I highly recommend AAA physical therapy. The therapists and staff are so knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. They have helped me so much! Im able to walk a few miles a day now whereas before it was hard to walk across the room. Since they are now in the Nourishing journey location, the environment is healing as well as beautiful. This is the best physical therapy experience Ive ever had!

AAA physical therapy and their staff are WONDERFUL! They are really like family. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. I was getting treatment here for almost 3 months and every time I went, they put in so much effort to make sure I was feeling and developing better. Matt was my consistent specialist. After receiving my physical file I learned that my phone conversations were being listen to. And being noted. So be very careful what you say around them and who ur phone the with they will listen and note all your conversations.. I mean who listens and writes down someone’s phone conversations...I would not suggest going here nor would I recommend them to anyone I would never go here again myself NEVER.

My shoulder has improved a lot since I started working with Nina over the last 3 - 4 weeks. She knows her stuff, is very thoughtful, explains what she is doing and it has helped improve both my muscle strength and range of motion.Kudos to Joanne for her help with my exercises and for keeping me honest especially with the isometric ones, and to Shivani in scheduling as well.Keep up the good work!

The experience I had at AAA Physical Therapy is nothing short of extraordinary. Every aspect that you feel is important when it comes to therapy, they have. Great environment, great energy, and amazing people. Every therapist has their own unique way of thinking and an immense amount of knowledge to pull from based on what your getting seen for. They are also very caring and passionate about their patients in which it shows not just from the therapists but also from the techs. There is no weak link. This is no assembly line, “treat and move onto the next” place. Every patient they see, is well cared for and treated with respect. They make sure they spend enough time with everyone they are treating. My hat is off to everyone who works at AAA and hope they continue with the way they treat patients. I started feeling pain (in my hip and lower back) while on a work trip. I called on Friday and had an appointment the following Tuesday. Dealing with the staff to make the first appointment was easy.The staff is phenomenal. They are super attentive and friendly. They do everything they can tom you feel comfortable.Only thing to keep in mind is to try to book all your follow-up appointments early because they fill the schedule quickly.I will be recommending AAA to anyone needing physical therapy!

Olive is an excellent therapist who knows how to modify therapy to.Accommodate a patients particularNeeds or restrictions.You feel immediately at ease when you are greeted by her warm smile and it is apparent that she is very skilled in her profession.As a nurse, I am acutely aware of how staff interacts with patients and Olive gets an A+.Olive , as all the other staff personifieshow patients in need should be treated.Patients should be treated with dignity and a caring attitude and Olive does indeed do this.

Hey, I know you are reading reviews to find out about this AAA Physical Therapy group. I did the same thing seven months ago in anticipation of picking a therapy location to help me after knee replacement surgery. I am so thankful I picked this wonderful facility. Nina, Olive, and Joanne are great therapists. My recovery was slow due to complications with my uncooperative body after my surgery which led to four months of intensive PT. Olive, my primary therapist, guided me with perfect exercises, and gave me 110% of her knowledge and expertise. I am so thankful I was able to complete my knee PT under her professional care. I experienced Olive’s considerable skill AND her compassion during my whole journey towards recovery. She taught me many details about my joints that will have a lasting impact on my life. Lastly, AAA Physical Therapy offers programs after PT has ended to ensure that patients continue to get stronger in mind and body after their health crisis has passed. Also, I loved the people they have working as support staff – all excellent, hard-working individuals that reflect the philosophy of the AAA team – patients first! As you can guess, I highly recommend this wonderful place where these professionals really care about the patients and their health outcomes.

My therapist Joanne is great. She takes the time in listening to your concerns at hand. Another therapist who’s name is Olive, I call her (Little Bit), is also someone great. Thus far I am pleased!! The only problem is that AAA need at least a couple more therapist on staff. Oh yeah, I can’t forget about WILL, he’s schedules Appointments/ Receptionist. He is very professional and extremely kind!!

I have a daughter who is cerebral palsy. She needs continuous therapy. Last summer, I found out about AAA therapy through internet searches. Due to the active therapy of the staff, my daughter, who is not controlled by herself, is developing very slowly, practicing for a moment standing for 5 seconds. For a long time, my daughter will have to be treated for a long time. Therapists always help our daughters to actively treat and develop. I want to be with AAA Therapy for a long time.

