I was so very nervous for my first time and Sydney was whom I got. When I tell you I was so nervous I thought of walking out, I mean it. Upon going to the room and her instructing me on what to do it was a breeze from there. She talked to me the whole time and it was honestly like meeting up with an old friend rather than a wax. She’s very professional and does a great job. Now fast forward. I’ve been going for 3 months and only allow Sydney to do my waxing. She’s amazing and it’s always a breeze with her. She lets her customers know that she cares for you! Highly recommend Sydney ♥️

Went to 3 different locations, 4 different times, 4 different people. All of them left patches and several hairs everywhere, one of them completely missed an entire area. They’re cheaper than most places and it shows in their work.

Don’t answer the phone nor do they call back after a voicemail is left(this is after multiple attempts every day for the past few weeks). I’ve been going here for over a year and it seems service levels as far as customer satisfaction has took a wrong turn.

Great experience! It was my first Brazilian wax and Sydney did an amazing job. I was nervous but she made me feel comfortable and was very friendly! I will definitely be back and highly recommend Sydney.

The experience I got from Clariesa was absolutely horrible! I will not be returning to this wax center due to a numerous amount of reasons. For one she was not friendly at all I expressed to her that it was my first time getting waxed she didn’t talk me through it she didn’t tell me what to expect she got wax in my actual hair and pulled my hair out. I would think with it being my first time she would try to make her clients feel comfortable and like they are in good hands but she didn’t it’s like she was having a bad day or something but this is completely un acceptable.

I had an amazing experience having my first wax, but I was disappointed that I was charged for the 50 dollar sugar wax whenever I did not choice to use it. On the website it did not have any indication for a normal waxing section. The only option I saw was the sugar one. It as well stated that first time people would be getting 20% off which I did not get any. Other than that I had an amazing experience with Alaina.

Due to an unexpected traffic incident I was about 7 minutes late for my appointment which I called to notify the shop, but no one answered the phone so I left a message. Upon my arrival my esthetician stated they could not do one of the services as it would run into another appointment. Now, I understand there are rules in place regarding tardiness and I respect that.I have been going to this establishment for about 8 months and the three (3) services I always get is allotted for about 1 1/2 hours according to the website. Today my two (2) services took all of 15 minutes which left me about 40 MINUTES LEFT of my appointment which the 3rd service could have been performed with time to spare as I had it done several times before. I thought my esthetician would have stated there was still time to do the final service, but maybe I am expecting too much! Needless, to say I will NOT be returning to this establishment again.

I have been coming here for quit some time now and I have noticed over the course of the pandemic, service has been less than the usual. Every business wants to blame covid for not delivering the best of the best. I schedule my wax over the phone and the young lady told me 10:30 am and I put it in my phones calendar as usual and i arrived at the location at 10 and sat in the car to eat my breakfast. I walked inside at 10:23 and checked and and very loudly she said: OH YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10 and i said no i was told 10:30. She was not trying to accommodate me at all. I told her I wasn’t available tomorrow due to Flying to vegas this afternoon. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I WILL NOT BE CONSIDERING COMING BACK. p

This was my first time going there. They welcome all new clients with open arms. This was also my first time getting a Brazilian wax. It’s normal to be nervous for your first time, but it wasn’t that bad as some people made it seem. But everyone is different and I guess it depends on who you go to. Alondra did my Brazilian wax and she was so nice and patient. She talked with me when she pulled each strip. I recommended her to anyone that wants to get their first wax done.

