I was in so much pain from the ER once I pull up to this building from the front door staff to the security officer was friendly attentive and respectful oh God once in the office the staff was helpful resourceful and genuine. IMy husband and I both so love Dr. Plymale and his staff. Always professional and personable. They make going to the doctor fun. Can’t say enough about all of them.

The entire process was simple & all COVID policies were front & center. The nurses were friendly, informative, straight forward but with great bedside manner. My daughter was nervous but the staff & Dr. Locke made her comfortable. My son had to see Dr. Locke years ago & he was as he is now extremely intelligent, but delivers his prognosis in layman’s terms & simplifies the hard to understand. Dr. Del Gaizo is an excellent doctor. He takes time with his patients and explains everything using understandable terms. He cares about his patients and treats them with respect. His nurses and PA are also very through and respectful. I highly recommend this practice.

The front desk was prompt. I did not have to wait long. The staff made me feel relaxed and made sure I was comfortable. The staff was kind and professional. My visit to Prisma Health Orthopedics @ 100 Parkridge was quick and professional. The staff was great and my doctor was very thorough and extremely informative. It was like a breath of fresh air dealing with professionalism of the caliber encountered at Prisma Health Orthopedics.

I had a 3:40 PM folllow up appointment with Dr. Jackson. They were 20 minutes late getting me to a treatment room. However, once I was brought back to the room, the staff was flawless! Appropriate x-rays were taken, and I was evaluated by Dr. Jackson himself within 20 minutes. Another 10 minutes to get a split, orders for physical therapy, aftercare instructions, and future f/ u appointment scheduled. My total appointment took about 50 minutes. I felt confident in the medical care provided to me and did not feel rushed at all!

The entire staff was amazing. They took great care of my daughter and you could tell they really care about the patients.

My care with Dr. Jackson and his team has been outstanding. Had surgery twice and I am very satisfied with my outcome and the follow up care I received.

I just had knee surgery today and I have to say I have NEVER been treated so well at any hospital as I was today. I probably have only done a review for anything just a few times in my life. They were running a little behind with surgery but the nurses kept me informed. Everyone was extremely nice and very professional. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you to everyone involved.

The staff here from the surgeon to receptionist are incredible, accommodating,caring and efficient.They checked up on me day after surgery and I always had access to the someone that could answer questions after surgery and during the healing process. In thebthe event I had to leave voicemail a call back was received within 24 hrs with a solution and additional information. I never feel alone during the uncertainties that accompany pre and post surgery.

Very quick to take you back and the doctor was in just moments after the nurse. Thanks for keeping the appointment time under an hr.

Dr. Koon at first did not believe I needed a hip replacement even though I clearly have a bad limp, already. Two appointments after that I told him the hip injections I received did NOT help. He suggested hip surgery, then proceeded to ask where did I get my income from since Im disabled. That was not any of his concern, pretty unprofessional of him to inquire about that. Sometime after that appointment, I visited a doctor out of state who educated me on the different options that I should have been given. I wish there were better, caring professionals who were compassionate about their patients here in South Carolina! Its pretty sad how as a child I received the best care of my life. Turning 18 changed EVERYTHING!

Everything with my visit was great until check out. There was a lady in from of me being checked out and the lady that was checking her out got up from her chair to check something for the lady in front of me and there was another receptionist that was not assisting anyone did not even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to be assisted. So when the receptionist that was assisting the patient ahead of me came back to her seat she asked the patient would she mind waiting in the waiting area for her get a response back from the doctor and she would come get her. Then she proceeded to assist me. There another lady standing behind me waiting to be checked out and this person was caucasian and the receptionist that did not acknowledge me assisted the patient behind me. That made me feel like because I was black she did not want to assist me and I have not felt like that since coming to this facility but really felt that way yesterday.

Dr Holmes has a great staff, caring and personable. Dr Holmes bedside manner is great, like seeing a dear friend. To the point and he has done several surgeries on me ! I will return if needed
