Highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to fix their teeth/bite. Very professional and friendly place for all ages. They were able to continue my orthotic work that were put on in Europe with no troubles at all. If I could give a 10 star review I would!

My daughter received her braces at Twaddle orthodontics and her teeth are ruined . She has cavities on every tooth surface . We fixed 3 last year and after this weeks cleaning we are scheduling to fix 10 more cavities. While she had braces never was I told that she needed to brush more . Our dentist advised that when he sees things like this after braces it is because someone put the bonding materials on the whole surface instead of where the bracket would go. I do recall a lot of new faces at Twaddle in Columbia at the time . Perhaps students ? When I questioned Twaddle, he got extremely upset and defensive with me . (Hard to picture, I know) He pulled up her photos taken during treatment. Every one of them showed no plaque buildup so my question is, what caused damage to all of her teeth??I might add that I did call their Columbia office and left a voicemail and they never returned my call . Hopefully Alayna was a rare case for this practice

Noticed my permanent retainer was loose in the morning, called Twaddle Orthodontics, and they scheduled me for that same afternoon. Every staff member was friendly, the service was prompt, and they charged me half of what other places were quoting. Highly recommend!

My braces were put on 02/19/2019 and I just got them taken off 10/21/2020 and will continue my follow up appointments here. Back to 10 years ago, both I and my son visited to Dr. Twaddle Orthodontics. we liked his skills and his office and his team. Great jobs were done.Recently we went to his office again for adjust my sons retainer, we felt that positive smile environment again. Just like their work and settings . I recommended friends to there too.

Extremely helpful service, I got my braces off around a year ago but still was able to go back for any issues. Scheduling was very easy too, sometime I was able to change my appointment the day of and still get it changed within the same week. Extremely friendly staff and easy to work with :)

We absolutely loved Twaddle Orthodontics! Very short waiting time, one on one treatment, we did NOT have to wait 20-30 minutes to see the orthodontist each visit, the front desk staff were extremely nice and easy to work with, the front desk staff made sure our child was checked in properly, and Dr. Twaddle always made sure our 8 year old was comfortable and enjoyed her visits! There weren’t 12-15 other people receiving treatment at the same time which was also nice!

Our family relocated from the lake two years ago. Dr. Twaddle and his team made the move seamless and a truly great experience for our boys. Not only have we received excellent orthodontic care, but the Columbia staff worked really hard to get to know our boys and welcome them! After consulting with Dr. Twaddle, my usually shy girl who gets nervous even with her dentist of seven years, asked to have him as her orthodontist because of his kind and gentle demeanor. Dr. Twaddle sincerely cares about his patients and made all of us feel valued by him and his team. I had another consult recommend a full set of braces for my (then) 9 year old to fix her overcrowded upper teeth, with a second set to be placed after to lost all of her baby teeth. Dr. Twaddle recommended we start with a spring retainer until she lost all of her baby teeth. I really appreciated the less envasive approach to start with and am very pleased with the results. The fact that he recommended a much less expensive procedure secured my trust. He was always so kind and gentle and remembered activities my kids were involved in and expressed interest in what their latest activities were. Orthodontic care isn’t always pleasant but Dr. Twaddle was able to put both of my kids at ease. As an adult, I wasn’t excited about getting a second set of braces but Dr. Twaddle made my experience pleasant and I’m very happy with the results. Dr. Twaddle is a magician with his orthodontic skills, but more importantly he and his staff made all of us feel welcome and valued. He never rushed us and spent as much time as was necessary to answer any questions I or my kids had. We recommend Dr. Twaddle anytime someone asks for a recommendation and will continue to do so. Dr. Twaddle was great! His staff was friendly, organized, and awesome to work with. Upon arriving we were always seen quickly- this got us in and out so that my son missed less school. Best of all, Dr. Twaddle told my son hed be out in a certain amount of time and sure enough he was. If you have to get braces, this is how you would hope the experience would go.

The Staff is genuine with caring for my childs teeth. Facility is Outstanding!!! The Staff walked me through the process, cost and outcome intended. They worked with my insurance to obtain recovery payments as needed. My only concern is that I would have liked an update at each visit of what they completed and what the plan was for the next visit. Other than that, I am a very pleased customer.

My story with Twaddle Orthodontics is not the typical orthodontic story we all like to hear. Having transferred from another orthodontist and good friend of Dr. Twaddles with severe crowding and an impacted cuspid (k-9 so to speak), treatment at Twaddle Orthodontics began. Initially, we continued with the work of attempting to save the trapped tooth, however the cuspid naturally broke down and as a result the Twaddle team was very gracious with my disappointment and offered the solution: an implant. After several years of caring treatment, I am now all smiles (minus four wisdom teeth, a stubborn cuspid and major crowding of course)!The Twaddle Team was superb in overcoming any hiccup that arose as swiftly as possible as was evident in the example above and on the numerous occasions when I drove off without my wires fully attached or had left my retainer behind. They also were quite gracious when I called by mistake to set up an appointment the same day in which I already had an appointment. They were very cordial with all my scheduling needs and have a great sense of humor.In addition to the level of care and professionalism provided by Dr. Twaddle and staff, each team member displayed a genuine level of concern for myself as a fellow human being with intrinsic value, and connected with me personally each visit. The insightful discussions and friendly debates had throughout the duration of my treatment will certainly be missed, as will the team. I loved walking into Twaddle Orthodontics and immediately seeing a friendly smile. The environment there was just amazing, all of the employing were nice and helpful when you asked questions. However it is important to remember that it is generally up to you when you get your braces off, meaning the more often you wear your bands and follow instructions and rules the sooner you will get your braces off.

Both of our boys went through Dr. Twaddles care for braces and he and his staff have always went out of their way to make sure their teeth were taken care of. (Whether a bracket popped of or a wire was causing pain....this office always made time to work you in and take care of the problem. ) Professional, very personable and kind staff, and accommodating as much as possible! My son, Ethan was a patient of Dr. Harl. Dr. Twaddles office acquired Dr. Harls practice and it has been a very positive and seamless transition. Our hometown is Mexico and Liz and the rest of the staff are amazing. Ethan attends college in Rolla so we have had to schedule appointments around his class schedule. We have been to the Lake office and the Columbia office and along with the Mexico office everyone has been exceptionally friendly and very professional. I use a small town ortho office but work in Columbia, during my work day a wire popped out and I was in a bit of pain. I called 6 different orthodontics offices and they all said they were booked or it was their lunch. I finally contacted Twaddle and they instantly took care of me. They waiting during their lunch for me to get there. I was expecting to pay a charge for an office visit and they did not charge me a cent. They were super sweet and if I didnt love my ortho I would easily change. Thank you for your wonderful service

Dr. Twaddle and his office was very flexible with my schedule and emergency visits. At times we had to wait a while to get in after the scheduled appointment time, but I recognize that because of surprise visits from some clients throw off the schedule times.

Dr. Twaddle assured me that I can achieve amazing results despite my odd predicament. We went ahead and used Invisalign to correct the gaps and my overbite. Invisalign became highly suggested because I am able to take several trays with me outside the country and continue my alignment and refinement process.True enough, I finished my trays recently and I’ve got a brand new smile. I am elated with the results and I can’t stop smiling and looking at them!I also want to commend the Twaddle team for always being so professional and helpful! They really did help make sure I had my appointments scheduled on time and that I had received my trays before I left Columbia.