AAA Physical Therapy was great! I fully ruptured my achilles in the spring and they had me walking again in no time! Olive and Amy were both very effective and very patient with me as I took my first steps and eventually moved on to jogging and jumping exercises. Maryam was great as well, putting me through various exercises as I quite literally got back on my feet. Joanne is very knowledgeable and experienced and was there to make sure my therapy went smoothly. I would definitely recommend AAA Physical Therapy, and I am glad I was able to find this place!

I am very grateful for the services my physical therapist, Joanne, and Danny, the technician, have provided for me. Danny has been a huge help in helping me understand what to do and what the therapist says. i speak spanish mainly and Danny is bilingual so that is critical for me and helps me a lot more. AAA Physical Therapy is outstanding! After being unsatisfied with former therapists, I discovered AAA. I have now had numerous treatments here due to bone breaks, surgery, and general pain management. Every single person on staff is helpful and friendly, and they truly care about my well-being and healing. Its easy to schedule appointments, and although I usually see Olive (amazing!), Ive been treated by Nina and other therapists here, and every one of them is wonderful—you wont be disappointed! My husband has been treated here as well, and he is also very pleased with his progress!

I love that this place is so friendly. This is a smaller center with a really welcoming, family feel. So many medical centers and clinics can seem really cold, which is not the best for your recovery when facing injury or illness. The team communicates well with patients and one another, so you can be assured that they are considering the best options for your unique circumstances. They genuinely care.My doctor suggested that I see a PT if I continued experiencing pain, and I have been glad that I came here. I saw improvements early on, and I am confident that I can continue being really active without damaging my joints for the future.

I am so glad I came to AAA Physical Therapy. Their staff took good care of me. I experienced a warm welcome and they even asked me what kind of music I would like to hear when I received treatment. They offered evening hours so I could fit my sessions around my busy work and family schedule. And they were flexible when I needed to change the time. Each team member who worked with me explained to me the purpose of each activity. I received an online exercise program to follow as well when I am at home. I had pain in my neck and shoulder due to a car accident. I was having pain turning my neck while driving and doing normal everyday activities. But each week I came, I felt a little improvement. The exercises were challenging and caused a good soreness. I knew they were working the right muscles. The massages and warm compresses felt so good. This was the one place I could come work out, relax, and think about focusing on my wellness. It wasnt a chore, it was something I looked forward to each week. Its bittersweet that its over. Glad I am feeling much better, almost no pain in the troubled areas, but sad that I wont get to come to enjoy the sessions anymore. I highly recommend others to come here for therapy. The treatment lessened my chronic back pain

AAA Physical Therapy helped me recover quickly after a multiple ankle fracture. My goal was to be ready to go back to hiking in the Spring. After 12 sessions I have exceeded my strength, mobility, and flexibility goals and am ready for my next hiking adventure and it is only January! The Physical Therapists and staff are wonderful. I especially appreciate how they explain what we are doing and why, what muscles are impacted and how this particular exercise will aide my recovery. A special thank you to Olive who is a wonderfully kind and caring professional.

AAA Physical is so awesome! When I was pregnant my lower back and body was hurting everyday, till I found AAA Physical Therapy oh my with all the therapy my pain felt less to till had my baby. I really enjoyed Every time I was there. They have all the Therapist and all the equipment to make you well again. Try them and you will not be the same again.

AAA Physical Therapy is a wonderful place to go for rehab. I found it close to my former residence and employer and the reviews of how well this place is, is very accurate. The staff are very knowledgeable and polite and concentrate on your needs as a patient and a positive outcome. Their schedule of being open later is a huge benefit so I do not have to miss time at work.

My experience has been nothing but welcoming. The environment here is one of a kind and the entire staff treats you with care and respect. I am one of their younger patients and for the past 8 weeks I feel strength returning to my injured leg.

AAA PT has been exceptional, working with both myself and my mother. I worked with Nina to recover from a shoulder injury and my mother for knees. Staff is kind, politely, understanding, and friendly. In addition they have very flexible hours of operation and will work with you to accommodate as best as they are able. I am really so happy. I came with my doctor recommendation. I had sciatic pain and been seeing Olive and now I am not at least 99% better. At first my discomfort made me move every 20 sec, after 3 sessions I feel so much better. I do my exercises everyday and THank you Triple A physical therapy for a job well done!

So this is my second round of treatment here at AAA physical therapy I came here in 2015 for a neck injury and I returned again in this past September of 2018 for a second degree burn to my left foot in the process of getting my second degree burn treated by the lovely staff here at AAA physical therapy I also had a procedure done to my right foot which the staff here AAA therapy also help me do physical therapy on that foot along with my left foot great I so love AAA physical therapy if you havent been here and if you need some Rehabilitation Wellness check them out theyre located in Columbia Maryland. The staff is wonderful here theyre very courteous and attentive really awesome.

