Wow! This office is absolutely amazing. Truly. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they genuinely love to be there. The office is so chill and inviting. Dr. Jernigan makes you feel so comfortable and explains things in such detail that you feel very informed when you leave your consultation. He doesnt throw a bunch of medical jargon at you. My first appointment I got the pleasure of working with Courtney. She is so sweet and I hope to see her again during future visits.

Reached out to this office after having a bad experience with the first office referred too. (Very popular Dr.). This office was a breath of fresh air.We were treated as if my teenager was the only patient there. Staff was amazing and Dr. Took so much time with us explaining what needed to be done. Most importantly, discussing $ was not the first thing brought up, unlike the first practice. I can’t write a review without mentioning the decor. The Halloween decor was incredible. I’m told they go all out for the holidays. Can’t wait to see the theme for Christmas. Highly recommend this group.

Dr. J. has taken great care of my two sons. When they prepare for an appointment, they are not nervous or anxious. When my oldest got his braces off, voila! Wonderful place! You can truly see how much Dr Jernigan cares for each of his patients. His staff are friendly, I’m sure it’s a great place to work and a great person to work for. Both my boys have been seen by him and my daughter will be next. Hands down the most absolute best Orthodontist in this State! If I could review him in other states, he would still get 5 stars!! He truly loves and cares about his patients and his employees, you can see him light up as soon as he sees them! His office is always AMAZING and he is never in a rush to get you out! He takes his time with each patient and really gets to know them. So far, 1/3 kids have gotten braces, but I can assure you we will be going back if the other 2 need them!! Easy and friendly check in, and prompt to begin the consultation. They had time after the consult to go ahead and put braces on the top teeth. They explained the payment process and gave multiple options for monthly payments based on amount of down payment. Jernigan orthodontics makes getting braces fun and special! As you walk in, you are greeted with a sign that has your child’s name on it! Check in is a breeze. They have a wonderful waiting area for the kids (complete with games and a movie area). For the adults, they have coffee and bottled water. They also have a brushing station where your child can brush their teeth before going back for their appointment. As cool as the waiting area is, you are never there for long because this place is a well-oiled machine. They are efficient here! All of the staff members are nice and gentle. Dr. Jernigan is fun and knowledgeable. You couldn’t ask for a nicer, more relatable orthodontist. When all is said and done, you get to take a “just got braces” or “braces off” picture. On top of all this amazingness, they are affordable and offer a rewards system to keep you/your child accountable. Basically, we love them and highly recommend them. Why on EARTH would you go somewhere else?
