I brought in a woman I care for to get a haircut. Due to me being almost 9 months pregnant and 87 degrees outside, I began putting my hair up in a braid to cool down while waiting for the stylist. A staff member proceeded to tell me I was not allowed to touch (braid) my own hair while in their establishment. I was so shocked I legitimately thought it was a joke, but apparently youre not allowed to touch your own hair in their facility. I also took a phone call and the stylist April, intruded on my call instead of focusing her attention on checking out her client. Additionally, I had to ask April three times to cut the womans bangs above her eyebrows, which she chalked up to it being the style of hair cut and how it was laying, completely disregarding the cut request. Her bangs are still not above her eyebrows and the back of her hair is lopsided but I literally had to get the heck out of there or a major argument would have ensued. I do not recommend period.

The ladies here are amazing. My hair always looks fantastic and the way I want it every time. I took my son in today and they worked their magic. I will definitely keep coming here.

I was Supposed to get a Wash & shampoo with my haircut but the girl that did it was in just such a rush to be on her phone that I didnt get the Shampoo or wash just a haircut, and then I had my son with me to get his cut and told him TO HURRY UP because she said she had somebody else but she was just more concerned about being on her phone than having customers because nobody showed up behind us. Really dont think Ill be coming back or recommending this place at all!!

Walked I and was told there was someone in front of me, that it would be a 30 minute wait..that’s fine...when they seen my four sons sit down with me they changed it and said that they are booked for the day and only one person can get a hair cut. That they close at five. Mind you it’s now 345pm. Obviously the women working do not care about making money for this location.

I have been really good throughout this whole Covid ordeal. But I really needed to have my haircut and try to make myself feel human again. I made an appointment and went in this afternoon. Rachel was friendly and supportive and helpful and did a great job on my hair. She and Jan were kind and knowledgeable and it was an awesome experience all the way around. The shop was clean, they were following proper protocol for working during the virus and I just can’t say enough nice things about them.

This was my first experience at a salon where I actually felt comfortable and listened to. My stylist Shayla did a great job with my hair and gave me options and suggestions every step of the way. I was a last-minute walk-in customer with long, unruly hair. My stylist, Jennifer, was absolutely incredible. She turned a hot mess of hair into something stylish, comfortable, and easy to maintain - a difficult task for a mens cut. She was chatty and easygoing, absorbed and executed all of my requests, and finished by giving me some styling tips and helping to find an excellent shampoo/conditioner combination (on sale!) that I cant wait to use. 10/10, would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I came in no appointment, i was greeted and waited for next stylist to be available (which was not long) Angie took me, she asked me “what exactly are you looking for with your haircut” i have long hair and curly hair just wanted the dead off with slight long layers. Conversation was good she even complimented my curls. She was very sweet and professional

I have been in this salon multiple time! Rachel is a true artist. She was taken care of me as well as helping the other stylist with anything they needed! She is a great manager! A great person all the way around! She perfects my hair every time! I have tried other places and they can never get my color or my cut right! The salon is always clean and the stylist are always friendly and having a great time! Definitely recommend to everyone! All the stylist are great but Rachel is an artist in everything she does!

I scheduled a balayage and cut with Angelia. She was very professional and informative during the whole process before during and after. The salon had a very chill and welcoming atmosphere and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I am so so so satisfied with the way my hair turned out as well as the beautiful curls Angelia did for me to really show of my new color definition and cut!! Angelia made sure she told me everything she was doing the whole time during the cut and color process even down to mixing colors and shampoos/conditioners. My overall experience was excellent and Im so excited to start off this spring with my new look.

I walked in around 6pm just wanting my quick weave flat ironed and styled. Angelia greeted me soon as i entered, and she spoke with me did a test strain on hair to make sure my weave could take the heat because i was not sure. She had my bob EXACTLY how i wanted it, feathered back and bumped. She was so sweet and very professional. My first time coming and i will be back.

Jessica has been my stylist for several years. She took time my first appointment to evaluate the condition of my hair and if any repair was indicated. She is very patient , caring and professional.

Breleigh was awesome. I had some damage from where another salon messed up my hair. She took her time, point cut to get damage out,and my hair looks great !!

I went in with a picture of what I wanted and came out feeling like my hair looked so much better than the picture. Of course I asked Angelia to tweak it to make it fit my round face. It is so perfect!!! She did so much more for my new look. 40 isn’t so bad when you have someone making you feel great!!! I will go back and send people her way...

Have been following most of these stylists around. This particular Cost Cutters moved from my side of town to further away, but didnt even think about finding somewhere closer. Always very polite, my appts. are always on time. Place is very clean. Keep up the good work.