I was referred to AAA Physical Therapy for rehabilitation of damaged muscles in my shoulder, upper arm and shoulder blade area. I had been experiencing debilitating limitations in movement and strength, and was in chronic pain. I have been in therapy now for approximately six weeks, and am pleased to say that I have noticed significant improvement in all of the above areas. I had an amazing experience with AAA Physical Therapy! My PT Almira was so positive and encouraging, even on days when I felt the worst. I had a couple of set backs and felt frustrated and impatient with my rate of recovery, but Almira worked with me and tailored my treatment plan according to my changing needs.The whole staff at AAA Physical Therapy is great too. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I highly recommend this site for others. I have never been to a therapy session and it was very difficult to schedule appointments with my traveling work schedule but the girls were able to accommodate all of my dates as needed. They were super friendly, there was good relaxing music and the site was very clean. I dont plan on needing a therapist anytime soon, but if I should find myself in another car accident or other injury, there is no question....AAA it is!

My physical therapists were very knowledgeable, instructional, caring, confident, paying attention to details, and willing to spend extra minutes to make sure my regimen that was adjusted according to my progress was all covered.The staff were very nice and helpful.I liked various kinds of devices that they used for my therapy.They also offer seasonal/special events with regards to the health info. I just read the email that they are having a 15 mile walking challenge group starting Monday Sep 14th.I met the owner of this business at the meeting the Howard county department of health held early this year. I went to this meeting as a member of My Life foundation, a non-profit organization that offers referral/educational programs on mental health and addiction prevention mainly to the Korean community who experience the language barrier. (Yes I am advertising. 😉)Hope and pray you all get through this pandemic in faith. Jesus loves you.

I love my PT sessions and feel happy when I go home afterwards. I feel that I am in good care. My PTs listen and adjust the exercises based on my needs and strengths. My favorite part of each session is to relax with warm heating pads on my back and shoulders. I feel very motivated to get my mobility back and continue doing the exercises that my PTs prescribed for me. My goal is to have the quality of life that I deserve. I came across this great place while desperately looking for a solution for my sciatica pain. My pain was at a level where it started affecting my work and day to day life. Olive worked with me on pain management and core strengthening and then Rebecca, their massage therapist, is a whole other Story. I’m so grateful I stumbled upon this place and I’m writing this review hoping it will be helpful to anyone going through the awful pain I was experiencing.

The physical therapists are skilled, professional, and personable. They were able to quickly identify the source of my problem and provide exercises to remedy the problem.

I saw several therapists at AAA for about 9 months for help with various old injuries that never healed properly. I had a lot of difficulty walking and standing, as well as a constantly sore neck and shoulders and poor posture. Nina, Olive, and Mia have helped me so much! I used to be in pain most of the time, and now Im back to doing all of my favorite activities without discomfort. Also, everyone at AAA really makes you feel like part of the family, from the desk staff and assistants to the therapists. Ill miss seeing everyone twice a week, and I wont hesitate to come back if I develop any new problem areas. Thank you, AAA! You guys are the best.

First went to AAA for knee pain. The staff was wonderful and worked with me to help me get over the pain but also educate me about the underlying causes. After a few months the pain has mostly subsided and Im able to resume my normal activities

I suffered a shoulder injury, torn labrum and some impingement in a few areas. Ortho doc recommended some injections and physical therapy. I found AAA Physical Therapy in Columbia in the web. I was able to get treatment quickly, good flexibility of appointment times. I have been seen mostly by Joanne, but also by other therapists when it was convenient to my schedule. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. The treatment has been effective. They spend all the time we need to get through the necessary treatments. Ive never felt rushed. The staff constantly check on your comfort level and are willing to help tweak the treatment for maximum effect. Danny is particularly polite and attentive during treatment. If you have a need for a PT I highly recommend this clinic. Its located behind ledo pizza near the Columbia main post office.

I came to AAA physical therapy to overcome a back injury. Nina, my therapist and her staff Manuel, Steve, NaNa, Mia, and Olive are all magnificent. Amazing experienceI was in a major car accident that required multiple ligament reconstructions and Nina did the most through examination that Ive ever had. She discovered things or at least informed me of things that the hospitals PT did not. Probably the best PT in Columbia area.
