On August 26, 2021 I had two partial crowns done and I am pleased with my entire visit at Killian dentistry.. The staff was great and the Dentist witch is one of the owners was very professional and I was in good hands!! I look forward to going back for a check up and cleaning visit!!

Terrible visit! We just move to the area and needed my clean done. Got to my appointment 5-10 min before the time and they had me waiting 40 min while let everyone in the waiting room go before me even they ALL got there after me. The dentist hurt my gums so bad in the checking and he says I need so many things done which is weird since those problems never came out in the past 3 years of cleanings in Georgia. I was there an hour and 40 min and didn’t even get my freaking cleaning done! Ridiculous place and won’t be going back for sure and let everyone know how bad it is. The ONLY good thing was the front desk ladies are very sweet but that’s it.

I will NOT be returning to Killian dentistry. I first went to them in January and they did a full x-ray panel and then scheduled me to have some cavities filled. The dentist who was doing my work kept disappearing, at one point I almost left because she was taking so long. When I got home from that visit, I found that two of my teeth were like glued together (I don’t know how else to describe it), I couldn’t even get floss in between the teeth. So I had to return to have it removed and re-filled and now it just looks awful and it’s like a big pit in between my teeth from the tooth damage along with my gum being receded in that area.Today, I had a schedule for a cleaning. I went in and they were going to do x-ray (remember, I just had a full x-ray panel done in January. Every angle, every tooth). I told them that I just had x-rays done in January and that I’m pregnant.They told me that they wouldn’t do my cleaning without x-rays. I’m pretty sure insurance only covers x-rays once a year (my mom has worked in the dental field for 30+ years). Also, the odds of my teeth shifting to the point of my previous x-rays not working is extremely unlikely. I understand them not doing x-rays, that is understandable and I agree; but to refuse a cleaning when I have recent x-rays is ridiculous.This is my 4th child and I have had cleanings every pregnancy without x-rays. There is no reason (other than them just wanting more money) that I should have been refused service.It was a waste of my time and the money I had to spend on a babysitter and gas to drive across town to see them. I will be seeking a new dentist and I DO NOT recommend this office for your dental care.

Front desk was extremely welcoming. X-rays went well the tech was pleasant and understanding when i wasn’t able to comfortably bite down on X-ray. Hygienist Sarah was super personable as well as knowledgeable. Dr. Patel himself was extremely nice and thorough. Overall great family dentist!

Really enjoyed my experience here. I saw the associate dentist Dr. Patel and he was really kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and he was very patient with me. My hygienist Sarah was amazing!! I had to have a deep cleaning done. She was very knowledgeable and talked me thru the entire process and gave me great tips to ensure I continue to have a a healthy teeth and gum regimen in between visits. I’m Sure the deep cleaning should’ve been painful but Sarah made it a breeze!

I really enjoyed my experience at Killian Dentistry! Sarah was absolutely awesome.She guided me through the whole process and it didn’t take long at all.

Things started out great with Kilian Dentistry, however after fully discussing with the staff that Id like to be sedated for my procedure (a week in advance of my procedure) and the payment portion I assumed that everything was good to go. After treatment I was billed an additional price, because of receiving sedation which I shouldnt have because again we discussed all of the details. I called the office and even provided emailed proof showing that I confirmed and agreed to payment , and I was still left to foot the additional bill. Just beware and triple check before being serviced here.

I would give this place 5 stars. Dr. Patel is wonderful. However, his office manager, Jevon has an extremely nasty attitude. She’s very unprofessional and not accommodating at all. If you have any concerns or complaints, Jevon is definitely not the one to speak with and it’s sad because unfortunately she is the office manager. I see she has a few negative reviews on here already. If they were to get rid of her, this place would definitely be 5 stars. Service is great as well as the other staff members.

This office is very efficient and the staff are personable. Dr. Kem saw me within 10 minutes and gave me a thorough exam without wasting time or being rude. The hygienist, Sarah, was able to do a deep cleaning immediately after my exam. I also had my wisdom teeth removed by an oral surgeon who comes to this office.

I visit here since 2019. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the service provided by Dr. Patel and his staff. They are so kind and caring.

One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had at a dental visit. Dr. Patel is very patient and gentle and explained work in detail. So after I decided not to do work on my mouth cuz it was too expensive and didn’t have the money at this moment & request refund she stated it will take 30 days for $400deposit which is highly unacceptable.It been over a month and still not got my refund yet,Calling several time and still haven’t received it.Very disappointed and doesn’t recommend this place to anyone else.I will be posting bad reviews until I get my money back .

Dr. Ken and Sara did a GREAT job. I had a deep cleaning. I so hate the dentist and have terrible anxiety around the dentist visits. I must say both Doc and hygienist were superb. I had to pleasure of being serviced today by Dr. Kem and dental hygienist Sara. They were awesome, was very gentle while inspecting my teeth and during my cleaning. Very clean and professional environment, every staff member that I encountered starting from the front desk to the X Ray tech was awesome. Recommend this dental office if you are in the area or looking for a good place for dental treatment.