On August 27, 2021 I utilized the mind and body app to book me an appointment at this location for August 27, 2021 at 11:40 AM. The appointment app requested that I book the appointment and remit payment to ensure the appointment was scheduled and this is what was done. I essentially arrived to this location at 11:39 AM on August 27, 2021 and attempted to check in for my appointment, but Miranda (The Receptionist) advised me that another client was scheduled for this time, but not me. I proceeded to ask Miranda how could this happen, and she stated, “It looks like you and the other client were booking at the same time, but she hit the button first.” I advised Miranda, “This is unacceptable, and how will I obtain a refund due to my credit card already being charged for an appointment that can’t be completed?” Miranda stated, “I mean there is nothing that I can do today because my Manager is not in and you won’t get a refund until Tuesday.” I advised Miranda, “This is completely unacceptable considering that I paid for the service today, you are unable to perform the service today so, I want my refund today.” Miranda stated, “Let me try to contact my Manager Addy.” When Miranda attempted to make the call Addy did not answer. I then asked Miranda, “Do you have a corporate phone number or email I can contact?” Miranda stated very rudely, “We are only franchised.” I asked Miranda, “Can you provide me your Manager’s contact information?” Miranda rolled her eyes and said, “I can’t give you her personal information.” I then asked Miranda, “Are there any other appointments available today because I drove 1 hour to get here.” Miranda said, “No, we’re booked, but I can write your contact information down and take a picture of your receipt and if my Manager calls back maybe she can refund it today if she is by a computer. I mean this is just like if you put something in the online shopping cart, and it’s not available but you pay for it.” I educated Miranda, “Please don’t compare this to online shopping for a store because if an item is unavailable to purchase it will not allow you to do so.” Miranda was very rude and I advised her that I am a Manager for a Financial Institution and I would never have her in a Customer Service position with this attitude or demeanor. Miranda did not try to accommodate me in any aspect or rectify the situation although I, the customer was inconvenienced by their issue and website. I usually visit the Gervais St. location and have never had an issue until I visited this location on Devine St. in Columbia, SC. Everything about this visit was unacceptable and if the Esthetician’s are anything like the Receptionist Miranda please stay away from this location for services. There should always be a Manager on site to handle concerns that other staff are unable to and evidently this is not the case.

My experience was amazing as always! Alexandra did amazing as always threading my eyebrows. The staff is so nice, friendly, and run a tight ship which I think is amazing!

Came in 7/13 to see Sydney, very nice but not great work. She left too much hair by my inner lips and did not clean up my landing strip nicely, after reading these reviews ive learned I couldve came in after two days to get a touch up (this wouldve been nice to have been told this) I feel like Ive wasted my money for a botched job. I dont think I will return or at least to a different waxer who will pay more attention to detail.

I had my very first brazilian wax done today at this location and I couldnt be more happier that I chose to go here to have my first experience. I had Gabby as my esthetician and she was the best! Upon me entering the room she made sure I was comfortable and she most of all she made sure I was EXTREMELY comfortable during the whole process. Needless to say, this may have been my first time but it most certainly will not be my last time visiting this location!

Brazilian Wax and Spa by Claudia on Devine is amazing, but the workers are what makes it so great. Genesis does my waxing and not one time has it been less than perfect! If you need anyone to do your wax, go to her!!

The first three times I went were awesome. Super fast service, clean place, and the girls who helped me made me feel very comfortable by talking with me since it was my first few times. Had to knock off a star because my most recent visit was horrible. She had a fantastic personality but the waxing was so bad. She tried pulling too soon on half of them and was tugging rather than just ripping it off. My underarms were in so much pain afterward and the hair wasn’t even fully gone. She also left pieces of wax in the left behind hair. I should have just told her to stop SMHI might be back for the other girls who did it the first times, but that last experience traumatized my poor underarms.

Wonderful people and a wonder atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Great fast and quick service

I needed a waxing place to go to while back home in South Carolina. I chose this place and they have not failed me yet! I will probably switch over to this company for good since they are in different states. I only trust Gege with my wax...so believe the reviews! She is great! She is quick (15 minutes) and she converses with me to keep me comfortable as I frantically lay there on that waxing table!

I have been going to Danielle since November and I love her. She is absolutely the best. The entire staff is nice and friendly The place is always neat and clean. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. I dont see myself ever going any other place.

Be on time because I got in 5minutes late and had to reschedule. But overall Alisha got the job done. Nothing special about the service, i really wished there was more. No bathroom,No water, no products on display. No before prep, no after care. Nothing, just a wax. It was my first time here and my homegirl recommended this place good thing im not new to waxing.

My best friend and I Went here for a sugar Brazilian wax. Was definitely both of our first time getting HER done, we both had Nicole. Nicole was amazing! I’ve had bikini waxes done before with a different waxing/spa company in the Irmo area and felt I wasn’t getting an all around good experience (price for what I had done, sloppy work, missed areas, miscommunication with front desk) I thought I’d give Brazilian Wax by Claudia a try and will definitely be returning! I will see Alejandra exclusively and highly recommend! She is fast, friendly, and does clean work! I don’t get Brazilian, but a more modified bikini line and she listened to exactly what I requested. Front desk was super welcoming and their prices are fair and competitive. Very happy I switched!