So, I got my hair done last Saturday by a young lady named TOMIKA BRIGHT when I tell you this girl is the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Yes! She was so polite, friendly, and so willing to accommodate all of my needs. Needless, to say the whole experience was very relaxing. This is the first time in a long time since I have enjoyed getting my hair done in hair salon. When I left I was very happy with the results, and I will definitely, be coming back to see her. I had not been to a cost cuttters in years and I decided to go, and I have to say, I wish I had never stopped going! Angie did an amazing wash, cut and blow dry. She made sure I was getting the cut I wanted and was very friendly! I will definitely request her next time!

I wasnt too comfortable in just picking any place to get my hair colored and cut, but I figured Id try, I have highlights that were in desperate need of a touch up, and root color, and a trim to get rid of dead ends.. they did a wonderful job. Im very satisfied, and I would recommend them,, Im definitely going to be a return customer...

Jessica is awesome. Has been taking care of me for years. I trust her with my hair rather just a cut and style or color. She isnt afraid of colors no matter how crazy and will work with you when you cant find words to get you the best cut,style and color to match even the wildest inner you.Make sure you get her so you dont have to deal with any of the bad apples. If she is busy have her recommend a stylist cause she knows which ones to stay away from. Dont judge bad reviews on the place as whole when it was just one or two bad apples that ruined the experience.

The girl name capri cut my hair so uneven, went back next day to get it fix, still not fixed right. I just said fine and left. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed.I will never go back there again!!!!!!!!!! They should have gave me my money back.

Wasnt a good visit. The girl that did my friends hair did s very poor job. So that will be the last visit there. Her name is Rachael. Not only a poor coloring job, but very slow. 4 times she was asked to do her eyebrows and was ignored. So shell look elsewhere for a hairdresser

They greeted me as soon as i walked in the door, they got me put in the computer and did an amazing job; store was very clean I observed each person clean their area as soon as they were done with a person and that vacuum thing is amazing i need one; all in all i enjoyed my time in there, energy was very positive

Eh, pretty good with a haircut, but dont go in for a shave unless you KNOOOOW the lady is experienced in it.

They really messed up my haircut, asked for a low skin fade, got a high fade with a secondary line half way down that was pretty visible. The high part of the fade that I didnt ask for had a part where she cut higher than the rest. Have the type of job where I cant show up looking stupid, well I did that day, will not be coming back here.

They braided my hair into corn rows when all I wanted was a crew cut but other than that it was great..really nice staff

I went here today to get a simple, one length bob cut. When the stylist was finished I looked at my hair and the front was half an inch shorter than the back on one side and the other side was half an inch longer than that with random long pieces. I asked her to make it all one length and it came out even more uneven. I ended up saying it was fine, paying, and left and went across the street. I walked in and the stylist could see from across the room what had happened to my hair. Thankfully she fixed it. I would not recommend this place to anyone considering all I wanted was a one length bob!

I always ask for Capri and she rocks! She cuts my hair the way I ask and seems to know what Im trying to describe. Shes always in a good smiley mood and is interested in the customer. She has hair skillz and cuts for your type hair. I sometimes go other places but have to come back for her to fix.

Angie was the most wonderful stylist I have long hair I stopped going to anyone for the last 10 years till I found somebody a few years ago whose Salon closed I put my self and Angies capable hands and I am thrilled I love the cut I love the style she did exactly what I wanted at is wonderful shes the best stylist I found in years

Ms.Jennifer is who I saw and she did an amazing job! This was my first of time feeling uncomfortable, one of the stylist had her client walking through the entire salon as if he worked there. On my way to the bowl to get washed he engaged me in awkward conversation. I thought she was very unprofessional and her rude comment towards Ms. Jennifer, which did twice the amount of hair cut than her while I was there. She also rudely rushed the end process of my style and I left annoyed with her. I asked if I can be scheduled when she would not be there. Thanks Ms.Jennifer for always being professional and kind! I understand working with difficult coworkers keep smiling and doing what you do best HAIR!

I’m beyond disappointed with this business! I took my 13 yr old daughter in for a cut. What we left with was disappointment and money waisted!!! We picked a photo out of the book and asked for a cut and style! The older lady looked at the picture multiple time then asked every few inches “is this ok?” Knowing good and well her hair looked nothing like the picture we picked out. After the fourth time of asking if it was ok, I showed a picture from my phone the exact hair style we had before! I’m the end I gave up told her we are fine. Paid for the services and knew we had to have her hair like that until I could get an appointment! Here’s my thing, if your not confident in what a customer asks for, speak up and say so! Don’t play as if you are going to give them what they are asking for! So unproffesional!!! I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone. This business is lucky I can’t post photos, or I would!!!

I come to see kristi . Have been trying to find a stylist to get since moving here. And love the fact that she knows what she is doing. I was going from dark to blonde and a lot of ppl really don’t kno how to transition a healthy way and did a GREAT job . Even trimmed my dead ends to keep my hair healthy. I ded recommend her hence why I’m keeping her as a stylist and not going anywhere else.Affordable, & she is very sweet. Love love love
