I am OBSESSED with my lash extensions. I have been going to Ashley for 3 years and will never stop. She is always on time, accommodating, professional and clean. She and her staff are so friendly. Would recommend to anyone!!!

I would’ve gave 3 stars because my eyelashes looked amazing, but I made a comment on a fb post and the owner Ashley (last name whoever) got on there being extremely rude about my experience. I do not use oils on my face and I refrained from even showering for 2 weeks. My set was $120 which cool whatever but it lasted barely 14 days I had 2 lashes on my left eye at the end of those 2 weeks. I used coconut oil at that point to remove them in order to prevent my natural lash from being ripped out. Also my Brazilian was far from a Brazilian. I left with a mullet. I was bleeding in pain, as if my lip were almost ripped off my body. By far the experience was not that great, but god forbid you get on fb or any social media and voice that because the owner will take your one bad experience and try to bully you for it! Ashley If you’re reading this, do better. I didn’t contact you or the girl to fix the issue because I didn’t want to return for 2-3 hours for the same thing to happen again. I however decided lashes weren’t for me! Take a different approach next time you get ONE bad review. If your company is so great it won’t effect your business too much 😉 no worries! The rude comments could’ve been kept to yourself because I refrained from an actual honest google review until now. You couldn’t find my name in the system because I’ve married since my visit, it’s been maybe 2/3 years since this has even happened. But do your searches , although you should be putting that time and effort into ensuring each CUSTOMER is satisfied with their experiences at your business. Just because you own it doesn’t give you the right to get mad over opinions. This is America. If you don’t want people voicing bad reviews don’t have them pay for services that aren’t done correctly. My Brazilian was a joke. Worst first wax experience I possibly ever could’ve received .. hopefully you enjoy this google review as much as you enjoyed my small comment recommending another lash tech on fb 🙂

I love Lash-leyes!!I’ve been coming to Ashley for 3 years and will always be a loyal client.The moment you step, you will see how creatively the place has been decorated and how nice it smells all seasons of the year. It instantly relaxes you. I am always get compliments on how beautiful my lashes are. I’m truly addicted because I always feel beautiful, even in the morning!Also, I save so much time from not having to apply mascara every morning.Love this place and I would highly recommend coming here.

Absolutely LOVED this experience Emma was amazing she made me feel comfortable and it was my first time but she made me feel like we were old friends would definitely recommend if you have any hesitation she helps ease your mind LOVE her!!!!

This location is so cute! I always feel so welcome! It’s quiet, relaxing and clean! Ashely does my lashes and she is always on time, friendly, and does an amazing job! I would definitely recommend Lash-Ley for those considering lash extensions!

The customer service was poor. I was running late for my appointment. I called and text and received no clear communication. When I arrived I was told I had to reschedule. Rescheduling would not have been a problem had they communicated that when I reached out it wouldve saved me a trip and inconvenience. I will not reschedule. First impression will last forever. In the review below they even stated they assumed I wasnt coming. They never replied to my call or text telling me to reschedule.

I have had facials done by Natalie and eyebrows Microbladed by Hannah. Natalie is super sweet and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to provide everything I need each visit to meet my skin care needs. I struggled with acne before seeing her and she set me up on a skin care routine and I feel beautiful again. She let me try out samples before purchasing. My Microblade got by Hannah was also one of the best experiences. She took her time and explained everything to me about the process. I was super nervous but she was so calm and sweet. I absolutely love them and will be going back to her for all of my touch ups. Highly recommend Lash Ley for all the things.

So as someone who’s been here quite a few times and brought multiple people to this salon I don’t appreciate that after I missed one appointment two days before Christmas I get asked for a fee and then when I ask for the rest of my appointments to be canceled the only response I get is a Venmo request...also the lash artist that I’ve seen frequently is very unprofessional and talks about things she has no Business bringing up when talking to or around clients and that should be addressed

I’m a guy so I don’t do my eyelashes but I’ve seen her work and it’s above and beyond anyone else. Ashley is the best!!!!

Always have a great experience when I go see Tammy at Lash-ley. I wont let anyone else near my eyebrows!! She is so good at waxing it almost doesnt hurt. I was nervous to let her wax my under arms, but Im so glad she convinced me to try it. Im hooked! Its so nice to not have to deal with it everyday. I love getting facials from Tammy as well. It is so much more than just have product applied to my face, I get an experience with Tammy.