Alejandra was great! I had attempted a Brazilian at home earlier in the week and made a mess of it. I should have just come here in the first place! Took only about 10-15 minutes to clean it up and it was basically painless. Id been dreading getting it done professionally but I was comfortable, it was quick, and everybody was really friendly! Ill definitely be back.

I love how fast this location is. They get you in and out usually under 20 min. The cerologist are very knowledgeable as well. They are pretty friendly as well. They offer complimentary wine to guests. The location recently moved up the street, prior to the move, the location was always clean and smelled good. I highly recommend this location.

I met the owner thru a mutual friend. Claudia is a top notch business woman. I drive 1 hr every time Im ready for services. Go during the week to the Columbia location you just might be lucky enough to get served by Claudia.

I had an appointment today at 11:20 a.m. was on time and waited a few minutes, I asked where the restroom was located, I was told the restroom was out of service due to customers neglect and the owner was not fixing anytime soon. I was directed to go next door to a restaurant which didn’t open there doors until 3 p.m. , so I walked back to let the ladies know, then I was directed to go to a gas station up the road. As a woman who was located in a facility to get Brazilian wax , On time for appointment, ready to pay and tip my esthetician and was slap in the face with some BS about the restroom was down right WRONG! I will NEVER EVER RETURN OR send my dog here for any services! I will stick with Brazilian Wax by Andrea on Harbison !

I have followed Paige from her previous place to Claudias. She is great and very personable! She is attentive to details. Changes always happen in this environment and she is so good at explaining them as they happen. And most importantly she pays very close attention to hygiene and cleanliness. She clearly enjoys what she does and it translates in her skills.The environment in Claudias is more like fast food than fine dining. Its not a spa, but it gets the job done at an affordable price.

I’ve been twice now and I’ve had great service both times. I’ve been getting a Brazilian for about 15 years now. For those that have never been, yes it stings, it’s a sensitive area. You can do yourself a big favor by taking an anti inflammatory a couple of hours before you go.It was everything I expected and I was in and out both times in about 20 minutes. The staff is very professional and the salon is very sanitary; not to mention their prices are lower than anyone around Columbia.

I have called here several times in the last couple of months and I am still unable to get an appointment time. They are not willing to do a walk in or help find a time that works with my schedule. The lady who answers the phone wasnt interested in having me as a new client. She simply said sorry! Well.... sorry you wont have a good loyal client like myself.

Went back in June for my first ever Brazilian waxing (via sugaring) and it was a great experience! I had Alisha - she was very nice and helpful. It hurt like hell but Alisha made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.4 weeks later - today I had Kelcey! She was great. This time the process went sooo much smoother since I knew what to expect. There was also less pain due to less hair.Overall, this place is great. And I’d definitely recommend Alisha or Kelcey when booking services.

As I walked into my appointment I saw my technician being trained. I told her I didn’t mean any offense but I was nervous about her performing my service (full Brazilian) due to my anxiety. She was polite and very understanding. She goes for help, and a technician I’ve used on several occasions walks over and says, “I’m not waxing, I have a client.” Nobody asked if I could wait for a more seasoned technician, nor did they ask if I wanted to reschedule. This was POOR customer service. I will never spend another dollar at this location! I’m heading back to Lexington.

Faith was the aesthician who helped me! The experience was amazing! I have my go-to in Washington when I lived there; so coming here was a little nerve wrecking. Faith definitely delivered and more! She was super pleasant, kind, and made me feel extremely comfortable. She definitely “got me right”! She is officially my go-to here in Columbia!

Today was my first time going to Claudia’s but this was my second time getting a Brazilian wax. I was nervous that this one was going to hurt as much as my first one but Paige assured me that it gets better every time. Paige was absolutely great! She was nice, engaged and she took her time to make sure she got rid of all of the hair.

This was very first experience with a Brazilian wax. It is worth it. But please dont be fooled it does hurt. But the end results are awesome. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be returning.

