high turn over of front desk staff, however I have never been made to feel like they push anything on me. I do buy wax packages because they are less expensive if you purchase that way. Very professional and clean facility!

Tried to make an appointment online just for a brow wax. I never received confirmation of it but since I figured they would accept walk ins I tried to get the brow wax by walking in. There was only one worker there and she said she was waiting for someone else who made an appointment and that no one could help me anytime soon. Needs to have more staff. Probably won’t try going back.

This used to be a good place but has gone way down hill. The last time I went here the skin under my eyebrows was burned and the tinting was pitch black when I ssked for nothing darker than a medium brown and was placed where there wasnt even hair. I walked out looking like Groucho Marx. I was given the run around when all I wanted was my money back. Horrible experience. I will never go back.

Will not refund my money on a package I only used 3 times. Alice F. Has pinched me 2 times while doing a eyebrow wax .whereas the other 2 have not. Alice F has fussed at me several times about how many times I have been there working on my chin and lip. I pay 108.00 to get fussed at?. No . I asked the manager to refund my money back to my card Because I dont want the package, 1dt time she said it would be $25.00 to cancel. Then last week she said that they dont refund and it would go on a profile. I will not be going back and I will keep up until it is refunded or a complaint is mafe.

Made an appointment and traveled a hour to come here. Once I arrived I was told the employee who would be doing my wax is out on lunch and didnt want to take anymore clients... they also wanted me to reschedule. How unprofessional, they could have at least called me and canceled my appointment until waiting on me to arrive and then tell me. I will not be back.

Today I experienced my very first Brazilian wax and it was an amazing first experience! Sheili made me feel comfortable and relaxed. We talked the entire time and it took my mind off the process. I honestly anticipated more pain than I felt. So all virgin waxers see Sheili for a great first experience. Im loving my beautiful box!

They are very pushy with their packages for a place that cant keep staff. I always ask to be scheduled with the same aesthetician if theyve done a good job. Ive had 3 different aestheticians in four visits. The first was good, the second was great, this most recent one was an absolute disaster. She over thinned my eyebrows and put them into a very ugly shape, I also have scabs in my eyebrows and the top of my lip from aggressive plucking and burns on my bikini area, where, might I add, there is still plenty of hair. I wont be going back.

I am hooked on Shealie! I had been going someplace else for many years and just happen to be in need of a quick fix and found Ultraskin. Shealie has been amazing the times I have seen her and I wont be going anywhere else! Trust me she is worth it!

I havent been very impressed with this place. I came here twice and both times there was a significant amount of wax left on my body afterwards. The estheticians did not make much effort to talk to me throughout the service, making it pretty awkward the whole time I was in there. The front desk staff is rude too, and it is very clear that they talk about the clients when they walk in and when they leave. They push the packages way too hard and make it an uncomfortable experience for the clients. Overall, I do not think it is a very professional wax center.

I will never go back. I scheduled an appt. a week in advance, they called me, left no message, & when I showed up, they said we tryed to call you about an hour ago to confirm & no one answered. I thought I made an appointment? Needless to say, I got there at 4:15 for a 4:30 appt. At 4:35 I asked when I would be seen, she said it would be 15 more minutes before I could be seen bc they didnt know I was coming. Something that would have been useful when I got there, not 30 min. later. Very unprofessional. Dont go see Alice!!! Very unfriendly & I wont ever come back bc of her.

Everywhere I was waxed I broke out in irritated red bumps which lasted for over a week after my visit and Ive never broken out from waxing! I do not know what happened, but Im glad I didnt get a bikini wax.

Not anything like European Wax up north - Ive had to go back more than once for them to fix their own waxing work!