I am still in disbelief with the experience I had with the office manager here. She is absolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I went in for an 11am appointment and after checking in the front desk receptionist told me that she was unable to locate my referral ( which I called two days prior and they confirmed that they had it). The manager got involved and started attacking me as if it was my fault they were unable to locate the documents that my dentist sent them three times. After waiting 30 minutes she magically found my referral but rudely told me that my dentist send the referral as a fax, she began to waive my xray for everyone to see and said loudly WE DO NOT TAKE AN XRAY AS A FAX This office really needs to take lessons in customer service, I have never felt so uncomfortable and mistreated as I did in this office. Also, side conversations are so loud, the whole time they were looking for my referral I can hear all the comments and remarks made about other patients.

I had a great first experience at Killian Dentistry. I had a great hygienist Sarah, who got my teeth back on track. Also, Id like to thank Dr. Kem for making those shots bearable. Ill be coming back to see you guys soon. Oh, and my dentist Dr. Patel had great customer service.

I had my crowning , every 6 month cleaning here and they are Awesome! Dr. Kem is the one who made my crowning and he did an extra mile to assist my needs.. I had my cleaning with my hygienist Sarah she did awesome as she takes her time to clean everything! I feel like my teeth just all come to life 😁. This clinic is consistently welcoming and SUper clean as in super clean with its a must specially during this pandemic! I highly recommend this clinic as they beyond go to assist your dental needs!

Sara, Dr Pattabhi, and Saasha were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything that was going on with me. As a new patient, I was impressed with how fast I was seen, and how nice everyone was. It really felt like they knew me for years. All around the best dentistry Ive been too.

This was my first visit at Killian. Dr. Patel was great. He was very friendly and took the time to explain my treatment plan. He was the first dentist that has ever recommended a fix for my gums that I have always been self conscious about. Sarah my hygienist talked me through treatment and let me know everything she was doing. I especially liked that she took the time to numb my gums before treatment which is something no other hygienist has ever done.

Extremely high pricing. Had my husband come back several times for the same issue that they clearly didn’t fix and then wanted him to pay every time. Then, the office told him to pickup his trays anytime and when he arrived to the office they weren’t ready. Then they told him to wait even though he told them he was in a hurry. He waited for over 30 minutes and the trays still weren’t ready. There was no apology from the Staff even after my husband told them he wouldn’t be coming back for services they said okay once again with no apology. The customer service is horrible. The attitudes is ridiculous. For the price they charge for services this place should have impeccable.

Office manager Javon has a very nasty demeanor about herself. I was referred by my dentist to see the specialist here. I shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes for an appointment especially if I were on time. So after I decided to leave & request refund she stated it will take 30 days for $100 deposit which is highly unacceptable so why do I have to dispute charge with my credit card company. Also the internet was down & she handed me a piece of paper to write my card number down for remainder balance . Who would be comfortable with your credit card number on a random piece of paper. I’m pretty sure this company could care less about my situation but I will voice my concern regardless. Javon doesn’t set a good example of how an office manager should interact with patients she need a basic customer service one on one training.

My dental hygienist, Sara, did such an amazing job (like ALWAYS). She is so sweet and professional. I hope she works here for a very long time so I can see her every visit! I can name so many different dentists that have ripped my confidence to shreds due to my extreme dental problems. Each one has made me cry, and never go back for a follow-up. This office is special. The entire staff is extremely friendly, caring, and professional. Unlike other dentist offices in the past, I have decided to stick with this one. Truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism that this office has.

It has been many years since I visited the dentist. I’ve always had a fear. It was long overdue and my first visit with Dr. Patel went great. Dr. Patel was informative and understanding of my anxiety. Dr. Patel put together my treatment plan and went over each treatment step by step. My 2nd and Third visit as part of my treatment plan was with Sara the dental hygienist. Sara was nothing short of amazing. Her knowledge and patience was comforting. I now have a totally different outlook on my dental health and have made it a top priority. I’m now on track to getting my dental issues addressed and because of the encouragement and kindness of Dr. Patel and Sara I have a positive outlook on dealing with my dental health.

I met Dr Patel in Dec 2021, as a new patient. Very, nice, very thorough. Gave me a treatment plan. Due to Covid, I chose to wait til now. The office is very professional.I came in today for a deep cleaning. As a very anxious person, only in the dental chair, I felt at ease and that’s no easy task. Dr Kem, very nice, explained everything he was going to do, administrated novocaine gently and pain free. Sara, hygienist, was exceptional in every facet. Wonderful disposition, Very professional, gentle, explaining each step performed.I felt very comfortable and will continue my dental needs here at Killian Dentistry.

This was my first time coming to the dentist in an embarrassing amount of time and I can honestly say it was the best experience. From Dr. Kim, Sara the Hygienist, Samantha the DA, Dr. Patel the owner and even Celeste the person at front desk they made this a quick and easy process. I got a deep clean and a laser treatment and my teeth have never looked or felt better!!

I saw Dr. Kem and even though I’m not fond of going to the dentist, I appreciate how he took his time and explained everything he was doing and what the numbers were that he was giving his assistant about my gums.Sara did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth and since I had to get a more detailed cleaning, she made sure I was comfortable. She was also very thorough and friendly. Sara also explained what I need to do to improve my oral hygiene. I actually enjoyed the experience and look forward to seeing them again in 6 months.