Sweet girl but she has no experience with plus size women Ive never been to a place where they put wax on the WHOLE area and try to pull it off especially when you are big and have a BIG area to COVER previous places ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS did sections 🗣️🗣️🗣️I had to hold my own stomach which I never had to do with any of place. Very uncomfortable and I didnt want to even to check to see if it was done right..the manager ask me how was my service and I said OK to not make anyone who was waiting feel weird but she didnt even ask me why was it just OK you should never let anyone leave feeling just OK! Im disappointed my experience was this bad because it came highly recommended Maybe its because the girl was new (her name was faith) but Ill never return! It was just that bad for me!

My experience in Claudias Brazilian Wax was simply amazing. Its a very cute and chic place. I was pleased with how extremely clean everything was. My ethetician was sweet and did a speedy and spectacular job. Ive literally been talking about Claudias since I left there. I recommended to every single one of my friends. I will be there faithfully every 5 weeks. Its totally worth it. Definitely a 5 star facility.

My first experience for a Brazilian was horrible. I got sugared (not knowing the difference). Alisha informed me that the pain would be the same as regular hard wax (not true, it definitely traumatized me being my first time). I told her it was my first time getting waxed, she was very nonchalant. I was expecting to be educated by my esthetician but that was not the case. My second experience with Gigi (with hard wax) was a lot better. She educated me about ingrown hairs (my skin is sensitive) and when i told her the wax was hot she cooled it down for me and even recommended great products.

My second experience ever and I really enjoyed my first session with Faith. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Very detailed and knowledgeable throughout my session. I will be returning soon.

That was all that I had to go off of by being a new resident of Columbia.As a client I would expect that my aesthetician would introduce herself. she did not I had to ask her what her name was and Im glad I did so that I will know never to make an appointment request her again.Paige was awful. She had wax everywhere and when I mentioned it to her her only excuse was my gloves are to big. She also burned me with the wax. After she finished I still had wax everywhere.I have been getting Brazilians for years so I know what it supposed to look like. I wont go into detail however there was hair left in areas that there should not have been.Awful first experience. I may give them another try but only after Ive tried someone else. Still looking....

I absolutely love this place. I had a full-face wax (including the brows), and it was amazing. It was quick, and my esthetician was meticulous and accurate! Plus, my eyebrows look freaking beautiful thanks to Ashley.This was my first time at this particular location, and I was nervous about being at a new place. Got a wax here about 3 months ago. I usually go to the Lexington location, however, since I move this location is more convenient for me. Anyways my esthetician ended up waxing both lips at the same time and the wax ended up hardening and getting stuck. She tried numerous of times to get the wax off, however, she was unsuccessful. I ended up telling her to go get someone to help which the manager ended up coming to get the wax off. They did give me my wax for free but I was in pain for days afterwards. I may be scarred for life

I saw Alisha and she was the best. My previous wax was very painful. Alisha was very gentle and talked to me the entire time. I tried sugaring this time because last time was so painful to see if that would help. I’m not sure if it was the sugaring technique or just Alisha but this was my best experience yet. Alejandra did my threading. This was my first time here. I use to get my brows threaded at another business but became dissatisfied with the service. She was more detail in things that the other business didnt offer. Im fully satisfied with the service and will remain coming here.

She always makes me feel so comfortable and makes my nerves at ease. Outside of the professional staff, the rooms and waiting area are always clean, that was also big for me. Claudias came recommended by my sister whos been a client for over a year, maybe even longer. I started coming in May 2019. My sister goes to GeGe so thats who I booked with. I had her for May, June & July. I highly recommend her. Shes quick and keeps you distracted (to me shes more so for individuals whom have had previous waxes. For June/July I was in & out in 30mins or less). Today GeGe was unavailable, so my sister recommended Alejandra. Shes too quick, but also gentle and tries to keep you distracted for as long as she can (I can tell she likes to focus on her work). After my wax, she did a clean up with sugar wax and tweezers (which I appreciated due to me going to Mexico later this week. Todays visit was a little over 30mins, but again, no complaints).Upon checking in, the atmosphere is welcoming, you can have a glass of wine to help you relax. They also sell products to assist with skin care (exfoliating scrubs, hair bump treatments, etc.)You wont be disappointed
