Upon entering the building I was kindly greeted, temperature taken and directed to elevators. Finding my doctors office, the receptionist was prompt, kind and gave clear instructions. The wait was short. Once in doctors office, assistant greeted me, weighed me and took me to final room where necessary questions asked, blood pressure taken, then immediately to xray. There was a moderate wait before seeing doc. The grad student being mentored was very thorough and empathetic to my situation. I felt the doctor was thorough and reassuring. I was grateful for his input.

Upon entering the building the Nurses up front was very friendly. Gave accurate directions for first time patient.The young lady at registration was patient and kind. Once my son name was called it got super special from their. Every one in the back was so nice. The DOCTOR himself made my son feel really comfortable. Thanks PH-USE. Ive been visiting this practice since 2013. Ive seen numerous physicians there and every one of them has been professional, service-oriented and overall wonderful to work with. Dr. Jeffrey Guy and his team are amazing. He takes his time to explain in laymans terms exactly what the issue is, recommends conservative treatments and dont rush to perform surgeries though hes an excellent surgeon. His team provides you with the best help there is. Dr. Arthur is great too! He is very patient when administering cortisone shots to nervous patients like me.

Palmetto Health is really a beautiful venue. Dr Pollock and his team were courteous, fast, & efficient. He made my family feel at ease, and took the time to explain all facets of the visit. I would highly recommend this group.

Dr Guy and his team are outstanding! The office runs like a clock. I came in for a routine knee injection. I got dropped off and 25 minutes later I was back out front waiting for my husband. Everyone is very respectful and professional! Really great COVID protections in place.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Arthur! I had been referred to him about 1 year ago due to knee pain and degenerative changes. I must note that I hate needles and they make me very anxious. Dr Arthur spent time explaining to me what was going on with my knee and different routes we could take to try and get me some relief. He was very pleasant, detailed, and caring. He did not rush and he reassured me as he did his work. I’m very pleased to report my experience with Dr Arthur was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a doctor. I’m glad that I’m allowing him to care for my knee, I think if I listen to him I may be back in business! Thanks Dr Arthur and your pleasant staff!

It was a pleasant visit Doctor J Guy is one of the best orthopedics ever, I would’ve rated a 5 stars but this particular visit with the front desk wasn’t as pleasant as normal I had to have an MRI and I was under the influence of medication and my driver couldn’t go sit in the waiting area when clearly other folk had their partners and I was ask to bring someone, I couldn’t even complete the questionnaire for I was under the influence of the medication and my driver couldn’t go with me per the front desk when other and I’m not being prejudice at ALL, the white folk had their driver but I couldn’t bring one and I lacked to fall one time, I understand COVID-19 rules, but it should apply to ALL not one particular people

Had appointment today with Dr. Arthur. Helpful friendly staff. In and out including x-rays and a complete examination of my injured shoulder in less than 45 minutes.

I saw Dr. Kyle Arthur today as a follow-up to an injury that I sustained back in June 2020. Unfortunately for me, I reaggravated the injury twice over the last six months seven months and I had to go see him again today to see if I had a larger meniscus tear then I had the first time around. Everyone in the office from the staff to the medical assistance the nurses and dr. Arthur were very professional, on time and made me feel relaxed and comfortable with all the procedures and treatment plans that we put together moving forward. I would highly recommend Dr. Arthur and his team for any orthopedic needs you may have. Mine obviously is with my knee my right knee in this case, but I would go back to see Dr. Arthur his his team at any time! In fact, because I was leaving town the following week, Dr. Arthur and his team provided me with the ability to get an MRI of my knee on the same day but I met with him. This is typically some thing that will not happen, but because he knew that I was leaving town and it was urgent to look at the difference between the MRIs from June 2020 and February 2021, They made it happen! After various sports related injuries, we have seen Dr Pollack and his staff for care and followup. They are awesome, friendly and professional. Dr. Pollack took the time to examine each child and decided on a treatment plan tailored to fit the specific needs of that child. Even when the 2 had basically the same injury, the treatment was different. Great results both times. We will continue to see him for any future issues.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was fast. I waited in lobby less than 2 minutes after arrival and the doctor came to my exam room in less than 5 minutes. She asked questions, but also listened to what I had to say about my injury. They made me feel very welcome and safe. I would recommend them to anyone with orthopedic needs.

Everyone i came in contact with was just so nice and helpful. that was the first time i went to the doctor by myself, and the first time i was there. so being in a new place adulting for the first time is kinda scary. luckily there were people who led me in the right direction. even when i went the wrong way they were still super sweet. on top of that the service was very quick, not only me but other people i saw there. it was very efficient. i have to go back next week, and i don’t think i’ll be nervous the next time! :))

Dr Guy and his staff was very professional. I really appreciated them listening to what I had to say about my pain. He looked at the MRI and X-ray I had with me on a disc and decided it was not enough information to diagnose my pain so he took X-rays at the office and he is sending me for an MRI on my back, I really felt like they cared about me.

This wasnt first time with this office and I was extremely pleased with their front deck receptionist and how quickly I was checked in. Once I was called back to the procedure room I was given information on the procedure for my injection by the physician assistant and she made sure I was comfortable before Dr Kyle Arthur started. Dr Kyle went through the procedure and made sure I understood what he would be doing and how it would feel before he started. It was done and over with in less than five minutes. He, Dr Arthur, then covered how long it would take before I would possibly feel relief from the injection. Looking forward to getting around better real soon.

I arrived to find all customers were being screened and required to wear masks. Once upstairs to the ortho floor, the large waiting room was not crowded; I felt comfortably social distanced. The tablet used for signing in was observed to be sanitized between clients: I was called back promptly to a private room. All staff wore masks, which was reassuring.

Then saw a Dr who is on a fellowship who performed the examination of the right knee. Was very polite and friendly. Then we saw Dr Guy who was extremely personable and helpful. He took time to talk with us and make sure he conveyed what he thought to us. He indicated his recommended solution and sent us to schedule follow up visits. Excellent service. Entire staff very friendly and welcoming. Doors were not locked allowing entry back and forth from the waiting room.