Today was a WONDERFUL experience at Killian Dentistry. First and foremost the office was VERY clean and set up for social distancing! Having a prior horrible dental experience elsewhere, I was definitely on edge. The gentleman at the counter greeted me in a warm and professional manner. Saasha and Marie were nothing less than awesome once I was taken back. They were personable yet professional and help ease my fear even more. Dr. Kem was down to earth and gentle. He explained things to me in a manner in which it could be understood; all while working CLEAN. Last but not least my Dental hygienist Sarah truly AMAZING. She was professional, fun, CLEAN, personal and down to earth. From start to finish this is the best dental visit/office ever!! Staff, Pricing, Cleanliness I’d truly recommended.

My experience with this Dental Clinic started out with some errors with charting and billing, but it was quickly resolved with care and compassion. My hygienist Sarah was awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable! I hope she remains my hygienist. Overall, I am very pleased with this dental clinic and the staff. The facility is also nice and clean and all are very professional and friendly. I would recommend this clinic to my family and friends and also tell them to ask for Sarah as their hygienist.

Dr. Kem and hygienist, Sara, and Tyrell were all great. Got a deep cleaning, needed after Covid! All were gentle and careful and caring. Provided good education about products to get at local grocery store for maintaining good oral hygiene. Even gave me a blanket because I was cold.

My time here was incredibly pleasant! The front desk attendants were helpful. Tyrel helped me get through the x-rays as smoothly as possible all while keeping a great conversation. Dr. Kem made sure my first time receiving injections was painless, and the proceeding cleaning after that my hygienist Sara gave me couldn’t have gone better! Everyone here is great!

I always enjoy my experience at Killian Dentistry! I had my wisdom teeth extracted a few months ago and they did a great job will my surgery and post care. Today, Sarah did my cleaning and she was so sweet! I highly recommend Killian Dentistry.

First time client. I got a full exam, cleaning and came back for whitening the next day. Everyone was super nice and helpful from the front desk to the hygienists . I have a fear of dentistry overall but the staff definitely calmed my fears. Amy was excellent and very delicate with my teeth. Dr Kim was very informative and nice.

Your first visit is always the best after that new faces at the front desk. My theory is because its so many new faces no time to actually train. Do not go there they are about the money not what is the best plan for your dental needs. No one discuss my options as in front desk and what I had to pay until after all my benefits were used. Stay away.

This was my first time visiting Killian Dentistry and it was a wonderful visit! My doctor was Dr. Patel and my hygienist was Sarah and they took great care of me. They explained the entire process to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to everyone!

My hygienist Sara was great! Not only did she treat me and my teeth with respect and tenderness, she was very vocal about what she was seeing and doing while cleaning my gums and teeth. She also gave lots of tips and tricks to implement into my home-routine. She truly made my experience less daunting than anticipated aI also had a great encounter with Dr. Patel, whose expertise showed as he examined my x-rays, explained in great detail what he was seeing, and then set out a treatment plan tailored to my dental needs.Only down side was the slight delay I experienced in between x-rays and the cleaning, but the work before and after made up for this. I think it’s safe to say, I have definitely found my go-to dentistry. Thanks KD Team!

Jevon is the office manager she responds to my emails the same day and always explains the details of my benefits well. The dental hygienist Sarah is down to earth she is real easy to talk to about concerns. Five stars because she cleaned my teeth perfectly today. The x-ray technician Kaycha is gentle. Dr. Patel cares about patients. He is blessed to have a great team assisting him to make sure our teeth and gums stay healthy.

Talk about quality of care! Everyone I spoke to made me feel like such a priority. They explained the procedures, answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable during my entire visit. The best part about having my teeth cleaned was that IT DIDN’T HURT! I was greeted at the front desk by 2 awesome ladies & seen by Dr. Patel who was great. The level of customer care by the entire professional staff made my experience pain-free & BEYOND exceptional! Highly recommended!

Sarah was my hygienist who gave me a deep cleaning who was as gentle as can be around my gums and also gave me a few tips to maintain my oral hygiene. Dr Pattabhi informed me about certain treatment that was the best and cheapest route which is always a plus. Overall good experience

Ive been coming to this office ever since my long time dentist retired. My most recent visit has been one of the most informative due to my great hygienist Sara. She was thorough yet gentle and sensitive to the fact that I have TMJ and a permanent bottom retainer. And she recommended products I could try to up my oral care. I highly recommend giving this office a try if you want ppl that care about you versus taking advantage of you.

This office is one of the best dental facility Ive ever been to. I originally had a emergency appointment and the staff took real good care of me. They were friendly and quick to get you ready for the doctor. Doctor Patel was awesome and made me feel relaxed and checks on every step of the way. The ladies up front are nice and easy to speak with. They were a big help. Also they were not expensive when it comes to pay. They also have payment plans that work for you. Sara is one of the best assistants Ive had there. She also makes you feel comfortable and explains everything to you while working. Not to take away from any other Assistants. They all are great. I would really recommend coming here if you are looking for great dentist office .
