This is an amazing office, I attend to the Nashville location. They get you in and out very quick and their communication is immaculate. When you walk in you get a very welcoming feeling, my name was learned in only ONE visit and this shows great professionalism. Dr. Sims lets his peers work freely amongst patients, and he comes through and gives a thorough check to make sure everything is done correctly. 10 stars, highly recommended !

The masks optional policy is completely unacceptable. Some employees wearing masks and some not. This is an office that sees children like mine who are too young to be vaccinated, the elderly, and everyone in between with various health conditions. I would not recommend to anyone who understands science or trusts the CDC recommendations that masks in enclosed spaces with dozens of people are a good idea.

Very efficient getting in and out of appointments, flexible with rescheduling and available with questions. Have been very pleased so far with the services.
