You ladies have done it again! I have never had a facial. Victoria did NOT disappoint. She was amazing!! It was a beautiful, relaxing experience and the best gift my husband could give me! I will be back over and over again. Thank you again for a relaxing Friday afternoon.

I can’t say enough good things about Elia! I started coming a few months ago for massages and have been super pleased with all of my experiences here! All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall environment is very comfortable. ( their guest lounge upstairs is my fave. 😁❤️) I’ve seen Lamorris several times for my massage and couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve seen. He is very knowledgeable about massage therapy and really goes above and beyond to make his guests feel comfortable. I really appreciate his professionalism and desire to help with any pain or discomfort you’re experiencing with your muscles. It really shows when someone loves what they do! You ladies are truly amazing!! I highly recommend Lisa!! She is one of a kind! Coming from out of state and trying to find a good esthetician can be very overwhelming and make you anxious. But that was not the case with Elia Day Spa and Lisa. When I came in for my first time there I was blown away with how friendly the staff was with helping direct me in the right place. And how comfortable and at home I felt with Lisa. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend !!! :)

This review is for 2 things: 1) their skincare and 2) their facial.First, the skincare. I am in my 30s and have had bad skin since I was a pre-teen. Accutane twice, all of the 90s oil-free skin care products etc etc. In my 30s I still have breakouts. Guaranteed hormonal breakouts, and then some in between sometimes. I have been oil cleansing for some time (using the same oil to please and to moisturize) which added balance to my skin but after about a year I felt like this routine was lacking a bit. I wanted to find a simple, natural line. I went into Elia to buy a gift certificate for someone and saw their 1, 2, 3 line (cleansing bar, toner spray, oil moisturizer). I bought their recommendations and have been using it for the last couple of months. People. My skin has never looked better. NEVER. I cant say enough good things. I had a tiny hormonal breakout this last period, nothing like normal. Its amazing, its natural, and its simple.Second, their facial. I received a gift certificate for myself and my two little girls for Christmas (the princess facial for them). My facial was amazing, relaxing, and thorough. My oldest daughter LOVED her princess facial, it made her feel truly special and was basically a streamlined version of mine. My youngest daughter (4) was freaked out and didnt want to do it, and they were so gracious and patient with her when we decided she wasnt ready. [COVID note: they were great about wearing a mask if asked which I did for my youngest daughter since she is not vaccinated.]Proud to have this great little spa in Columbia!

I cannot say enough good things about Elia! Im so glad I found an Exceptional skin care salon with an honest, helpful staff and comfortable setting. Ive gone out of the state to one of those fancy spa weekends. Im SO much happier with my experience at Elia, hands down. Me and my girlfriends make a facial appointment each month for a girls day. Love Elia!! I really feel uncomfortable with people touching me...but Nicole really put me at ease for my first ever facial. I love that they use only natural products, which is great for my sensitive skin. The scents arent overwhelming, which is also nice since sometimes those things can be a bit much. My husband even goes every couple of weeks to keep his ears groomed 😂 . I also love that they are a locally owned small business and that our money goes to supporting a local family.

I have been going to Elia for all of my spa related needs for quite a while now and have never been let down. They have always taken very good care of me and led me in a direction that would be good for MY skin. Amazing non toxin products that work and keep my skin happy!! Wonderful and super friendly staff keep the environment extremely welcoming and they never fail to make you feel at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone asking. Love love love their products! My favorite so far is the Basic Facial Oil. Its the best moisturizer Ive ever had. I love the smell, and that its made from good products. I cant wait to try one of their services like a facial or an eyebrow wax. Such a great addition in our little town!

My husband and I did a couple massage and it was wonderful! I did the stone and he did deep tissue massage it was a wonderful experience highly recommend!

I took my daughter here to get a facial for her 16th Birthday. Marleen and the staff was AMAZING. She was comfortable and did well with extractions. We will be coming back!! ☺

Ive been to Elia now two times for an eyebrow wax and a dermaplane facial. Both experiences were wonderful! I felt comfortable with the different technicians and the entire atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely be treating myself to Elia more often!
